Their clothes are hit or miss. Customer service is fine after they finally get back to you. I'm just so sick of ordering things and having the shipping estimate be wildly inaccurate. They give me an estimated delivery date and the item will still have not shipped a month after that. I've cancelled 3 orders already because of this.
Absolutely terrible, ordered a dress for a wedding event 3 months before & the dress still hadn't shown. I contacted them they gave me a $25 credit for the store while I wait which was promised to come weeks ago still never arrived! Honestly super upsetting I really was excited at first just to be let down twice. Definitely do not recommend buying from Lucy in the sky I never typically wrote reviews but this situation was just emails saying " sorry we have a delay" then don't put a guaranteed date if it's not true! Also a entire month past that date. They said they would give a refund should process so we will see! At least they did that don't promote your site everywhere for months and delivered deal messages if you can't even get your products out at a decent time!

Do not buy from this site! Honestly the worst customer experience i've ever had. Shipping takes way longer than advertised on the website. Almost 2 months. The material of the dresses looks very cheap and unflattering, nothing like the pictures! Never felt uglier in my life. Way too expensive for what they are. I had to email customer service multiple times to get them to ship my dress in the first place (big thank you to Nicole, the most unhelpful person in retail). Very large customs fee (£15) and an extra charge for just transferring money to them from my account, so i spent even more money on a horrendous dress. Either the people behind this are just extremely dim or this site is a massive scam, and they should be refunding me for emotional distress.
We have purchased multiple dresses each year for the last four years. Last two years service has been poor and very disappointing.
Following this years purchase, the shipment date changed by 2 weeksand we won't get the dresses in time for homecoming, and no option for a refund only store credit. It's sad that a business is quick to take your $$ and less interested in ensuring they honor their shipping agreement. Didn't even notify us of the delay, we had to follow up with them repeatedly. Looking to purchase elsewhere from now on.

I ordered a dress on April 22, the estimated arrival date was 2 days later (the 24). Not only did it not come then, I received no update as to why it was late. I contacted customer service and it sends the same dumb automated response every time, so no one was actually helping me. I sent at least 7 messages before someone helped me. They said my dress would be in by May 14 and it never came. So it actually didn't end up coming until June 2, over a month after purchasing and a week after I needed it come for my graduation. Do not purchase from this store! And besides the fact the dress is so short (im 5'8) that my butt is not even covered I mean u can literally see it when I stand straight up. Don't be fooled by their cute items this company effing sucks and ur a fool to think otherwise.
My daughter ordered her homecoming dress on 9/24. Supposed to ship within 4 business days. Now it is 8 days later, hasn't shipped yet. No phone number to call. No return email, and I attempted their live chat for hours. And they charged my card immediately. Will never order from them again.
Lucy in the Sky has a wide selection of very cute clothes for affordable pricing. I was able to find a ton of different and unique outfits for an upcoming festival that I am going to. Additionally, their customer service was really responsive and helped me figure out numerous orders, while always trying to make the situation right if they were at fault. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!
Buyer beware when ordering! Nothing is returnable! Yep, read the small print. My daughter ordered several prom dresses to try on. I returned the ones that didn't fit. Thought the money was going back on my credit card. NOPE! We get a $212.04 store credit. I'm so MAD! They know full well that ordering online you need to order a few sizes and styles to see which one fits. If you can't return them, you are basically wasting your money. Which I just did! Furious to say the least. Terrible business practice! Shop elsewhere!

I have ordered several dresses online from this store. All look like the pictures, but some I had to return just for a different size. The customer service has been great in helping me with my returns each time. The quick chat is convenient and always prompt to help. Elizabeth R. Helped me the most recent time, and she was very accommodating!
Do yourself a favor and don't trust the estimated shipping times on any of their products. If you need something by a specific date, add a few weeks to the date they give you. I understand things might be busy and stressful during the holiday season but there's no excuse for promising customers a date of delivery that is simply not anywhere close to being true. Their customer service team is also extremely unhelpful. Just buy your dress somewhere else.
They're late in delivery. There is NO customer service - at all. I bought 4 dresses and had to return them all - individually because they were sent over 2-3 weeks apart - and have never received any store credit or any type of remuneration for the returns. I will NEVER shop here again. Do not be convinced by the inexpensive prices. If you change your mind, there is ZERO recourse for you.
I ordered two dresses on August 26,2021. My first dress arrived but my second one still only says "Payment Received" after 1 month and 3 days (and counting). After emailing customer service twice I'm still getting generic responses that are no help at all.

My daughter ordered a dress for prom, it arrived very quickly and was beautiful but way too long for her. They had great customer service on the online chat and provided a return label. However, they will NOT refund my bank card it is just store credit, which makes it extremely difficult now we are locked into just their company to find another dress. I think this is very bad form!

Ordered dresses on Sept 10th, 2021 and still have not shipped. I have contacted this company a dozen times trying to get shipping information on my orders. I have received only two replies back stating they cannot expedite orders but no follow up. No phone number to contact. I have no idea if my orders will ship in time. The 3 dresses in question were not out of stock and they have already taken my money. Now I am not getting a response back from them at all and it has been 48 hours their allotted time to follow up. I ordered a new dress yesterday from another company and it shipped within 2 hours. Can someone please contact me back. Unsatisfied with customer service.
I love my romper. It looks just like the picture, fits great, and was shipped within a few business days. Not sure why these one star ratings are on here, my experience was one of the best with online ordering I've had.
They do no give refunds. Had I known this I would have never ordered with them. When I explained that the dress was too short and my 16 year old who weighs 105 lbs and is 5'4" butt was exposed they wanted photos. I tried to send the most discreet and modest photo without being inappropriate but they wanted more. Creepy. Who asks for photos of a minors butt? They are SO incredibly rude. I don't know who is responding to these emails but they have no customer service skills whatsoever. I wish I had listened to a friend who warned me not to order from them because they are a "nightmare". Neither one of her daughter's dresses arrived in time for homecoming.

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered 2 shirts for my bachelorette party that I needed for a theme and they never arrived. I ordered 2 months in advance and the expected delivery date was 25 days before I needed it. Fine right? NOPE. Expected delivery date came and went. I reached out via email (this company has no phone number to actually speak to someone go figure) and all I got were vague "it's delayed" answers. One week before my bachelorette I finally canceled the order and was refunded. Horrible experience. Too bad because the shirt looked cute and was exactly what I needed for the theme. But I will never order from this store again and do not recommend.

I started shopping at Lucy in the Sky Store earlier this year, because I kept seeing it pop up on my Instagram and I decided to give it a try. The first dress I ever bought fit like a glove. The dress came exactly as shown, and the size chart was accurate. The customer service team are so nice, and they get back to you very quick through email. They even have an option online that allows you to chat with them during store hours. I've bought two more dresses, and I'm so happy with them.

They are very unprofessional I order my dress August 30 and the dress had a estimated shipping timeframe between September 14- 23.
The dress still didn't arrived so I email them nicely and sent back an automated response which just said that they received my payment and they can't help with shipping. So do not buy from them.
