My first time ordering from this store. I ordered 3 dresses for my daughter and all 3 were beautiful, but too small. I requested a return and sent them back. In the meantime I ordered 3 more dresses a size up to ensure they would fit. They did not! I was about to return the last 3 dresses when I saw they credited my Lucy account instead of refunding my original payment method. When I reached out they said that a dress being too big or too small or changing our mind was not a good enough reason to have my original payment method refunded. So now I have $200 in store credit and 3 dresses that I cannot use. I don't plan on ever ordering from them again. I basically just wasted $400. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. As an online site they should be more accommodating since we are not at their store to try on the dresses. If you want nice dresses with a great return policy shop at Lulus. Expensive lesson learned!
I ordered my birthday dress from Lucy In The Sky and it turned out to be so cute! Made for lots of great pictures and a handful of compliments throughout the evening. Definitely recommend purchasing any birthday/formal/special occasion dress from here :)
Ordered dress 8/25. It is now 11/21 and still no dress and needless to say, way past the date and occasion I needed it for. They will not refund you. Only give store credit. At this rate I really don't want to use my store credit to shop at this store along with everyone else! Although I may just purchase something-anything and then donate to Goodwill….that way they are not sitting on my money collecting interest. Greedy $#*!s. Included is a picture of the dress I never received.
Dress was delayed without notice and I needed it for a ceremony. SUPER disorganized and all over the place. Customer service kept switching between different people and my question was disregarded. If you're in need of a dress do not order here unless you're willing to wait a month+
The Peony sequin two piece set in purple iridescent is a festival fairy's dream! The sparkles, the flare, it's all just amazing! This set fits perfect and is so comfortable despite having sequins! I can not wait to wear this for my festivals this year!
Ordered dress in September and still no ship date and my daughter's homecoming is in 5 days. I wish we had read these reviews before ordering the $70 dress. Now we have to scramble to buy something else cause I'm pretty sure we won't have it by Saturday.

I placed an order over 2 months ago and my item has not shipped. They keep telling me that my item "has been back ordered and they'd like to cancel my order." But the item is still be listed as available on their website. Sounds like they don't actually stock half the stuff available on online.
Honestly, I was a little worried at first as I had seen on social media that clothes sometimes take months to finally arrive. However, that was not the case at all for me. It took about two dates to get to me from when I ordered. The material of the clothing is very good! The dress I got looked just like the photos on the website and I was overall very satisfied! Would 100% recommend!
I never received an item and was told that they could only refund through store credit. As someone who never received the purchase to begin with, I don't want to, or even trust to, purchase any other items from this company. I definitely don't recommend and will never be purchasing from Lucy in the Sky again. If anything, this company seems more like a scam than a business.
I ordered my dress in April, its mid June and have not received it. Their customer service gave me 2 bs guaranteed dates, but the dress was never even shipped out. Then they kept saying I need to wait. It's 3 months and I needed it for an event. Horrible customer service and still haven't received my refund.
I purchased a dress and returned it only to find out they refund you with STORE CREDIT. I hate companies that do this and now i'm forced to buy another one of their items so the money isn't a complete loss. AND it expires in one year! I am absolutely livid. I was going to make this one of my new go to stores but not anymore! I will no longer be recommending this store.

Scam of a website. I waited over three weeks to get my order and when status hasn't changed from "payment received," I reached out to find out what was going on only to be told the item was "out of stock"—yet their website still listed it as in stock and arriving on time when I needed it, as if just to bait people into buying.

I don't know what to say. I ordered an outfit for a very big festival (which I'm sure everyone is aware of) and will be returning it. It was my mistake for relying on them because now I'm stuck with wearing just whatever I already have. What they show the models wearing on the website is 100% NOT what you're getting. The material is cheap & it's just badly made. To top it off, the material felt so uncomfortable and itchy on my skin. Waiting for somebody to tell me this is a sick joke. Now I'm gonna be stuck with store credit for a store I want nothing to do with anymore.

I received dress for my daughter that was too small and had a defective slit. I returned it and requested a refund to my credit card. This refund was not granted, despite multiple emails to customer service and a customer service supervisor. They informed me that the store policy was to refund only for store credit, explained a ludicrous process for documenting a defective item ("For us to make an exception for a faulty style, we need to receive notice within 14 days of delivery prior to making a return of the style specifically mentioning that the styles are faulty; which we would then ask for photo confirmation so we can make a note on our end"), and then explained that they were unable to "retroactively change store policy." I believe that any business that believed in the quality and desirability of their product would not refuse to refund and instead offer only store credit. Please be aware of these predatory practices.
Do not order from this place if you need anything by a specific date. They keep postponing saying they had an influx of orders. You'd think they'd have a decent POS to track and estimate properly. 1 week before the event we got notified of a one month delay

Bought a dress….too short, didn't zip up despite sizing up. Found out you can't return for a refund?! Of course they'll say "we have it in the faq's" knowing well no one will bother reading it. I spent $90, and was super exited. Lucy in the Sky, hope you're happy with that money. Never shopping here, and letting everyone know your shady business tactics.

Dresses are overpriced. Look (and feel) cheap.
Shipping times are ridiculous and pretty SUS for a company in LA. I think they're lying about that…if I can order from other companies in LA and have my stuff shipped and delivered to me in less than a week, then there's no excuse. So either lying or lazy af. Also the dresses are all like- carbon copies of each other but in different colors and prints? It seems they only do basic styles and are focused on one demographic (of body). The quality is, not what you paid for. 40$-50$? Jeez try 20$-30$. (Less even!) Oh and they NEVER restock. So if you wanted something and it's gone, welp, say goodbye. All in all, very bad. There are way better companies who deserve your money, this one isn't one of them. Hell even SHEIN is better than these people. Ugh. Stay away from this gross company. They won't treat you right. Dishonest, scummy, shallow, incompetent, inconsistent, the list goes on…
I'd give Lucy in The Sky zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service from this company. I have tried contacting them via phone but there is no phone number that you can actually talk to a real person.
So, we ordered a dress on 9/19 (still no dress 25 days later)... sent a status request and got an excuse of "we are busy" from the company. I asked for expedited shipping, was told "you have already answered." Respect your $ and go to a different, more appreciative, efficient vendor.
Their clothes are hit or miss. Customer service is fine after they finally get back to you. I'm just so sick of ordering things and having the shipping estimate be wildly inaccurate. They give me an estimated delivery date and the item will still have not shipped a month after that. I've cancelled 3 orders already because of this.

Answer: Sorry but my experience, normally three weeks minimum. Sometimes longer. Don't rely on shipment date given at time of purchase either.
