“Beware no refund given!”

My daughter ordered a dress for prom, it arrived very quickly and was beautiful but way too long for her. They had great customer service on the online chat and provided a return label. However, they will NOT refund my bank card it is just store credit, which makes it extremely difficult now we are locked into just their company to find another dress. I think this is very bad form!

Tip for consumers:
BEWARE NO REFUND !

Products used:
Prom dress returned but no refund just store credit they say after 3-4 weeks which makes it impossible to purchase another with that credit ?!!!!
