DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I WILL BE REPORTING TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I ordered a dress for Homecoming for my daughter. I paid with PayPal (thank God) and was given a receipt that told me dress would here within 7 to 10 business days. I never received an email stating it was shipped and my daughter was anxious so I looked at my receipt and they had put a whole different date and month down! I tried to contact them but of course no phone number so I did a "live chat." Suddenly the dress won't be in for 3 more weeks after Homecoming and they can take 10% off new dress. Seriously? WTF kind of customer service is that? No dress, no refund, but hey we'll take 10% off new dress because you caught us. I told them I wanted Supervisor to contact me. Nope, no can do. What kind of scam is this place. DO NOT TRUST! I did get a refund but as for a dress I'm SOL and I'm not done with them by a long shot!

I do all my shopping online and have never been more disgusted in an online store. There products are never in stock, even when it says they are, and you are never kept up to date or told when it will be shipped out. Now been dealing with Lucy for well over a year trying to get my order. They have been cancelling my order over and over again and giving me store credit each time for the last year. I still have not received any items I have brought a year ago and they give you nothing to compensate for it
For the first time I purchased a dress from them on November 2nd and it was supposed to arrived by November 7th, it was November 13 and the dress didn't even shipped according to the web site, I asked to cancel y order and a refund since the dress wasn't come on time for homecoming danceand they said they had process a cancellation and refund but nothing still waiting to hopefully get my money back. There isn't a phone number you can call just email I won't purchase from them ever again.
Lucy in the sky is always very receptive and responsive whenever I've had a problem. They always resolve the issue and I appreciate it. Dresses are always high quality and cute. Love it!

I made an order almost about 2-3 months ago. They charged my card, and a few weeks later, not even reaching out first, I got an email that my order is cancelled due to the fact that the dress is out of stock (even though it is most certainly not and it was available to order online). They say 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Its been about 30 days since, and i still didn't get it. I contacted the support team, they quickly answered and said it will be 2-3 more days. Didn't get it till this day.
Stupidily enough, I made the huge mistake to order from them 2 additional dresses right after the first order was cancelled. It wasn't shipped either. I was assured it will be delivered by dec 22,2023 by the support team. It wasn't.
I contacted them again. The rude representative said that due to complications, they would like to cancel my order. I said yes, so I could at least get my money back, and than she said that they will be able to ship the dresses within 72 business hours. I obviously declined since this order was made 2 months ago. Still didn't get refunded for anything. O dresses for me, 200$ dollars for NOTHING to lucy in the sky. Shame on you

Items arrived too late for the event and were ill fitting. Contacted customer service and they refuse to give me a full refund even though the items have been returned. I will be contacting the BBB.
The dress I received looked nothing like the picture. The seams were different and even if I got the right size it looked lumpy and unflattering. Very disappointed for a dress that's 100$
Sent me the wrong dress. Completely different color and style. They couldn't help me over the chat so I had to send an email- no response yet. Second dress I ordered hasn't even shipped. Sad.

I love the clothes it's all stunning. The dresses fit great except one dress didn't fit too well, but that's understandable because it was in the sale section of the store.

Beautiful dresses. Worst customer service. I had already bought from this brand before and I totally forgot about it since it took so long to arrive. (This was before Covid). Then 2021, I decided to buy my birthday dress. They said it would take 10 business days but due to Covid, it could take another 2 weeks. (When they say due to Covid its bs because cargo plains and boats come in and out all the time). My birthday passed no dress. 3 weeks after my birthday... no dress. I complain and they told me that I could 1. Keep waiting for my dress and they will give me a $23 coupon for my next order, or 2. Get a refund. I said I would like to wait for the dress and hope it comes before Christmas(This was in September). Then they gave me a refund. I tried putting things on a side and tried ordering my NY's dress in November. I demanded my $23 coupon since I wanted to keep my order but apparently, my clear words saying "I want to keep waiting for the dress" weren't clear enough. They didn't take responsibility for their mistake and didn't give me anything, not even an apology. And again my new order should have taken 10 business days plus maybe extra 2 weeks and here I am again with no dress past the time period they've given.
Horrible horrible customer service! Just like all the other reviews. Bought two dresses... to see which one fit. Could only get store credit. Same story as below... then i just messaged them to see where my CREDIT is... I provided order number, UPS tracking number, I had the actualy date and time of delivery and WHO signed for it and NOPE, I need a photo of the receipt. WHAT>? FRANK SIGNED FOR THE RETURN WHICH I PAID FOR. Run dont walk away from this scam of a store. They are HORRIBLE and I am getting my stinking credit that I PAID FOR

The dress I received was very short. I bought it for my friends birthday and will be returning it. The website didn't show but the fabric has some sort of pattern on it. It also lacks quality.
I have ordered 2 dresses from Lucy in the Sky, one was in 2019 for my high school homecoming, and I ordered it two months in advance and it still did not come on time. But their dresses are really pretty, so I ordered another one for a wedding this June. This time I ordered it 3 months in advance, so that I could be sure it would arrive on time. Well it did not, and I had contacted their customer support multiple times and they give me a different answer each time. They gave me guaranteed dates it would ship by, and when it was still not delivered, I had to contact them again. They suggested to cancel my order and give me $25 store credit, which I did not accept because I will never buy from them again. So I told them I do not want to cancel, I just want a tracking number or some sort of information about when it will be delivered. They responded and said it was on back order until June 30th if I wanted to wait. But then, I recieved an email that the dress had shipped. So the customer support has no idea what they are even talking about and they don't care to help at all. Lucy in the Sky is unprofessional, unreliable, and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Expensive clothes that look cheap. Sizes are off. Only give store credit for returns. Dress ordered was completely see through. I won't shop there again.
Ordered this dress to wear to a wedding and was GURANTEED shipping by mid July. I STILL have not received this dress months later. I live chatted with Lucy in the Sky and they told me that ever with receipt and transaction number they could not help so told me to email. Still have not gotten my dress, a refund, or any help. I work for a review website and will soon be publishing an article about my experience. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

I stumbled across Lucy In The Sky via instagram and fell in love with their ruffle dresses. I don't usually like buying from stores that do store credit only for returns (hence the 4 stars), but I decided to risk it because they have such a wide selection of beautiful dresses, so I knew I had other options if I didn't like the clothes I got. I bought one dress in 2 colors and a couple more dresses. The first thing I have to mention is that they all are high quality, and it's clear they've put a lot of effort into making these. Unfortunately the maxi dress fit me a little weird and was too long so I'll be returning it, but the other mini ruffle dresses fit perfectly, even though I have an hourglass figure. The sizing seems limited for now, but they are good about telling you that their sizing runs small, which is why instead of ordering my usual S, I ordered all of my dresses in M. For bigger busts that need support, you'll need to improvise with wearing a bra, as a lot of these dresses are revealing in ways that make it hard to wear a bra underneath, but if you like the style, I think it's worth it. Haven't returned my dress yet, but hopefully it'll be a swift and painful exchange with some other dress!

Quick communication when I reached out to Lucy in the Sky. Sadly 2 of the 3 dresses that we ordered we have returned and waiting for the 3rd dress to arrive. We went according to the measurements in picking a size.• Chicago Ruched Side Slit Maxi Dress in Purple, L******* - M The shoulder straps didn't stay on the shoulders and the side slit was to high (top of thigh it stopped)
• Antoinette Satin Cutout Corset Maxi in Blue, L******* - M Favorite but the top of the dress fit great but the skirt around the waist was to loose and each fabric. Planning to reorder in a small.
If you would like to ACTUALLY recieve your dress within a month, DO NOT ORDER HERE. I know several people who have been victimized by this company and have not receieved their dresses for special events. The company clearly lacks any sense of care because they employ a no refund policy. They KNOW they will not ship your dress on time, the least they can offer is a refund. The dresses themselves are fine, most run very small and short, but the quality is good. This would be a wonderful company if they could simply do their jobs and deliever people's items that they purchased.

Answer: Sorry but my experience, normally three weeks minimum. Sometimes longer. Don't rely on shipment date given at time of purchase either.
