I spoke with Daniella M concerning the return process for my item and she provided me with all the appropriate information necessary throughout the way in an orderly manner.
I have been waiting for my dress to ship out. It has been over a WEEK. Since I have ordered it and the customer help team takes days to answer me. Absolutely ridiculous
I still have not received an order I placed over two months ago. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and each time they promise a ship date that does not happen. They have offered to give me store credit to wait for the order instead of canceling it, but then they will go back on the amount they initially told me and offer me less. I have asked why they offer me less, since everything is in email and I can see what they said, and they ignore the questions. Other than that, the quality is barely decent, and the sizing is so off that you'll probably have to reorder a dress multiple times just to find the right size. Don't bother with them.
Edit: They finally acknowledged my question about why they would not give me the store credit they initially said they would give me. However, they are now refusing to give me any store credit. It is extremely frustrating considering my order is over 2 months late, and they were the ones who offered the store credit in the first place. I don't know if this is just their customer service being rude because they are petty and mad that I keep reaching out about my order (again, that is TWO MONTHS late), or if this is just always how they are. Please do not order from this company, they are so unprofessional and I promise you can find better quality clothes for the same price.
My outfit I got I absolute love It is cute, soft, and fits perfectly. Shipping was fast. I bought it for vegas but haven't gone yet but when I do where it I'll come back and post a photo!
Takes WEEKS for your order to be sent. ZERO communication letting you know when sent. Want to talk to someone at this company? You can't the chat is always full and the number they have listed to call or text is not a working number.

Their customer service is complete TRASH. They never honor their own policies. Their sizing is never correct and the quality of the garments aren't great either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They're crooks! Also note that most of their positive reviews are NOT real and are actually just paid... SCAMMERS
The dress never arrived. The order was cancelled and I was not even informed. 6 Months after I asked for a refun and even that was delayed and came late. Although the customer service people are nice, will never order from this website again. EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED:

I ordered my graduation dress from Lucy in The Sky and it's stunning! It was my first time ordering from this store but it definitely won't be the last.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are rude, useless, and did not offer to resolve my issue whatsoever in the 3 weeks I've been dealing with them. I ordered two outfits for my bachelorette on May 6, and when the items were in my cart it during checkout, it said my delivery date would be May 14-May 20. I followed through with my order and it all of a sudden changed to May27-June 10. I emailed them instantly saying this won't work because I leave June 8 for my bachelorette. She told me there was nothing they could do and I had to wait. I even asked them if I could pay extra money to have it rushed (as there was no option for it when I made my order) and they said no. They told me it will ship "latest May 28" and there was nothing they could do. I emailed them today, May 25, and they now tell me my order won't be shipped until at least June 17, over SIX weeks after my initial order date. They refused to help, resolve my problem, and wouldn't ship my order. The only thing they offered was a "exchange or refund". This company is a JOKE. Do NOT order off of them or support them in any way. I am appalled and sick to my stomach companies like this are still in business. One star is being generous.

Love Lucy in the sky! Great Customer Service! I had an issue with my shipment and they made an extra step to make sure I receive my shipment and received store credit.
Ordered dresses on 8/24. Was supposed to ship out 9/25. My Homecoming was on 10/14. It's now 10/18 and dresses have still not shipped out. Everyone knows by now LITS does not refund only store credit. It's a risk you take to get a dress for a special occasion with the thought that you will keep one and return the other for store credit…….BUT I DIDN'T GET EITHER DRESS ON TIME. Here's the other catch. They give store credit for each individual dress rather then a combined credit. Guess what? You got it….they only allow you to use ONE of the store credit's per order. So for those of you who haven't taken economics…Basically, they are investing our money in an aggressive fund or stock. So this money grows a lot over time. They are making millions of dollars and paying a seamstress $0.20/ hour. That's.20 CENTS AN HOUR and giving us a store credit. All while they sit on your money as it continues to grow and we wait patiently for a dress that never comes and we are out of our money because they won't refund us. Pretty $#*!ty Lucy in the Sky

They do not ship on time or give refund. If you need something by a certain date please don't risk ordering from this company. No customer service, only automated messages. Very unethical company
I really enjoyed my experience with ordering and receiving my order. It was an easy order process and my package got to me a day earlier then expected
Always delays of a month of more, poor customer service. Difficult to contact in a timely manner, If you need this in a certain timeframe- do not order

I placed my order and received my items in a week. The dress and two piece set I got are great quality and look exactly like the pictures. Will definitely keep shopping with Lucy in the Sky.
Ridiculous how long it takes to get the product. If you order something it take 1 month or longer for them yo pack it up. Then you've to wait for it to be delivered

The "Made in Los Angeles" claims are a lie. The dresses are made in China, the fabric is rough, and you'll wait a looong time for them to ship from there.
I am still waiting for my refund.
I was told my refund will be processed in 10 working days and still no $ in my account.
Iv sent a few emails and no response.
Not good enough.
Poor communication.

This is an awful store. Three times I have tried to order something from them and every time I end up canceling the order. The first time my daughter ordered something for homecoming and the arrival time promised was 2 weeks before homecoming. Then it never shipped. The second time was a dress for Christmas. We ordered it 6 weeks before Christmas. Never came. This last time was her birthday. We ordered a dress 2 months before. The estimated arrival time was a month before her birthday. When that date arrived I contacted them and they told me "I have checked it out myself and we can definitely confirm that these styles will finally ship by the 6th of May". Today is the 6th. I reach out and I get a message "I have checked it out myself and we can definitely confirm that these styles will finally ship by the 28th of May". This is crazy! I will never ever order something from them. And to top this off, the refund takes 2 weeks "to show". My guess is I will have to reach back out about that too! Don't shop there ever!

So I ordered one dress from Lucy in the sky and it's been two weeks since I placed my order it said it would arrive between June 15th-24th. Three days after that I still had not received it. So I talked to someone on their livechat and they gave me three options one was an exchange option. They said my dress wasn't in stock that's why I didn't get it and it wouldn't be for another 3weeks till it got shipped so I exchanged it for an instock dress and it'll be shipped within the next 24hours! The lady I chatted with was very helpful to get this resolved! Thanks!

Answer: Sorry but my experience, normally three weeks minimum. Sometimes longer. Don't rely on shipment date given at time of purchase either.
