WORST customer service EVER. Agent is arguing with me over a dresses LATE arrival and refusing to give me a refund rather than store credit. I will NEVER order from them again and suggest others avoid like the BLACK PLAGUE. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
Tried a dress. Did not work out. Too skimpy for my Child. Only store credit offered. What if we don't want anymore of your crap? Is this the only way you make money?
I ordered two dresses more than a month ago for my homecoming that is coming up this weekend, and they have not even shipped yet. It's ridiculous, ive tried emailing them and got no help.

I had an issue that needed resolving and LITS service members (more than 1!) got back to me so quickly! They resolved my problem and left me a very happy customer! Will buy from again!
First off, I ordered a dress on October 24 and did not receive it until a month later. Then, when I took the dress out of the package, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. It looked so cheap and poorly made. Next, when I returned it for a refund, I only received store credit. This is useless because I will NEVER BE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!
Great color red will look perfect for HOCO. Size medium was as expected. Dress was in stock so I didn't get the better price and didn't need it right away.
Orded two dresses from this company April 4th. On april 24th ONE dress arrives 20 days later... It ships from LA and I live in Orangw County no excuse for this. It is now May 5 and the second dress has not arrived 4 WEEKS later. Customer service is awful and unhelpful, filed for a refund, returning first dress as it looks cheap too.
Maria was by far the best customer service rep anyone could ask for. She guided me through my issue with professionalism and patience. Would love to deal with her or those like her in the future.
After waiting over 2.5 months for my order and a lot of back and forth between their customer's service promising it will arrive, they were forced to offer me a refund on 2 dresses out of 3 ordered as they didn't have it in stock. CLEARLY OVER SELLING STOCK THAT THEY DON'T HAVE (showing available online somehow) which in other words is misleading, lying, consumer abuse and scummy! The website should be flagged, reported and closed, that is all they deserved!

BEWARE YOU CAN NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM. MY DAUGHTER ORDERED 4 DRESSES BECAUSE WE WERE NOT SURE WHICH ONE WOULD FIT. WE SENT BACK THE 3 SHE DID NOT NEED AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME ONLY STORE CREDITS. THERE SITE IS SHADY IN HOW THEY EXPLAIN THIS. MAKING SURE I PUT THEM ON BLAST EVERYWHERE ABOUT THIS.
I ordered an item WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED IN TIME, therefore something else had to be bought in replace. When it finally arrived I sent back for a refund and they will not refund my money! Poor customer service and big scammers!

Return policy is shady at best! They don't come out and say " no cash refunds " tricky wording which is vague. If the dress is poor quality, and see through doesn't that fall under the policy of defective? Store credit is useless, don't want anything else from there. I filed a dispute with my form of payment, I think consumer affairs needs to review their return policy.

I ordered 2 dresses received only 1 and no response from them. The 1 that can does not look as advertised. No phone number listed. Poor customer service.
Stay away! Ordered over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting! Barely reply, give you a shipping date and then that doesn't happen, I just want my clothes and then to never use again!
I ordered back in July and it is now October, still not received any of my pieces! I only received store credit as an apology for the delay bt still no items have arrived!
I placed and paid for my order 3rd of July, and they STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED. Then weeks later, I get an email that it was on the way with no working tracking number. The reviews said that this site had gone to crap and i still placed my order because i really wanted this daydress i've been lookin at for a trip overseas. It's been two weeks. I have contacted them and sent screenshots and all they replied was 'Order number please' WHAT THE F*** WAS I THINKING buying from this crap website. They lure you in with discounts and some sort of disclaimer that they had switched suppliers so it takes a little longer to ship.
What a load of bull.
I don't even know how or when i can get my order shipped let alone get a bloody refund. What a waste of time and money!.
PS: Save yourself from this disaster of a company and order something from a respectable site.

Answer: Sorry but my experience, normally three weeks minimum. Sometimes longer. Don't rely on shipment date given at time of purchase either.
