I ordered this gorgeous dress for my engagement photos after looking website after website trying to find something i like. I ordered in the beginning of january and it was said it would ship out january 18th. My photos are on february 10th. It is currently january 23rd and o sent an email because it said it still hadn't shipped. I got an email back stating it wouldn't ship out for another month due to high volumes of orders. Absolutely ridiculous! Now i have to go find another dress after looking almost everywhere already. If you want your stuff on time, do not order!
Terrible customer service who canceled my order and told me that was what I wanted (all I wanted to know was when the return policy kicked in when your large order is shipped in partial shipments lol)
Sent them an email asking a question (and mentioned multiple times that I understood that their returns were for only store credit). They clearly didn't read the email correctly and assumed that I was asking to get around the store credit (which I clearly was not). Without following up with me, they just canceled my order and told me that they didn't want to further the issue (lol so lazy). When I responded that was nowhere close to the question I was originally asking them nor did I want my order to be canceled, they told me that was what I ASKED FOR in the original email lol. Posted photos of the conversation to show their incompetence.
Really can't believe that they tried to tell me that canceling the order was what I asked for lol
This is not stated in their website at all I would not recommend purchasing here ever. I don't even want another dress from them. I refuse to wear any of their items. Thieves.

My experience with this company is awful. Very little communication, just excuses and no resolution. Beginning to think this place is an absolute SCAM!

The customer service was absolutely horrible the order didn't come within the time frame they gave me. By the last day of my time frame they hadn't even shipped my dress. When i tried to reset my password for my account it wouldn't work so i couldn't even get in to cancel my order.
I placed an order a month ago. Its being a week when they send the tracking number. But it doesn't move the package from CA. Save some money dont buy from this store.
I ordered my daughter's homecoming dress on 9/20. They wasted no time taking my money but today is 10/7 and I have not received a tracking number and they have not replied to my last email I sent them yesterday. Were almost out of time and do not have a back up plan. We have no idea when the dress will arrive or if it will arrive on time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I preferred a dress about 3 weeks ago, I got an email that told me that my dress would be at my house on Friday, well Friday comes and my dress is not there, I look at the shipping and my dress hasn't even been shipped, I emailed them on that Friday and I got no response until Sunday, this company told me it would be shipped on Monday, today is Tuesday and it hasn't even been shipped. Worst place ever, this company can't even get dresses out on time. Never purchasing here again, wouldn't recommend ordering a dress here when you need it by a certain time
I bought three dresses from Lucy in the Sky. One was a pink dress where the straps cut into my collarbones and left marks that lasted days. It was not comfortable at all. The second was a white sequins dress that was see through around the top half of dress. There was no second layer of frabic around the top area like the bottom half had. The lack of having a second layer underneath the sequins on top half caused my upper body to itch. I'll have to sew fabric into the top half to wear it.
The third dress was super comfortable navy blue dress with a beautiful broze floral pattern on it. It was stunning until I cleaned it and the majority of the floral pattern flaked off. Not so stunning anymore. Might be able to get the pattern completely removed but for a 50 to 60 dollar dress I expect the pattern to last the lifetime of the dress. The dresses are pretty low quality for the price. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a dress for an event but unfortunately it did not come in time. Thankfully when I sent a message stating what happened they were very supportful and responded very quickly!
The dresses are cheap and sized for children, I got two of the same dress size small and they were completely different but both awkwardly shaped and nothing like the photos THERES A REASON THEY DONT ALLOW REVIEWS ON THRIR WEBSITE

This company is horrible. 0 stars is more appropriate. They do no refunds to your original payment for and only do store credit and only within 14 days of ordering. I don't know how they are still in business but we will never order from them again. Horrible customer service. My husband bought dresses as a gift and they look cheap and I wanted to send them back but they only do store credit and make no exceptions. No human approach to customer service and they just repeat their policy and say nothing else can be done but store credit. Many of the dresses look very cheap so beware. As an online store and in this day and time you have to be flexible and accept returns providing tags are on and it is in the same condition as when it's purchased. Go to Lulus or Hello Molly who make it easy to do online orders and returns as needed and will do return to your payment for items you are not happy with. I often order many items for a vacation and/or occasion and like to be able to send back what does not work and that is not an option with this company so don't do that. Lucy in the Skye does not care if their customer is happy that is for sure and their dresses are just cheap looking.

I ordered about two months ago and they were out of an iten so they offered me a refund and a few other options. The email said it would take up to 13 days from June 9th and I still haven't gotten my 48 dollars back on my card. I emailed 4 or 5 times about this. Everytime I am asked the same question which is for my card info and that is where the convo ends. This is extremely unprofessional. I will never shop here again. On top of that the part of my order I did get is very cheaply made. The material and seems just aren't the quality they should be for the price of their items. Their quality is that of fast fashion sites but instead of $10 it is $50. PLEASE SAFE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY.

Great employees, worked with me for numerous days to work out a refund for damaged items and took short time to respond.

Please do no purchase anything from this store. They only provide store credit if you don't like your product. NO full refunds. I figured if I don't like my dress, I'll get something else. Well the first dress I purchased was made so poorly, the straps were made way too long to hold the dress up, the fabric was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and itchy and was overall poorly made. I reached out and requested a full refund (not store credit, my money back) because of how dissapointed I was in this dress. They explained the policy to me and said they can only do store credit. So I figured, alright let me just try to find something else. I did and the second dress came damaged with no straps to wrap over your shoulders. At this point I'm furious. Don't charge 75 dollars for a dress and have it be cheap and damaged. It's a scam to provide cheap damaged products and not refund your customers anything but store credit, it just makes your customer stuck with purchasing another cheap product they don't even want. That's not how you gain customers.
