I had ordered from Lucy in the Sky before (2019) and was pretty pleased with that purchase. My first dress was decent quality and fit me perfectly (ordered an XS). However this year, I had made a hopeful purchase of 3 dresses in all size SMALL (totaling around $200). (For reference, I am 19,120lbs, and 5ft 3in). When they arrived, i was so excited but very quickly disappointed as NONE of them fit. Two of them were so tight and small, I couldn't even fit them on all the way. The one that was able to get on my body fully, came up just below my butt. If I walked, I would be flashing everybody. It was so incredibly short! Literally the back of my butt was peaking out. I contacted costumer service, and they were absolutely horrible and would only let me return ONE of the THREE dresses due to the inconvenience for them. After this, I will *******% NOT be shopping here again. You'd have so much better luck and prices at a place like Windsor.

Ordered a dress for my girlfriends graduation and the material was very nice and the product looked exactly like the picture. Would definitely recommend their cheap but good quality products.
AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 7 playsuits over 4 weeks ago and the order still hasn't even been PROCESSED! The support were snooty and basically told me too bad and it will get processed when it gets processed. They offered no explanation as to why it was taking so long and no empathy or understanding for my frustration. I asked for a refund after waiting a whole month for it to even be processed and they told me it would take about 15 business days for the money to be returned to my bank account. So in total I will have wasted almost 6 week on an order I didn't even end up receiving. Huge waste of time and pain dealing with this "company".
Fits perfectly! True to size, great material. I would 100% recommend this to a friend. Has great clothing and good prices for the item of clothing you are recovering.
The service was always helpful and prompt! Everything is absolutely adorable and you can find something for every occasion. My only complaint would be the sizing is never consistent.
I ordered my dresses over a month in advance and they did not come, I was waiting and waiting for a tracking number and never got one I emailed, texted, dmed, and still nothing. I finally got a reply saying they would ship the 14th, they did not, I emailed and texted again with no reply, finally, I got a reply and they now said the dress wouldn't be shipped out until the 31st, do not trust here. It is now, days before prom and I am dressless. You can not even return the dresses for money back, you only get store credit.
This is the worst experience I have had with any company. I somehow managed to get a "refund" - we will see if it actually comes through to my bank account, I doubt it will. They blatantly lie about the delivery timeframe. They do not update you about your order status, for example, it being SIGNIFICANTLY delayed. I am baffled by their lack of customer service. If you order from this store for a specific event, you better order at least a YEAR in advance -- and even then that might not be enough time to receive your order. Thanks for ruining my 4 year sorority formal *******@LUCYINTHESKY. I now cannot attend my LAST formal because I do not have a long formal dress to wear due to your utter incompetence. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. I wish I had.

1. Website is extremely buggy. I have tried over 30 min to try to add three different dresses. Site would not register the clicks to add same dress 3 times... frustrating experience. Strike one.
2. Customer service rep Maria is extremely incompetent. After order, I asked to apply a coupon code that PayPal method would not give an option to add (fault of site, and not PayPal. Go to a competent site and you can always add a code using PayPal method). She says she adds it and provides partial refund. Three days later I'm waiting for my order. I check on it. TURNS OUT THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. I had a vacation I wanted them ordered for. Strike 2. No warning. She basically replies "oOoPpSyY".
3. Instead of making it up to me, she says she'll make a ticket. I'm on a time crunch. I NEED THE SITUATION HANDLED IMMEDIATELY. Not have 3-4 days for a response. Strike 3! I should have ended it there.
Pissed consumer, I just reorder 2 instead of 3. Got the dresses. They're NOT worth 50 bucks each. Way too low cut, polyester... should have considered the refund policy warning about only store credit. I'm going to make it a mission to warn other consumers. Do not be naïve and think "oh it won't happen to me". Just buy elsewhere.
Tried to be understanding but this is pure incompetence. It's been over a week and still no response from corporate about the ticket.
ALSO I was supposed to get a 140.40 refund from my first cancelled order. Up to 10 business days they say. It's been over that and surprise surprise. No refund. Filing a credit card dispute :) What a joke of a company.
Don't be fooled because they are in LA, they will take forever to ship if at all. My order was placed on August 16th and was told it wouldn't ship until Sept. 6 then on Sept. 6 told it wouldn't ship until September 23, more than a month after my order was placed. At that point, I canceled and had to scramble to find something else from another vendor. RIDICULOUS>>>AVOID!

SAVE YOUR MONEY! THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK TO YOU EVEN IF THE ITEM THAT YOU BOUGHT WAS TRASH. THE DRESS I RECEIVED LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE DRESS IN THE PHOTO. IT WAS ITCHY AND SUPER THIN, DIDNT FIT CORRECTLY, WAS NOT HEMMED OR ANYTHING. HORRIBLE! SO I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY KEPT SENDING ME EMAILS BACK SAYING THAT THEY WOULD NOT AND EVENTUALLY THEY JUST STOPPED RESPONDING ALL TOGETHER.
For the first time I've ordered from them, it took more than the 2-3 days (it mentions on the website) for the item to ship out. They did also mention it would be within 10 days since they're working with new suppliers. So I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since they responded promptly. Now this second time I ordered 2 items. The first item shipped and I received it but ended up wanting to return it. I had to contact customer service again, which helped me get a pre-paid label to return. One of the negative things about returns are it's only for store credit rather than a full refund. Since shipping is free, I advise purchasing one thing at a time if you want to try it out unless you're certain you want to buy from them again if it doesn't work out.
My second item did not ship yet. Two weeks later, I contacted them and they gave me store credit for taking so long. It's been over a month and nothing yet. I had to contact them again and they instead gave me a full refund since they couldn't get the item in stock.
I really want to give them more stars if they shipped their items in time! The customer service was good and their items are good. Not China cheap but nothing fancy either. I want to say the quality so far has been comparable to your typical H&M, Forever21, etc. Some items better than others in quality.
Just beware if you want an item that is time-sensitive, you might not get it in time. I ordered at least 2 weeks early for an event and ended up having to find something else because it took so long to get.
If I could give them a zero. I would. How disappointing. I wanted to love the store so much, but the lack of customer service was appalling. I bought a dress in the beginning of April for my birthday. (the end of April.) ig said it was gonna take 3 weeks to be shipped to me, but I took the chance because the reviews seems great and I trusted it. I received an email saying it was shipped 2 days after and I waited. I know then the deadline came and no dress. I emailed them, and nothing. I wrote them on IG and nothing... I texted them and nothing. They finally got back to me and said "yes there's definitely something wrong here, here are your options" didn't provide an explanation as to why or what happened. Now I'm left 3 days before my birthday with no dress and I'm frantic. No response again today. And yea. I also noticed another girl posted a comment on their IG having the same problem as me... and her comment got deleted. They delete comments they don't like which is bad business practice to me I never want to shop here. I understand I'm only 1 person and it won't effect them, but I'm letting y'all know out there that want to give them a chance that this happened to me.
I ordered a two piece sequin set and loved it! It came super quick and looks amazing. I needed a nice outfit for my birthday coming and fell in love with it, looks exactly like the pictures.
