This is my first time ever ordering through them. I ordered a shirt through the vault over a month ago and it still hasn't been shipped. Their website says 2-3 weeks for delivery. When the 2 week mark hit I messaged them to see what was going on I got a response in 2 days that they are backed up and I can just cancel my order. How can they not get an order even processed in a months time? I have received things from China quicker than loot crate can even get me a confirmation. They took no time to take my money though. I was thinking about ordering crates from them but not after this. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from them. Not worth the time.
I have been subscribing to loot crate for two years. I have not experienced any issues with them. I once contacted customer service and they resolved my issue asap. The crates are great, I receive a pin and t shirt every month. I sometimes get funks the are exclusive to loot crate.
Please can I speak to someone who can help me!

It is very simple. Give me the courier company tracking nr and the actual post office it was send to as I have more than a dozen in my immediat area. HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT BE?
Or immediatly refund me my money and I will never do business with you again.
Now I dont care anymore I have been more that patient and my son whom I ordered the crate for think you guys are a joke!

Place order, wait one month, contact them, wait a week, "sorry we are snowed under", wait three more weeks and not all items arrive, no communication at all. No idea how long it will take to get my money back. Never again.
Absolutely terrible service. One order I made came half filled and the other half broken. Took 2 months before they said they can't fill the order. Ordered a Gaming Crate at the same time, been 2.5 months and still has not arrived. Next to useless Customer Support, just steer clear.
Signed up for Tshirt loot crate. Women's XL. They CONTINUALLY send me MEN's XXL! I've called. I've emailed. And today they finally reply but ask me to PROVE I have wrong Size sent. They will not refund my money and I've asked repeatedly. Criminals.
I've had Loot Crate sub since Feb 2016. Last year, crates were great, shipped on time, out of 5 or 6 items it had at least 2 high quality items (huge mugs, aprons, mousepads, funko pops, paper journals) and a rad shirt. Now you get maybe 4 pieces of trash. Shirts don't fit correctly and have cheap designs. One month they sent dollar store magnets and tried to pass them off as "Tetris" blocks. Two months of pencils. This is, of course, only IF YOU ACTUALLY GET THE CRATE. I'm still waiting for June. They started this bullcrap LootKeys thing where you jump thru a bunch of puzzle hoops for extra stuff but you never get the bonus loot promised. You don't hear about anyone winning Megacrates anymore. They rely too heavily on digital content, most of which is cumbersome to download and worthless. The Loot Vault is a joke. You can order (overpriced) items all day long, 90% of them are already sold out. They don't tell you this until weeks after you've ordered and emailed them about where your stuff is. After a year on month-to-month, I upgraded to a six month subscription in March but the 3 previous crates plus the crap in I received in the March and April crates convinced me to cancel it at the end of April. They've overextended themselves. They need to get rid of lootkeys and lootvault and useless digital crap and start focusing back on the crates.
First and last month I subscribe, greeted with delays and a shady system trying to make me resubcribe after I subscribed for 1 month and O-N-E month only. CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATATELY AFTER SUBSCRIBING IF YOU ONLY WANT ONE CRATE. I got lucky and were only one day away from being billed another $100 for next month's crate, which I have zero interest in.

Their products are great but their customer service is disgusting.
It's JULY and we are still waiting for APRILS. After several emails asking when APRILS loot would ship and being told "not yet" they send me tracking that claims it had arrived in the country a month earlier. I ask them what's up as clearly they had been saying it hadn't shipped yet and they tell me it must be stuck at customs and I had to "vaguely" ask them if it had been thru there. That's not customs job! They are there to stop any suspicious/banned items getting thru not track everyone's parcels. A week later they send me new shipping with no explanation. The new shipping clearly shows the parcel has been sitting there since April and had never been shipped. It's finally just been sent today, 4 months late! We also just finally received May and June in the last week.
A three month subscription paid for in April and they wanted the next 3 months before they had even shipped anything with no explanation/apology. You have to chase them to find out what's happening meaning their customer service is always overloaded.
Stay well away from this company they are not worth the hassle.
These scammers are trying to charge me a COD fee of 11$ on a 26$ CDN item that I waited 1 month for it to be shipped out! ELEVEN DOLLARS ON A 26$ ITEM! Its not Canada post charging me it, because I called and they confirmed that it was the company LOOTCRATE charging me an extra 11$. I paid the shipping on it and there trying to double dip from me. This company is filled with no morals, money hungry demons. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE LITERALLY THE MOST MONEY HUNGRY, LYING COMPANY EVER! They have ZERO 0 MORALS. They do not care about you, only your money and once they have it you're screwed. I waited ONE MONTH just for them to ship it out, and now there double charging me.
My order was from June 18th ( breaking bad bbq apron and a call of duty free e it says on their webpage ships within two weeks it is now July 22nd and know where them where is other than they have not started shipping it but they take the money never never ever again will I order here and even if they do finally ship it or not changing where of you wasted all my time messaging them to keep Auto replying never calling never nothing nothing nothing.

I placed an order with them on June 16,2017. A week passed, no shipping confirmation. I contacted them and was told that my order should be on the way soon. Another week passed, I emailed them again. I ended up emailing them at least 5 times and kept getting the same generic responses. Finally, on July 18,2017, over a month after I placed my order, a box arrived. The items were supposed to be a birthday present. When checking the contents, I noticed there was no invoice or print out detailing my order. When I looked through everything, I noticed one of the Hoodie's I ordered was not in the box. The box was not damaged and the tape was still intact. So, I contacted them via email again. I got another response from George N. (customer service) stating that he would get a replacement sent out to me. "Please allow 2-4 weeks for your replacement to ship". So, I already waited over a month for the items, even though they took the money from my card immediately. Then, because they didn't ship me all of the items I paid for, I have to wait another month for the Hoodie? Why would a customer be happy with paying for items and have to wait so long and receive poor responses and poor customer service? There are plenty of business that are happy to take my money and ship my items quickly! I will not be spending any more money with Loot Crate. I don't see them thriving and succeeding in business because of their poor shipping time and poor customer service!
Order placed on 7/23 and was charged right away. Site said shipping takes up to 14 days. Nope more than 2 months later after being lied to many times, they sent partial of order missing at least 2 Anime crates and a few more items. I waited for them to ship the rest and was told if they are out of stock, I will be contacted by them. Now 3 months, still missing crates and more. They replied with a tracking of the partial order and wont do anything about my two expensive crates from the order... they only shipped me small items. I have filed with the BBB hoping they will send me the rest of my order but I am not holding out for that based on other's experiences.
My husband and I were so excited to get this subscription and we were sadly let down. We paid a six month subscription for the dx box and when we got our first box in April and it was eh nothing special we felt like the regular loot box (the cheaper one) had better stuff inside it then we did and we pay a way way more than they do. Another thing that irked me was that the regular box come with exclusives that give you the chance to win free loot buttt the dx do not get that chance. Which I find ridculous for the price we pay we should get everything they do plus some not less. Well now it is July 5th and we still haven't received the May box or the June box! We went on YouTube to see if there were reviews for the May box and there are ppl on you tube who got their boxes on June 2nd the normal time to get them and we still have not even received ours and it's july! We were let down and are still being let down
I have both loot wear and risky business since February of last year. Loot crate too. April 2017 comes and all my loot wear and risky business goes late. May late June late I finally get may. They promise to get the others to me after 30 some odd emails after refunding my money as I'm a regular customer. It's going no to be July before I see April but now they are trying to screw me out of June after I re signed up for July aug and sept. I feel tricked. There is missing sweaters and they can't even tell me when they will ship. Kat, Fabian and bob are becoming difficult
I was impressed with the first couple crates I received, and have ordered both the regular and the DX crates. After a couple shipments, I noticed a significant drop in quality. 2 months in a row, they've put pencils in as an item. One was an X-files pencil set, the next month were colered pencils for a coloring book. At first, the DX crates seemed more adult in nature, with home goods, drinkware, etc. Now they seem to be catering to lowest common denominator when it comes to the products. On top of that, I paid for what will be my last crate on April 30th, which would be the May crate. After not receiving it by the end of May, I emailed them. I received an email saying that they were having issues with the shirt distributor, but should be getting a tracking notice soon. I waited another 2 weeks, and emailed them again. They again told me that they were having issues with the shirts, as well as their new warehouse. By this point, spoilers have shown up online in the form of reviews. These reviews stated that Loot Crate provided them with free crates for review purposes. So now, people who have not paid for the box are receiving them on time, while people who are paying customers are stuck waiting. I also received a "how satisfied are you with this box" survey, further spoiling the contents. After expressing my disappointment in yet another email, stating that I would like a refund and that they've now lost me as a customer, they replied with pretty much "yup, there's a delay, so here's a $10 credit for your next purchase". Done with these guys.
TL/DR- Shady company, terrible customer service, quality going down month by month. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.
I have been waiting for my May lootcrate what was supposedly mailed out May 30th when I received an email with shipping tracking information. I was unable to track the shipment with the tracking number provided so I contacted lootcrate and was told that I received the shipment notification in error and that my crate would be shipped out soon. I then tweeted them on June 20th asking about my missing crate, I was told that some crates have STILL not shipped. I then tried to contact them through email as directed on their social media since they are telling people on Facebook that June's crates are shipping? Why are June crates being shipped of Mays haven't even gone out yet. I have still not hear anything back from them via email. Then today I posted on their Facebook page asking about my missing crate, big mistake clearly because all they do is delete your post so no one else can see it! Seriously what the hell is it with dodgy companies like lootcrate who spend more time covering their tracks on social media instead of actually dealing with the customers who only want what they paid for. I have included pictures showing they delete posts on Facebook that make them look bad.
I ordered a WWE package and a dead pool back in May and I'm still getting the run around. Ruby their agent tells me that tracking is coming soon and she puts in a ticket... it's going to be 2 months soon and still no item or tracking... stay away... I'm telling friends. Family. Social media... Stay far away from buying from loot crate!
Ordered a 3-month subscription on a sale, all I got was 3 shirts, and a bunch of useless junk that I can assure no one would ever use. 2 of the boxes were severely damaged, 1 of them got wet from the rain, as it was left outside. Now as I had gotten it on a sale, it wasn't the biggest issue with the items. I figured "sure I got a bunch of crap, but it could have been worse" So I canceled it, a week before the next recurring payment, assuming that I would not be charged again, I had piece of mind. A week later, I get an 112.50 dollar charge on my PayPal account. I had insufficient funds, so the payment bounced. Now there is a 50 dollar NSF fee, and lootcrate is refusing to co-operate. Complete trash company, STAY AWAY!
I ordered something from Loot Vault for my husbands birthday thinking two weeks would be plenty of time to arrive. After 2 weeks had come and I still had not received a tracking number I contacted customer service and was told that it would just be a couple days and that their new warehouse was behind. I was told to contact if I didnt get the tracking in a couple days which I did not so I contacted them again. This time I got a response from them saying it will be 4 weeks until my stuff even gets fulfilled, no apologies. There is nothing on the site that says this. Also, since it has been so long, the stuff I bought has actually gone down in price yet I cant get anyone to respond to me so that I may cancel my order.
Answer: If you look at the good reviews, they are from 2014. This company has gone way down since then. Now they just take your money and never ship. I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business soon.
Answer: What ever you do, go to your bank account close it, and reopen a new one in your name, that literally seems to be the only way for you to escape their stealing scams. Stay AWAY from them!
Answer: Just accept the loss. It will take weeks to even get a response forom customer service and you will end up with an excuse, expense of returning what you have and will either 1) get two more wrong items after several more weeks, 2) never receive the exchange items at all or 3) get a refund if they are threatened with a PayPal claim.
Answer: Do not buy them here. It takes over a month to receive anything. What you receive will be wrong. Customer service takes weeks to respond. Dissatisfied customers are always selling Crate items on eBay. Best it get them that way.
Answer: Don't order it! Other reviewers are saying that once you cancel it auto renews automatically. Cancelling subscriptions seems to be next to impossible!
