I placed an order with them on June 16, 2017. A week passed, no shipping confirmation. I contacted them and was told that my order should be on the way soon. Another week passed, I emailed them again. I ended up emailing them at least 5 times and kept getting the same generic responses. Finally, on July 18, 2017, over a month after I placed my order, a box arrived. The items were supposed to be a birthday present. When checking the contents, I noticed there was no invoice or print out detailing my order. When I looked through everything, I noticed one of the Hoodie's I ordered was not in the box. The box was not damaged and the tape was still intact. So, I contacted them via email again. I got another response from George N. (customer service ) stating that he would get a replacement sent out to me. "Please allow 2-4 weeks for your replacement to ship". So, I already waited over a month for the items, even though they took the money from my card immediately. Then, because they didn't ship me all of the items I paid for, I have to wait another month for the Hoodie? Why would a customer be happy with paying for items and have to wait so long and receive poor responses and poor customer service? There are plenty of business that are happy to take my money and ship my items quickly! I will not be spending any more money with Loot Crate. I don't see them thriving and succeeding in business because of their poor shipping time and poor customer service!
