I had seven subscriptions for a yrs. I canceled all of them because the price was going up and the items were mostly a miss. When I canceled in mid November a Tony g emailed me that he was refunded all the subscriptions which was nice of him but he only did three. I emailed back and a Robbie s replied that that was a one time courtesy for those three. I asked about the other four which I was told before i would be refunded and Robbie S didn't answer me back until I emailed again and he said i could call the better business bureau and have I great day. This is how they treat their customers that have multiple subscriptions for yrs.It is now the end of December and still dealing with them. I had to send so many emails because they would never answer my questions. They also delayed every request I sent. I think there was over 25 emails to get to this point. If you think they are great while you are subscribing try canceling - it is a nightmare.
My elderly grandmother who can barely speak english bought me a loot crate once, and they have charged her card OVER AND OVER despite cancelling the subscription NUMEROUS times. We even canceled the card and they STILL called her and then LIED saying that she owed them money and would be in legal trouble if she didnt give her new cc info over. When we tried to call they would NOT answer the phone, when we tried to make contact on FB they blocked us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU.
Loot Vault needs an operational overhaul from the ground up. I've never experienced such poor customer service from a company in my life. Order placed on 11/27. Still hasn't shipped as of 12/22.
No customer service number, apparently no reliable inventory tracking system,, and nothing from customer support except for canned email responses.
Another person here who ordered expecting my crates to be here for Christmas. And guess what they have been delayed because of their supplier for an item or some such excuse like that. That was the excuse for one of the Crates. The other 3 will not be here till Feb because they claim I did not order before Dec 5th. When I emailed them my Paypal receipts for the 3 crates clearing showing the date it was paid. I got some bs response asking me to clarify which crates I was referring to. The invoice clearly states the order number and item. I guess zombies with no brains work there. Stay away these guys are bad.
Wont be getting around 5 gifts for Christmas because of them. STAY FAR AWAY. Awful customer service and very deceitful. Was told I would receive my items before Christmas but its not arriving till the day after. Ill be out of town for a week. What a JOKE.
No crate and no communication about it being late. Contacted customer service. They blamed me for not getting the notification of it being late and told me they can't refund my money because they created a shipping label a month ago even though they never shipped it. Said they have no process in place for refunds once the label is created.
Placed an order on Nov. 27th for a few Christmas gifts. All in-stock items. 19 Days later (12/16/17) and they tell me "You may receive it this month" They have no idea when they are sending it. I've never been told that when ordering something. They advertise great sales for the holidays but neglect to tell you that it will take 17 years to receive it. My son will outgrow the sizes I ordered by the time it gets here.
I have been in contact with customer service two weeks after I ordered my products since I didnt see anything happening. I ordered somethings on loot vault on Nov 4 well before the Black Friday rush to avoid this from happening and now they tell me that my order is pushed back from the overwhelming response they received on Black Friday. Ive emailed them every week after not seeing anything happening on my order since then and they still give me the same response. Ive even told them if something is holding up my shipment at least send a partial shipment. But nothing, as of today its been a month and a week since I placed my order. If youre going to order things for Christmas gifts. You need to order them in June to receive them on time. This is ridiculous, Ive received items from wish in a more timely matter and those things get shipped overseas.
I ordered several crates on nov 1st, hoping to arrive fotr the holiday. So far, nothing. I emailed loot crate and the gaming box is delayed and they don't know when it will be shipped as they're waiting for 2 items. They said they would email me.
Another crate was ordered nov 1st and same thing. It's now dec 9th. I emailed and they didn't ship the November item until dec 5th! They gave me a tracking number but it says give another 48 hrs after said delivery date in order to receive it due to delay. WTH. Looks like a shirt should be here dec 13th... Key word being SHOULD. I am cancelling this as soon as Christmas is over. Esp, the gaming crate if I haven't gotten it by Christmas!
Took over a month to ship a few tshirts. Shipped them through usps and they didnt arrive, wants me to call the post office and find where the package is and go pick it up. Useless customer service do not buy from them
Submitted order during August. Month later no update, contacted support and told ticketing system was down and would have to wait 10 days. 10 days later, warehouse issues and order would be dispatched soon. 4 weeks later, dispatch notification. Several days later checked dispatch notification and order cancelled without explanation. Contacted support, told since order had not been dispatched yet had been cancelled and that I should reorder at twice the price.
Support refuse to explain why and queries bounced between two people, both claiming I need to speak to other. Terrible company, terrible support.

I signed up for Loot Crate for three months as a trial and wasn't that into it. I figured because I only signed up for three months that my crates would just stop coming. They decided to update my subscription without telling me so I got charged for an extra month of $#*!. Turns out in order to unsubscribe you have to actually go to your account and unsubscribe there or they will just keep charging you without ever telling you.
I am getting boxes I did not order. I have sent back EVERY one of them! The customer service will not respond and they do not have a 800 number to call.

It's been 3 months and I emailed them a few times and each time they said that they were backed up and IF I don't stop asking about my orders that they'll be sitting aside my order for a while for punishment"!? There's a lot more mystery boxes out there to choose from"! With a lot more stuff than Loot Box"! And much better items"! Stan Lee has a Awesome Box" And Geek fuel, And Tee blox has a Great T-shirt Subscriptions"! $8.00 for just a T-shirt and$12.99 for a T-shirt and a comic book and a surprise gift"!? Ordering was confusing, it's for a monthly service that offers multiple plan options. One being a one month subscription. This subscription does not end after one month, it continues indefinitely, and is not very clear it will send you recurring charges until the conformation email after you have already made a purchase. Cancelling the subscription is a process that requires to confirm that you are sure multiple times and tries to force you to keep your subscription. The customer feedback survey they offer is broken and does not allow you to submit customer feedback. When I got my tracking number my package did not arrive when it said it would. My package was transferred through two delivery companies, I was not provided a tracking number for the second company and had to track down my own package to see what happened to it. At that time I was informed that my package would be arriving four days later than the tracking number that loot crate provided me. I was unhappy with all of the above and attempted to contact loot crate for a resolution. Loot crate does not have a customer service phone number, online chat or mailing address. The only way to contact them in through a fill-in form that sends them an email which takes hours to get a reply. Their "customer service" was horrific. Honestly if someone just apologized for the inconvenience I would have been fine. Instead customer service (Bob K) blamed me for not reading everything carefully enough, they said that my package was still going to arrive before the deadline on their website so it didn't matter that my package didn't arrive when the tracking number said it would or that I was not provided an accurate tracking number for the second part of my shipping. My complaints about their broken customer service feedback survey was never even replied to or acknowledged. Then customer service scolded me for tracking down my package saying that I was never told to look for my own package, in response to my complaint about having to track down my own package after it was not delivered as expected. Their responses were wrong and incomplete indicating that my messages were skimmed and not really read. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about the customer service. The supervisor (Hannah A) ignored my questions about their customer service and indicated she was no longer interested in helping me. To be honest I would have let the stuff that happened go if customer service was decent but they made it so much worse. This company is a joke no wonder its failing.
Well I ordered $30 of stuff from the vault where the disclaimer says to allow up to 14 business days for shipping... Over a month later, I've been offered a refund minus a 20 percent restocking fee, and a 30 percent discount off my NEXT order, when I've inquired about my (still) unfulfilled order.
They assure me they are understaffed and working overtime to fulfill backed up orders, but can't offer me anything, including an ETA.
I'm pretty sure this is a scam to collect restocking fees for profit. Buyer beware.
I ordered from them specifically for a one-time sale, and I indicated as much on the order form. However, they immediately signed me up for a monthly receipt of their merchandise (shirts) without so much as notifying me via any email or anything. I've tried contacting them both via the telephone and the email, and they're thus far refused my inquiries to cancel a subscription. Avoid like the plague.
Completely ridiculous how the refund/"restocking" fee is 20%! Buyer beware! And to not have it posted in the open for one to read is also ridiculous. I'm sure if you have that posted most would not risk buying any of your products.
I ordered a few shirts and a couple other items. The order took about a month to finally ship out and when I did receive it, there was one shirt missing and one shirt in the incorrect size. I just finally received the missing shirt today (nearly two and a half months after the initial order) and still have not received the replacement for the shirt that was the incorrect size. To their credit, they did offer me a refund for the shirt, but I decided to stick it out and see just how long it will take to get it.
The quality of the shirts is pretty bad too. It is that thin see-through, clingy cotton that I hate in shirts. Oh well, at least the Sailor Moon bottle opener is pretty decent.
Overall, terrible experience and I would never consider ordering anything from this company again.
Answer: If you look at the good reviews, they are from 2014. This company has gone way down since then. Now they just take your money and never ship. I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business soon.
Answer: What ever you do, go to your bank account close it, and reopen a new one in your name, that literally seems to be the only way for you to escape their stealing scams. Stay AWAY from them!
Answer: Just accept the loss. It will take weeks to even get a response forom customer service and you will end up with an excuse, expense of returning what you have and will either 1) get two more wrong items after several more weeks, 2) never receive the exchange items at all or 3) get a refund if they are threatened with a PayPal claim.
Answer: Do not buy them here. It takes over a month to receive anything. What you receive will be wrong. Customer service takes weeks to respond. Dissatisfied customers are always selling Crate items on eBay. Best it get them that way.
Answer: Don't order it! Other reviewers are saying that once you cancel it auto renews automatically. Cancelling subscriptions seems to be next to impossible!
