I bought Loot crate as a gift and paid for six months. After that I got charged again for another six months, without asking for it. And when I wrote the customer service they said there is nothing they can do about it, and that the order renews itself if you don“t actively cancel it.

Order the Risky Business set for April back on April 4th, nothing! Was told May should be on time, as of 7p on May 31, nothing!

I got some BS run around about how their supplier fouled up a few times and it wasn't up to their "quality control standards!" BS!

I will be contacting my bank and contesting this charge. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE SCAM!

Every single month we've had an issue. As of today the very end of May we still have not received April's Risky Business Crate and was told May's would be late as well. Customer service sucks! Won't issue refunds or give credits even though we aren't even receiving the merchandise. Stay away from this fraud of a company!

They seem to have forgotten to actually ship my crate. Customer Support was nice and friendly, but couldn't provide me with an updated tracking number, and although they say that for US the delivery estimate is by 28th of the month, and that for overseas shipping should take a few more days, and although I am indeed abroad, they were asking of me to wait for another week and a half to have updated tracking info, which would be the period I should have been receiving it already.
I am glad I cancelled my monthly subscription before it renewed to a second month.

Don't bother
May 19, 2017

This was a Christmas gift for my son. His BFF get's his box on time each month, HOWEVER, my son doesn't or it takes weeks to get the box. No customer service number, only e-mails, they don't supply a correct tracking number. First the box has been sitting in CA, then it was delivered to CA (we live in WA)- then they say it has been sitting at OUR post office for 3 days (called -nothing). So today is May 19th and he has yet to get April's crate, he finally got March's at the end of April. I have NEVER had issues getting boxes delivered. Only with this company. Not even worth a star.

I subcribed for just a one month crate which rolls over each month unless you physically stop it, why have a one month option if it is just gonna roll over anyway. I started back in February(this is being written on 5-15-2017) for March's primal/wolverine crate got it midway thru march then they took two more payments and they have no phone number to call them on only a bull$#*! fake email system. I already reported them to the BBB we need more people to do the same

Absurd Company

Purchased some stuff in March due to their loot vault sales. Waited a week or 2 and finally contacted them via email because you cant chat with them. They told me they are moving warehouses and that it would take 1-4 weeks to just SHIP it out to me, thats not including travel time. Seriously?! I told them to cancel my order. I decided to try it again and this time I ordered the April Investigate Loot Crate box. 1 week goes by and it still has not shipped, yet 90% of the americans who ordered it have already received their boxes, yet they have not even shipped mine yet (I'm in Canada) This is so messed up, it disgusts me. Once I get this box, I'm finished with these lazy savages.

Is loot crate a scam?

I ordered a 2 month subscription for my Grandson in March. I have been charged 43.49 in March and April. My account shows that nothing has ever been shipped. So I guess I am just giving them money each month for nothing! There is no way to contact them by phone, only e-mail and they respond with a automatic reply. I will report this to American Express.

I ordered 3 statues in March on a sale they were having. A month goes by without any word from them (but yep they took the money right away). I contact them and ask them whats going on and they tell me to check back in a week. I do this and they say they are going to mail everything out shortly and that they are giving me a 5 dollar refund for the trouble (total had been 18 dollars).

So I wait and the refund never happens. On top of this the order takes another week or so to mail out and when it finally does arrive at my house I am missing one of the 3 statues. I email them and they say oops guess we were out of stock and didn't mail it. I told them to shove it and am completely done with this company.

They are a bunch of liars and thieves.

I should have had my first subscription order weeks ago. They took my money, but I cannot reach them. No phone customer service. I think if a company takes your hard earned money, they should be willing to TALK to you. I was online trying chat, waited 30 minutes, started as 8th in line, then was 9th in line, how does that even happen? So, now they have MY money for a 6 month subscription and won't even talk with me and I have NO product either!

Shipping sucks

I ordered something on the Loot Vault on March 18th, and it hasn't even shipped yet and it is April 14th. I emailed them and they said it would take 2-3 weeks to ship. I emailed them again after approximately two weeks and they told me to email them a week later for shipping information. I did as they asked, and in response received an email saying my order hasn't shipped and it would take 1-4 weeks to ship from the order date.

UPDATE: Not only did my packages arrive very late, I was also denied an item because it went out of stock suddenly. Very disappointed.

Delay delay delay

They continue to deny an order I made in early March. A mine Chest and loot vault order. East I'm not understanding is why an order from loot vault takes over a month to ship. The items are already in Stock. They mentioned the mine Chest was going to be over a month late in an email sent far later than they should have. The customer service is terrible. A week after the original ship date I sent emails regarding my orders. Only then did they send me an email explaining the warehouse move and the lack of items that were supposed to fill the chest. Ok... so why didn't they send out the email a week ago when the item was first considered late or delayed instead of waiting over a week while people who spent their hard earned money have no idea where their money went.

I had a box come in that all the stuff was missing this was in Feb 22 its now 4. 4. 17 and I still do not have the replacement boxes they keep saying its due to them move the warehouse I work for the cable company and we don't $#*! customer this bad... hell they got mad because I emailed 2 times and called WTF I want my money back and I paid for a year service

LOOT CRATE SUCKS!

I subscribed to a 6 month Loot Wear shirt subscription. The March delivery date came and went and no shirt or tracking number. I asked nicely for an update, customer support gave me the runaround, saying it was delayed and would be shipping 'soon' but they had no estimated delivery date. They took my money but had no idea when I'd get my shirt? I cancelled my sub but they refused to refund March because they printed a shipping label already.? They can't tell me anything about where is my order, but have a label printed? HUH?

I posted on their FB page how unhappy I was with such poor service. There were many others with the same problems with delays going months back, and I made a few "me too" comments on their posts. Loot Wear and Loot Crate BLOCKED me from posting on their FB page! And all of my comments were deleted. REALLY that is how paying customers with complaints are handled? Here it is weeks later and I still do not have the first shirt that I paid for or any answers as to WHEN it is coming.

They send you the shipping notification, then you receive the box 2 weeks later. Says its being shipped from LA, but I highly doubt that as I can drive to LA from NY in far less time. When you do finally get your box, it's crap that you can get at your local dollar store that is no where's near the value of what they say it is. Purchased this for my son for a Christmas present, even him at the age of 13 knows how much we got ripped off.

Worst subscription EVER.

I've had them one before didn't like too many of the themes giving to me but I seen that they were bringing out a power rangers theme and I thought why not I just received my bix and they don't have anything worth what I paid for it only TWO items in the box was related to Power Rangers the rest was Batman and a toy for The Lego Movie why would I want that if you're hyping up the Power Rangers it doesn't make sense on how they though these all go together I'm gonna stick to Marvel Corps never again will I pay for anither Lootcrate and I suggest no one else subscribes here either

I have paid for 3 months and have received 1 shipment twice(same items).

What I was told: "Since January has been marked as delivered and February is still en route, we are unable to provide refunds immediately. If you would like to return your items, please feel free to send them back to:"

This is after I canceled and said I wanted my money back... so literally almost 12 hours later they mail out the package and tell me, we mailed it so you're pretty much on your own.

Absolute joke of a company. The junk that comes in the box is not even close to worth what they claim. I had 5 different subscriptions going, so I could try the service and different themes. There's 2 boxes I still have not gotten. I have wrote to them multiple times and they have no customer service. The "person" just said it would be sent out shortly and that they sent an email stating the delay. They did not send such email. They continued to tell me to check "Loot Help" before writing to them again. I did. Loot help is a joke. None of the buttons are click able and they don't update your account so what's the point? It's already feb. And I haven't gotten 2 boxes from January and they have already charged me again. Good luck getting any sort of actual "help" from this sorry excise for a company.
