Don't buy your tickets from these people they sell me a ticket to Frontier to go to Vegas the ticket was wrong but there was never flying to Vegas I called them they come and go buy another ticket I lost my money I didn't get my money back my money went to ask for a manager you cannot even get one because there's no one around because these people work from home do not buy it tickets from these people I'm telling you I calling you I called a lawyer and I'm going to take care of this the new China, they never answer the phone so I'm going to take it further do not buy your tickets from these people
Stay away do not use this website company lookupfare.com, & lookupfare.net, only delayed, i ended up buying tickets from another site at a higher price.
We booked a flight on Friday. Received no confirmation or booking number by Saturday even as we were told to wait. We called everyday from Saturday to Tuesday with no updates, each time saying they will send over the tickets shortly. We eventually was able to cancel the reservation because they said we require also sending in government ID's with our credit card number and at that moment it sounded like a scam. They said the only way to process the reservation was with the ID and we said ok we will not provide that and they said they will have to cancel the reservation, which was what we were trying to do for 4 days anyways. Terrible service that gave us the run around for days.
I just narrowly averted this scam. Air fare was too good to be true, but I booked anyway. What booking company waits more than 24 hours before sending you your ticket info and verification? So I looked up reviews, and THIS. Called the company, and an Indian woman answered and tried to act like it was just the way they do things. Today I called my credit card company and blocked payment, seeing in here how worse things could get. Don't do business with these people, they have no conscience.
I i book a flight from look by fare on the 12 of November 2021 at 12:13am got the confirmation number and itinerary, layer in the day I got a call that my ticket is canceled and the reason of cancelation is that my card is decline and yet still the money came off the card, look at this ladies and gentlemen, I purchase the ticket at 12.13 am at 2:30 someone used my card to puchase an item from js digital life at 2 30am then at 1:30 pm the agency call and said the flight as been cancelledthis company is scam we need to get the fraud squad involve

We bought tickets before Covid for over $1100. Had to cancel trip due to health issues… We have been trying since December 2020 to receive a refund…… … have had one person in the company help us retrieve part of our money at a cost of $150 service charge… lost over $650 using this company. … They are by far the worst company we have ever dealt with! BEWARE
Booked with them by mistake. After flight was cancelled requested money back. Took hours of phone calls, many falls promises. Finally after 8 months & threat of legal action, received some money back. They kept an exorbitant amount for service fee. WHAT SERVICE, I wonder.

This is the worst $#*!ing site ever. I booked a flight to get home and get to the airport and my flight was not showing. I called and the guy claimed he couldn't find our flight even though they had me wait on the phone until it showed that the tickets were paid for. So now we have to sit in the airport until 12 to wait to see if we can catch another flight out because they are all booked. This is the worst experience ever and they need to shut this bull$#*! $#*! site down. You're having us expecting something that we're not getting. Y'all get a negative 0 rating from me

Company deserves negative 5 star rating. After showing up at the airport, airline informed me that ticket was canceled by someone? After calling the support number I was told they can re-book the airfare for next day flight at additional $798 USD with no explanation why the original flight was canceled. In additional they canceled my second flight and charge me another $300.00 to reebok for another flight. No emails with cancellation notice on original booking, no response from customer service, they just do what they want. No one is responding to emails? I feel like this company is total scam! I booked a flight from Orlando to New Jersey. I received a confirmation. A few hours later I received a call saying my credit card was declined. BUT, my credit card was charged. The next day I spoke to a representative and I gave her a different credit card. They booked the flight but I never got a confirmation. I tried calling customer service and couldn't get through. When I finally got through (7 hours later) I was told that I would receive it between an hour or 24 hours. I received the confirmation email 4 hours later. I called back the company the following day to let them know the first credit card I gave was charged. The customer service representative said that there was a glitch in the system and he saw that my card was charged and to send an email with proof explaining what happened. I sent a email explaining I was charged twice. It's been a week with no response and my card has yet to be credited back!
This place is not answering my calls at all! I booked with them for my husband's 30th birthday to Cancun late March 2021 for June 6th. They found tickets with American Airlines totaling $1,439.23 for myself and my husband and 2 kids. On the AA website, it said my trip total was $741! That was the first thing. Then I called them and they were trying to justify themselves and swore up and down that they were honest and I was not getting scammed! I confirmed with American Airlines and they said my info was in the system but tickets were not confirmed. Lookbyfare told me not to worry that they will be. I called today since we leave on Sunday, June 6th, and come to find out that those rates and times NEVER EXISTED! So now I had to book them directly with AA and of course, a lot more expensive. These people now from Lookbyfare will NOT answer my calls for a refund! I'm going to call my bank now to dispute the charge and I will be reporting them. EVERYONE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM LOOKBYFARE!
What a $#*! show this has been. When I originally tried to book a flight there where 5 seats left but of course someone bought the last seat just as I booked. I was told there where still seats in " Economy Plus" at a slightly higher fee, $30 for more leg room sounded good... Every seat on the plane was ECONOMY there was no upgrading. They site lists a 24/7 number to call but nobody answers or returns messages. They booked the wrong return date so I had to pay extra to the airline to change it even though I purchased travel insurance with my ticket. If I could leave zero stars I would. This site is a scam and I can't say enough bad things about them.
I booked this flight two months in advance. These ladies are stuck there because of this terrible company. Two more days before they can go home ( been there for two weeks) Would not pay for their room and this was their mistake! The flight got cancelled by the airline, they sent good old Robin an email and he forgot to mention this to his customers, these ladies, grandmothers. They do not care about these ladies who have medicine to take, and want to go home. I had to call the airline to get them home. I think this is extremely unprofessional and careless, especially in the pandemic were in its already a struggle everyday.
Zero Stars! I booked a flight and an hour later I needed to cancel. Before booking, I confirmed that flights may be cancelled within 24hours free of charge. I called back within the hour and spoke 3 agents (Manual, Sean, and John i believe was the manager) in an attempt to cancel my reservations. I was placed on hold, call transferred, and each time my call was disconnected. I finally questioned whether or not this was a fraudulent company. The agent became very hostile. He proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't have booked the flight (an hour ago) if I intended on cancelling (Unreal!). Keep in mind we are in the middle of a pandemic, this is an international flight to The Bahamas, and new travel updates and restrictions are occurring regularly. They were rude, unprofessional, and downright HOSTILE. They hesitated to return my funds and decided to lecture me about calling their company. Never-mind that I was disconnected each time I asked for a refund. Interestingly enough, I wasn't disconnected at all when I was booking the reservation (curious huh?). At this point, I will be calling my bank to ensure the original transaction is cancelled because I do not trust them. I will NEVER again perform any business with this company and advise that you don't either. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service and borderline unethical business practices.
We scheduled a trip for my daughter to see her mother at the beginning of the pandemic and because of safety, we had to cancel our trip. Look By Fare went to the multiple airlines we had used and obtained and managed our flight credits. When my daughter's mother re-booked without notifying me and I contacted Look By Fare, they managed to cancel the tickets and still hold our reservation. Because of all of the rescheduling, with multiple airlines and the complex feat of arranging 3 separate reservations to have us seated with our daughter, there became some confusion and difficulty arranging the same trip again and some of the credits were not originally able to be honored, however when our case was turned over to David Miller, he worked very hard to ensure that we got what we needed in order to get our daughter safely to her mother. He invested hours on the phone with us to ensure everything was correct.
Originally because of the confusion that the multiple reservations created, I was very distressed and frustrated with the whole situation. David calmly listened to my complaints and proceeded to do everything in his power to make every issue I brought to him as correct as possible. I am not always the nicest person, and know I even let out a few rough words, but he responded only with professionalism. They have kept our baby girl from her mother for a month of trying to straighten it out. I can't believe they aren't shutdown yet.
Jose convinced us to cancel our United booking FOR A FULL REFUND and book through him at a lower price. United called and said that ticket was non refundable. So now I paid for same trip twice. They will not return my phone calls so I can get some satisfaction. Stay away!

Were promised call backs from people to straighten out how many credits we were actually owed after they tried charging us double the original trip cost, when we finally got it squared away with one person, we were never connected with her again and were told she screwed up and that the credits she admitted we were owed along with the confirmation emails of the credits and the confirmation numbers were wrong, and we were told we would be charged double again and that we couldn't use our full credits. When asked for the price of actual tickets they would not give, or a breakdown of the expenses they were charging us. When I asked to speak to management we were told they would call back in less than two hours. That was 10 hours ago. This is after we were promised callbacks that never happened in the past. We are about to call back again. We have spent a month trying to schedule this trip so my 2 year old daughter could see her mom. We have spent $1908 and they are asking for another $650 for a trip to Washington State. They have kept our baby girl from her mother for a month of trying to straighten it out. I can't believe they aren't shutdown yet.

Answer: Yes their hold time on the phone is a long time and they only state they will let you cancel a transaction for 4 hours after it is made. They seem to be using up that time.
