Scammer FRANK TOOK MY MONEY

FRANK REPRESENTATIVE FRAUDULENTLY STOLE MY MONEY $1312. 18

On June 1,2021 I purchased 4 airline tickets on 2 different airlines. I paid 166.78 for 2 tickets on American Airlines and paid 138.80 for 2 tickets for Spirit Airlines. Unfortunately I had some unexpected events as to where my grandson couldn't go on the initial dates July 22-24,2021. I called back on June 16,2021 and spoke to a representative name Daniel asking him to give me credit for my grandsons ticket on American Airlines. Daniel went through process of cancelling my grandsons ticket explaining that I had 83.00 credit for his ticket. Efforts were made on my behave to arrange for me to take my grandson on his birthday trip on July 17-19,2021. I called LookbyFare and spoke to representative name Frank. While discussing rescheduling the flights and using the 83.00 credit to purchase my grandsons ticket for American Airlines. Frank explained to me that both tickets for American Airlines were cancelled by rep Daniel and I have 166.00 credit available. I was very discouraged to fine out that both tickets were cancelled by Daniel. I decided to rebook 2 more tickets for American Airlines for my grandson and myself. I asked Frank to apply my 166.00 credit towards the new purchase of the 2 airline tickets. I also had to change the dates for the 2 SPIRIT airline tickets with Frank. Frank put me on hold for approximately 30-45 minutes. When Frank returned to the line. He explained to me the purchase for the American Airlines tickets was an additional 318.80 and the new cost to change the date for the Spirit Airlines 2 tickets was an additional 184.60. Of course I had concerns for the price of the changes. When I voiced my concerns Frank became very irate yelling at me, over talking me, being degrading towards me, very impatient with me, unethical, obnoxious, unprofessional, distasteful, among a host of things I had never experienced when speaking with a representative of LookbyFare. Frank never gave me a chance to say anything. He was more interested in tell me about fees and costs and confirming the new transactions by replying "confirm" to an email he sent me with the new tickets. Me being exhausted and disappointed for trying to get a clear understanding of exactly what just happened. I did confirm the tickets and the extra cost. I didn't receive the e-tickets for American Airlines. I had to call back to get the tickets sent to me. The date on the Spirit Airlines e-tickets was sent later that day. Still having concerns of the charges. I reviewed my bank account that evening. On June 20,2021 I seen charges of 184.60 for Spirit Airlines and 318.80 for American Airlines. On June 21,2021 when the charges cleared my account. The transaction codes and verbiage changed to: SPIRIT Airlines 85.60, IL Travel agency fee 82.00, TN Travel agency fee 99.00, TX Fort Worth American Airlines 118.40, TX Fort Worth American Airlines 118.40. I was livid about these charges. I call back to LookbyFare to settle this with a manager or another agent. I was told I had to speak with Frank. Every agent that I spoke to just tired to give me an explanation but didn't go into depth with me of the transaction of the tickets or the charges to my bank account. They basically wanted to get me off the phone or they put me on hold until the phone hung up or just hung up on me. When I called back explaining to Columbus another agent about Frank hanging up on me. He stated that Frank didn't hang up on me he was having some technical issues and the phone call was dropped stating that Frank was talking to the ticket department regarding my concerns. Then Columbus hung up on me. When I spoke to Frank again today June 28,2021 he had the same behaviors as listed above and the conversation want exactly the same as before. This time on June 28,2021 Frank said I didn't have any available credit for American Airlines of 166.00 nor did I have any credit for Spirit Airlines for 138.80. June 27,2021 I spoke with LookbyFare agents Donald, Ivan, Martin, Rosado all explained to me that I had available credit of 166.00 with America Airlines. The agents weren't able to tell me anything else about SPIRIT Airlines tickets of 138.18 or 184.60. These are my reference # ******* 166.78,******* 318.80,******* 138.18. Looking on LookbyFare web site. I have 3 transactions listed as confirmed. I now am in the process of reporting this fraud of my monies to the Better Business Bureau and Posting this review on all of the social media, Google, Bing, Microsoft Edge and what ever comes up everyday until I get my money back and Frank is gone from LookbyFare.

For the LOVE of EVERYTHING HOLY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are SCAM ARTISTS and pretend your flight is magically not available anymore to rebook you on a flight with times that dont work for you and make you pay the difference which was CONSIDERABLE! And then she (VINIY, DO NOT TALK TO THIS WOMAN, SHE IS A LIAR) lied and said she had been TRYing to contact me for two days since my booking was pending and that was not true. They had my email and phone number and did not reach out once. Her tactic to try to get me to keep the reservation with their company was to vomit as many words as possible for as long as possible to confuse me as much as possible so that I would think she knew what she was talking about. Telling me no more flights would be available for this price if I canceled (to Cancun, three months in advance, during COVID? Someones lying). AND THEN THEY CHARGED MY CARD UNAUTHORIZED FOR AN AMOUNT WE DIDNT EVEN DISCUSS RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES! My refund was refused because "she would take the hit" LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING? CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS NOTHING APPARENTLY. This business is unethical and they know it. That's why they put crooks in charge of their sales and "customer service". STEER CLEAR YOU WILL REGRET IT. I just booked the same flight she claimed was no longer available on the airline's website directly for $400 cheaper. Since she refused my refund, I marked the charge as fraud with my bank SINCE IT WAS. This "company" needs to be shut down immediately. She even claimed that the websites aren't updated because "no one is working through COVID" ITS MARCH 2021 PEOPLE ARE RETURNING TO WORK AND YOU RUN A WEBSITE NOT A RESORT. PEOPLE WORK FROM HOME. ALL LIES. Reporting to Better Business Bureau as we speak.

To keep a long story short as possible, I was trying to purchase a flight online for my 15 year old son the site advised me to call because there could be restrictions. So I called I educated the guy why I was calling and ask if there was any restrictions because he is a minor he never really answered he started asking me for the info so of course I gave it to him. One way, Afternoon flight leaving fort Lauderdale coming to Akron oh I let him know that it was with American airlines for around $105 he said I don't see that I told well there is a online discount and promo code Student30 that's saving $30 he said I still don't see it so I went refresh my page I put everything back in I told him it has him leaving FLL and the arrival is at AKC not CAK they both are close to me the agent was like o that's why so then he like I see $114 I'm like well I can just book online if your not seeing it he goes well its going to get denied and tell you to call be again because he is a minor. So I'm like okay its only $114 right he said yes so I told him to go ahead and book it he gets all my info and place me on hold. When he finally comes back he gives me a conf # and tells me I'll get a email in about 3 to 5 mins I told him I'll wait. After waiting about five mins I'm like I didn't get a email he was like I'm still putting your info in then he was like you actually have a different conf # and gives me another conf # finally I get the email and I open it this man done switch the airline to spirit and gave my son a morning flight so he will get in at 10:45 I'm like sir this is wrong he then goes well I can cancel it and refund your money you will get it in 3 to five days and book you another flight and I'm like who told you I have money for another flight let me talk to your supervisor he like why because you done change things without telling me so know I have the wrong flight y'all can't give my money back to day spirit baggage fees are crazy $37 for your carry on and $32 for your bag you check and American airlines your carry on is free and the first bag you check is only $25 and know I going have to miss work Friday because you just took alone your self to do whatever you wanted he was like okay I talk to the supervisor he was like I can help you book another flight and refund that flight but of course I won't get my money back until sometime next WK I told him you know what they don't have to worry about me using there services anymore I told him I will be reaching out to the BBB then he like I can see if there any later flights which there wasn't with spirit he then goes I can give you $25 off your next flight I like what don't you understand I'm never using your services again. And if I wanted to book with spirit I would have only paid base on your website $69 and after tax and the online disc $94 so y'all still beat me he said we can refund you $15 I told their scamming $#*! good bye
