Ordered three shirts, they claimed that they have been printed and are waiting for shipment. A week later they were still waiting to be picked up by USPS. Finally shipped. Two weeks later still no shirts. I contact LookHuman. They tell me to wait another week. I am annoyed but I wait another week(3 weeks at this point). Nothing. I contact LookHuman again. They tell me there's nothing they can do, but they will refund me or reprint the shirts... Okay. Well, these were a gift and the party was now less than a week away. I ask if they can expedite the printing and shipping for me since I ordered almost a month ago at this point. They said NO. Would not rush the printing, and wouldn't ship them overnight or two day. They would only treat it like a brand new order. I was angry but the shirts were a gift so I said okay, send the new ones. WELL NOW IT'S BEEN TWO MORE WEEKS AND STILL NO SHIRTS. This is the second time. Still says they are waiting USPS pick up for the last 8 days. What a joke. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and give no product, no customer support. They don't care.

Ordered a shirt on the 20th and expected to get it before Halloween (so I could wear it on Halloween) shipping was 5-7 business days... no problem... STILL HAVENT RECIVED MY SHIRT and it's the 31st. Emailed them the 25th and they finally gave me tracking info and it was suppose to arrive the 29th. Still don't even know where my shirt is.../:

I absolutely love the shirts I have received from Look Human however I have had nothing but issues with all but 1 of my orders from them. There have been issues with shipping; items being lost in the mail then being told I would get free next day shipping on my replacement order only to have it take just as long as a normal order would have, also one time I ordered and used a promo code but when I got to the confirmation page it had completely deleted the promo code and charged me full price. I will say that their customer service reps did get back to me in a somewhat timely manner but that they didn't always know how to proceed. I did get my discount applied to my CC on the promo code issue but when it comes to the shipping issues they were lack luster in resolving my issues. The promo code order I am still waiting on in the mail; they use DHL which gets transferred to USPS and the tracking info takes forever to update, not to mention they take a while to get the product to DHL for delivery. I had one order sit with no tracking information for 48 hours before it was finally picked up by DHL. Last thing is that they always have these random sales and they almost always happen right after you place a decently priced order. They won't give you a refund or credit you the difference since you placed your order before the sale started and they don't email you in advance of when these sales are going to happen like most companies, they just let you know the day it actually starts either via email or if you happen to be on their website. Overall the products are great but due to them lacking in the core areas that make a business one I want to purchase from I will no longer be buying from them. I have other websites I can go to for the similar products and I know I will receive much better service overall.
Quality was awful and there was a hole in my tshirt. Sizes are weird too, ordered a xl but it was suitable for a hobbit.
I've ordered from LookHuman twice now and I'm done. The first time I ordered three shirts. The only issue I had was that the shirts weren't great quality, but I can get over that. The second time I ordered stickers. I received a tracking number, but the tracking information never indicated that the item was received by the shipping company or on its way. I waited two weeks to see if it showed up anyway and it didn't. I emailed customer service and asked where my order was. After giving my order information, a few hours later the tracking information finally indicated that the shipping company received my order to ship to me. I received an email from customer service saying that the tracking information ia now updating. I emailed customer service again and asked why it took them so long to send my order. The representative responded saying that shipping companies were just behind due to the pandemic. I can understand that to be true in some instances. But you cannot convince me that they are running two weeks behind. It was obvious that they only handed the package off to the shipping company after I emailed to complain since the tracking information indicated that they received the package about five hours after I emailed asking where my order was. Then the customer service representative lied to me and said that the shipping company was just behind due to the pandemic. When I brought the obvious lies up to the customer represetative, I stopped receiving replies back. I won't be ordering from this company again if their products are subpar and their customer service reps are liars that refuse to take responsibility for or correct mistakes. I'm very disappointed.

Gave them my order number and name and they sent me a tracking link saying it was on the way to me... that tracking link is completely wrong and not my order and now they didn't respond to that
