Do any of you know how long it should take to get a confirmation email after you place your order?

I never received one, so I emailed them today, 2 days after ordering to ensure they had received the order. Gave them my order number and name and they sent me a tracking link saying it was on the way to me... that tracking link is completely wrong and not my order and now they didn't respond to that

Hi Ashley, thanks for your question! You should get an email confirmation less than 5 minutes after you place your order. Sometimes customers notice that their email goes to spam. If the customer notices that they have not yet received a confirmation of the purchase was received via email, sometimes the email was put in incorrectly, and in that case, our customer service team will be able to do some research in finding the order and correcting the email and giving the customer a proper link to their confirmation!

You won't get one unless there is a problem with your order. If you have any questions you need to email them or 'try' to use the chat feature thats available during business hours... If anyone cares to respond.
