I never received one, so I emailed them today, 2 days after ordering to ensure they had received the order. Gave them my order number and name and they sent me a tracking link saying it was on the way to me... that tracking link is completely wrong and not my order and now they didn't respond to that

Hi Brittany, thanks for your question. All products, including our shirts, are printed here in the United States! As far as the sizing question, most customers find that our tees fit true to size, especially when the customer purchases based on the size charts we offer. The size chart is the best way to find out what size will work best, as they reflect the accuracy of the garment.
