They do not respond to emails or phone calls. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time and now it appears money, (Item never received)
I am calling my Attorney General and put a complaint in.
Had to remind them about my order. Once I inquired why my order hasn't shipped 8 business days after ordering, I conveniently received an email saying it was shipped but tracking information wasn't available for another few days. To me, that says 'whoops, we dropped the ball on this one so lets send the shipping confirmation before actually sending the items.' Order showed up 3+ weeks later. I ordered women's one-size-fits-all socks and they fit my men's size 13 feet. Emailed them asking if I accidentally ordered the mens and 6 days later they responded saying men's and women's socks are the same size. This company is rather unorganized and unreliable from my point of view.
I ordered one simple, single item from their website on December 7 as a Christmas gift. When I ordered it, there was no notice of the item being out of stock, backordered, or that shipping would be delayed. Not until December 13 did I receive an email saying that the order would be delayed, but would "reach you in time for the holidays." I leave for my holidays tomorrow, December 20, and nothing. They gave me a shipping/tracking number, but for days it has said that the USPS is still waiting for the item, so it hasn't shipped yet. If I were Jewish, this gift would have already missed my holidays.
In short, this company can't deliver, so don't order from them unless you are in no hurry whatsoever.
I ordered a baseball tee, and a short sleeve and they're both perfect. The writing and designs look great and they're super comfortable. Shipping was really fast as well.
Reading some reviews scared me a bit, but my experience was great.
I ordered a tank top with a design I was really looking forward to wearing, but the quality is so poor I'm not sure I ever will. The material is THIN, the cut is weird, and the hemming is super sloppy. I honestly don't trust this to hold up in the wash which is a shame because the design is so cute. Honestly the printing would be good if it was done on a better product but I don't expect they have anything of quality.
I ordered a light weight pull over. With the shipping cost and item it seemed a bit pricey. I was nervous. I never pay $36 for a shirt, I I really liked it. The suspense killed me. I never received a confirmation email or tracking number. Luckily I ordered through PayPal and took a screen shot of the inital purchase. When contacting look human it was kind of a cluster to get my info but finally I did, and my order had been shipped. Few! Now more waiting. My shirt came a day past the projected arrival time. But when I opened it I was beyond happy. The quality was better then what I was fearing the worst for. Not cheaply made at all. It's not the cheap screen print that some companys use, that starts coming off or cracking after a few washes. The print is part of the shirt. I love it. The for is true to regular sizing. So despite at the wait and poor email confirmation I would order again. It's worth another chance.
They use a "Direct to garment printer" this is what causes they awful look on the shirt, not to mention the awful strong vinegar smell that lingers on the fabric. I to purchased a shirt recently and noticed that both my orders arrived from states which also confirms my theory of the printing practices they use, most likely they sit i a tiny office and just do data entry and send orders out to 3rd party companies to fulfill. That's my guess. Would return but why? Just would get a replica of the POS I already got the first time... DON'T WASTE YOUR Time... plus I just did a search and many people claim they rip off other artists designs. Google "look human steals"
I'm so happy with my product. I ordered 2 tee shirts of Dec 29, and with standard shipping, received them on Jan 2. I read so many terrible reviews about customer service that I almost didn't order, but I couldn't find the designs anywhere else so I went ahead and took the risk. Maybe I just got lucky, but I'm so so so glad I did. The shirts fit exactly like I wanted them to, they're super comfortable, and they arrived weeks sooner than I expected.
I ordered a shirt and at first it looked like I was ordering 1 shirt after typing card info it said total was around 44$ I was puzzled seeing how the shirt was only $19.99 so after talking to HR Meggan helped with my issue and got it resolved within minutes great customer service never a problem after that order very satisfied! :)
So I ordered a shirt and I loved the printing on it. I got it and it was too small. In order to return it, I had to jump through a bunch of hoops so I just ordered the right size. It fit this time, but the first time I washed it, all the printing started to peel off. Customer service is garbage too.

Tried to get Christmas presents from this sight and it said I would get them a few days before Christmas by the latest. Check my email Christmas eve and it says my items were just put in the mail today. Won't get my stuff until January. Now I have to buy new presents.
I noticed a client of mine shopped LookHuman so I decided to give it a try. Loved the ideas, especially the mugs - I bought 3 for sarcastic holiday gifts. I also bought 3 t-shirts, 2 of which arrived yesterday. The quality is awful and thin, horrible shape to these 2 baseball tee-style I bought, the men sizing looks way off and too big, and the decal on the one shirt is crooked and shouldn't be (the other tee, I bought knowing it was purposely crooked)! I'm kinda embarrassed to gift these shirts - looks like some kid made them in the basement! I'm afraid to see how bad the last one looks. I gave the extra star for the mugs that came timely and in perfect shape - I would buy these again from this site.
Okay, so first, despite being reassured my order would arrive within 10 days, it took over 20 days. Was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter. Ordered about 17 days in advance. Their shipping is whack. Despite the fact I'm also located in the Midwest (as they are), according to the tracking info, they literally sent it all around the country for like a week?! But worst of all, they got nearly half my order completely botched. Both wrong shirt and misprinted shirts. And I highly doubt I'll get my money back or the right shirts. And they aren't cheap, man. Hard pass, spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
I ordered a heathered V-neck with red typography on it. The shirt arrived looking less than impressive-- the red text was thin enough to let grey flecks of shirt show through, and the text also had a white halo around it, as if a bit of primer was misaligned. After a single wash, the print is noticeably crumbling apart all over. Perhaps due to the stretchiness of the fabric, but certainly not any stress I put on it. I'm embarrassed to wear this, and they should have been embarrassed to send it. First and last time I order from this place. I might touch it up with my own paint just to salvage the $20 and a comfortable shirt, but it'll be an all-day job.
We have a Yule tradition of ordering stockings. We display each year's set as decorations. We stumbled across the Look Human site and were blown away with all the cool stuff, especially for Yule, our Pagan holiday, and not Christmas. Anyway we ordered and it said we were going to receive it WELL before our holiday. We never received a confirmation email but they definitely charged us! I called about five times. Left messages. The answer machine sounds like something from the 1990s. Pretty sure this whole business is run from a garage or something! Tried the online chat which doesn't even exist. We also emailed several times without a response. I typed in our order number and it said that our order hadn't even been processed let alone shipped. We were so disappointed that I sent a Karen email to the company again upon which we finally got our refund and were told that they were so sorry that it didn't work out. This whole experience actually almost ruined our celebration. I was super disappointed! I will not ever order anything from this terrible company ever again. At least I got my money back; it was such a waste of our time. Absolutely dreadful company!

I loved how the tanks look online. The prints I ordered are awesome and I thought for $25 a piece they would be a decent quality. I just got them in the mail today, and I'm so disappointed... The print part is great, but the shirts look like they just didn't even finish stitching them. The fabric and sleeves are so thin I'm scared it's going to rip just by holding the sleeves, let alone washing it. Had I known they were such cheap quality I wouldn't have ordered them. They don't look like I paid more than $5 for them, so I'll likely be returning them. I'm sure I can find the same prints somewhere that is better quality.
I had an issue with the delivery of my order that was out of their control and not at all their fault. But even then their customer service was extremely fast and help. And they offered me refund for the items. Amazing customer service!
Product never even arrived though I got numerous notifications guaranteeing it had been shipped. When I reached out the first time they assured me it would arrive and when I reached out after it missed the guaranteed date, they never even returned my call or email
I could have created a better shirt with my ink jet printer and an iron on transfer. Worst quality print job I have ever paid for. And I paid for expedited shipping and received the product after 10 days... Allowing 1-2 days to process and 1-2 days to ship per the site... don't be tempted
I placed an order for a gift that I was going to use for Christmas weeks before I needed it. I then received an e-mail detailing how my order, which in fact wasn't my order, was not ready because of a delay. I then contacted customer service and they assured me I would have my order in time, listing a specific date. I then checked back in and they said they were still delayed and that I would not have my order. They did not fully reimburse me until I demanded that they do so. Their negligence and lax attitude towards customer service and business relations has now left me scrambling during the holiday season. All of this could have been avoided if they were prompt actually cared about their customers.
Answer: I never received one, so I emailed them today, 2 days after ordering to ensure they had received the order. Gave them my order number and name and they sent me a tracking link saying it was on the way to me... that tracking link is completely wrong and not my order and now they didn't respond to that

As far as the sizing question, most customers find that our tees fit true to size, especially when the customer purchases based on the size charts we offer. The size chart is the best way to find out what size will work best, as they reflect the accuracy of the garment.
