The worst customer service. The customer service representatives don't care about getting your order correct. I went back and forth with customer service multiple times for an oversight on their part which should have been an easy fix. They also don't tell you when your order is produced and shipped. The worst customer service. I will never order from them again.
Terrible site. There are some funny items on the site but they take FOREVER to arrive. For example, I placed an order on the 4th of the month and it is the 20th and the product has yet to arrive. Also, the site says that it's based out of Ohio but it isn't. The shipping was international shipping. Will never purchase from here again.
I ordered a t-shirt from here for my dad for a late fathers day, and when it arrived it was waaay to big for him. So I emailed them later that night asking for an exchange and received a response, the next day! They exchanged it for free and said to keep or donate the larger shirt. It does take a while for items to ship, but I think that is because its a print to order shop, and it doesn't bother me. Anytime I order items from a print to order shop, it always takes longer, especially during the holidays so keep that in mind. Complaints of them stealing from artists I personally feel cannot be verified, as I have seen the exact same designs on places like Redbubble from various artists, not just one, so it is hard to say who is taking from who. I love their selection of Pride shirts and cannot wait to order from them again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order 10 days ago, they happily took my money, but never shipped my order. I contacted customer service and was told they could email the warehouse and have my order sent out immediately. Never received a shipping confirmation so contacted customer service again, and was told the best thing to do would be to cancel, as these will not be available in time for Christmas. I was then told it would take 5-10 days to issue a refund. What a ridiculous company and the absolute worst customer service I've encountered to date.
I wasn't sure what to expect because I never heard of this site before until they popped up on my Facebook. I purchased some of their anime socks and a few shirts and was pleasantly surprised at the quality (which was good in my opinion). I wish that all items shipped together, but I think they ship some items separately because of how they print stuff? Idk, but everything still shipped in a good time frame. I gave a shirt to a friend for their birthday and they thought it was hilarious.
Your assumption was correct! Some items do arrive separately because of the way that they are printed, but we understand how this can be a bit of a bummer. I went in being so excited because I loved the LGBT snake designs they were so bright. Yet when they came it was insanely dull and rough. I also bought their chimkin shirt which was slightly better but still garbage quality. To better and stop scamming, post what it actually looks like or gtfo the platform. Very disappointed.
Horrible company! The sizes are waaaaay too small... the size chart said 50" chest, but it was a 36"chest. The print was not even centered on the shirt, and they expected me to return their crappy product at my expense! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Got my shirt in the mail today. I ordered a razorback tank to workout in. While the print is awesome, I can get a better quality shirt from, well, anywhere else. The shirt material is super thin. Nice and cool to workout in though right? No. Not when the shoulder straps are so thin they barely hold the shirt up. There's no seams around the edge. They just overlock stitched all of the edges so they aren't even finished. I got the awesome print that I wanted... but on a crappy shirt that will unravel and tear after one wash.
Ordered 2 shirts and finally received an email on the day the website indicated they supposed to arrive for delivery that the shirts were out of stock! Yet the shirts still showed up as available on their website!
My whole costume was centered around one of the shirt and now I don't have anything to wear! I just wished they wouldn't of waited days to inform me they were out of stock so I could've found a backup plan.
When I asked for a prompt refund they told me it would take 5-10 days for the bank to release the funds back to me. I shouldn't of been charged for an out of stock item in the first place. Please be wary of this company!
I am very nervous about ordering tees online and i didnt see many reviews for the site but I fell in love with a shirt they had and decided to just go with it. It arrived in about 5 days and the quality is great, fit is good. I was so happy with it that now I cant stop ordering clothes from them. I have sweatshirts, the materials great and soft, fits like a glove and the graphic hasnt faded or chipped. So so so satisfied. Its my go to for fun tees
Look Human charges an average of $15 to $20 for t-shirts. Make no mistake, these are $5 shirts. They're not worth anymore than that. They are thin and don't hold up to being washed. Save your money.

Ordered a shirt from LookHuman on June 19 and never received a shipping notification or tracking number. On July 5 I emailed customer service asking for an update on when to expect its arrival, only to be told the package had been marked "delivered (porch/front door)" on June 29 according to the tracking number. No one who lives in the house ever saw it, but apparently once they hand it off to DHL LH washes their hands of it. Frustrating since it would have cost half what I paid in shipping to send it via USPS Priority 3 day, which would have been a much more reliable choice, and the shirt isn't even available anymore (I was even considering ordering it again in case it really was a fluke)
We (my girlfriend and I) were pleased with the way our order was handled, from ordering to delivery. Everything was done professionally. Highly recommend!

I placed my order on 6/26, making note of "4-5 business day shipping". A week and a half later I contacted them via their chat to get a shipping update and I was told that "due to them being hand printed my order would likely ship out early the next week."
Fast forward about 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard back, and at this point the chat button on their site is non-existent despite the contact us page saying you can contact them via chat. I've sent an email and waiting to hear back but at this point I'm very likely to cancel my order if I hear back from anyone because this company clearly does not deserve my patronage. If this was a year ago I'd be more understanding of pandemic delays but most of the US is no longer under lockdown and there's just no excuse for this situation.
Update: Heard back from customer service and they gave me the exact same cookie cutter response they did last time I contacted them "Unfortunately this order is still in production, we're hoping to ship it this week"
They clearly can't keep up with demand or simply don't care. 0/10 never ordering from this business again. Will update again once I get a refund.
I ordered a tote bag from this website TEN days ago, I still have not gotten the shipping confirmation email. I talked with customer service and the person I talked to said "It looks like its getting ready to ship"... UM? Ok so what have you been doing the past 10 days?!?!?!?!?! I still haven't gotten the shipping confirmation even after talking to customer service. At this point, I just want my money back. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS SITE!
I've had 2 orders over the years that had issues — one was a damaged product and the other was an exchange. In both cases the process was quick & easy, and I got my replacement products quickly.

I ordered my t-shirt, and afterwards found a discrepancy in a t-shirt size chart on their website. So I emailed them, got the size chart clarified and they even switched my order from a medium shirt to a large. However, when I received the shirt (the quality and color were good), the style was not flattering at all. I contacted customer service and again they were quick to help me exchange my shirt (same design, different shirt style). I received my new shirt and it's great:-)
The only two things I would say to improve, is faster shipping times are always nice (I am so spoiled with Amazon - sorry), but about 7 days isn't bad. But there is something lacking from an administration point and it's hard to say what specifically. For example, I received an email about my order but there was no information about shipping. So I clicked on the order number link and it brought me to my order but no shipping data. And no personal account information either (i. E. a place to log-in). They say in general about how long processing times take, but I had to wait in the dark until I received an email that my item was shipped.
Such great graphics, ironic and heartfelt sayings! I receive lots of compliments and they are definitely conversation starters. Great for gift giving for those special people!
This company charges you and never sends the product. Cant dispute the charge because the company says it is enroute and provides a bogus tracking number. Do not buy form them.

I ordered a mug form this company and the quality was awful, you guys. The design on the mug and even the entire mug itself was completely scratched up, with visible marks and scratches, to the point where the mug felt really rough and scratchy to the touch, as opposed to the smooth texture of a normal ceramic mug. As mentioned, the design also had tons of visible white scratches on it. No idea what might've caused it, I'm not sure if it looked like that from the start or if the bubble wrap it was wrapped up in caused that, which wouldn't have happened if the item was of higher quality.
To top it all off the handle on the mug was completely broken when I had recieved it, so I had to throw the whole thing away.
I didn't bother sending it back for a refund as I'd have to pay for shipping/customs again, as I live in europe, so it just wouldn't be worth it anyway and more money wasted. I don't recommend this company at all.

Answer: I never received one, so I emailed them today, 2 days after ordering to ensure they had received the order. Gave them my order number and name and they sent me a tracking link saying it was on the way to me... that tracking link is completely wrong and not my order and now they didn't respond to that

As far as the sizing question, most customers find that our tees fit true to size, especially when the customer purchases based on the size charts we offer. The size chart is the best way to find out what size will work best, as they reflect the accuracy of the garment.
