I ordered my t-shirt, and afterwards found a discrepancy in a t-shirt size chart on their website. So I emailed them, got the size chart clarified and they even switched my order from a medium shirt to a large. However, when I received the shirt (the quality and color were good), the style was not flattering at all. I contacted customer service and again they were quick to help me exchange my shirt (same design, different shirt style). I received my new shirt and it's great:-)
The only two things I would say to improve, is faster shipping times are always nice (I am so spoiled with Amazon - sorry), but about 7 days isn't bad. But there is something lacking from an administration point and it's hard to say what specifically. For example, I received an email about my order but there was no information about shipping. So I clicked on the order number link and it brought me to my order but no shipping data. And no personal account information either (i. E. a place to log-in). They say in general about how long processing times take, but I had to wait in the dark until I received an email that my item was shipped.
