Pretty sure this site is a scam. I put in an order last week that was supposed to arrive in time for Valentine's Day. Got a notification saying it shipped, but when I checked the tracking info, it just says a label was created. And it's been sitting there for days at this point. There's not way it'll arrive in time. I tried to chat with their help desk, but it's like sending a message into the void. Tried emailing as well. Where is everyone? I spent over $60 for a couple sweatshirts and now, I fear that I'm never going to get them. Or I'll get them way after the fact. Bummer...
I ordered an item on 12/31, it was shipped on 1/5. The item has not moved in over a week. When I contacted customer support they suggested I, "check my mailbox." The next person said the shipping company is delayed in scanning items. Delayed over a week in the scanning of an item? Customer support was ridiculously unhelpful. It's unclear if this company is a complete scam or just incredibly poorly mismanaged, but place your orders elsewhere.
It's been two weeks. Said I would get an email once it shipped… nothing. I have emailed twice. If they can't fulfil orders when they say they will, maybe they should stop accepting them. Especially during holiday season. My friend lives near HQ, very tempted to have her drive by address and see what the heck is going on. Looks like they might just be taking money from people and never following through.
Update: They finally reached out. Still a little disappointed by lack of communication. I will confirm once order has been received
I used to love this site! I have an awesome mug from them - it's my all time favorite!
But I couldn't be more disappointed with them now. I ordered on Dec 12 two separate orders and they still haven't even been shipped. I've been checking in with customer service and at first wasn't concerned. Holiday delays happen
- I just printed a photo of the mugs I bought for gifts and wrapped them and it was all fine. But I emailed and asked just for an idea of when they might ship and today got back a response that simply said "nrn". So unprofessional and after reading all of these reviews I'm wondering if they'll ever actually ship and if I need to dispute my transactions. That would be pretty awkward since I've already "given" the gifts! But I'm wondering if this is even a real company anymore :(

I have ordered from Look Human in the past and have been very satisfied with my items. Not so much with my last transaction. I received an email stating my items were shipped (awesome!) ONLY to be given a tracking number that never populated any information. Mind you I placed my order NOVEMBER 30th.
After 2 emails, FB messenger comments, FB comments, voice-mail and live chat messages later, I finally opened a case with Pay Pal.
The next day I got a response on my order. They admitted that my item should have arrived by now and processed my order again. Ok awesome except I did NOT get a new tracking number. Or any response to follow up emails ASKING for a tracking number.
I have officially given up and opened a claim with Pay Pal. They have until January 2nd to reach out and fix the problem. I anticipate getting my money back as I have zero faith in getting my item.

I received an email saying that 12/11/23 was the last day to place an order that will arrive in time for Christmas. I placed a small order and haven't received any communication since. No shipping information, no response to my multiple emails. Their live chat is always conveniently down, even during their listed business hours. I guess I really should have looked into other reviews before jumping on it.

As many have said, the customer service has been awful. No response and no updates on my order. I have called and sent messages and tried to use the chat feature (not working) with NO response. We have a Yule tradition of ordering stockings. We display each year's set as decorations. We stumbled across the Look Human site and were blown away with all the cool stuff, especially for Yule, our Pagan holiday, and not Christmas. Anyway we ordered and it said we were going to receive it WELL before our holiday. We never received a confirmation email but they definitely charged us! I called about five times. Left messages. The answer machine sounds like something from the 1990s. Pretty sure this whole business is run from a garage or something! Tried the online chat which doesn't even exist. We also emailed several times without a response. I typed in our order number and it said that our order hadn't even been processed let alone shipped. We were so disappointed that I sent a Karen email to the company again upon which we finally got our refund and were told that they were so sorry that it didn't work out. This whole experience actually almost ruined our celebration. I was super disappointed! I will not ever order anything from this terrible company ever again. At least I got my money back; it was such a waste of our time. Absolutely dreadful company!

Apparently my order has been hanging out at the DHL hub for two weeks. No delivery updates. One email states my order was placed on December 6th. A subsequent email states my order was placed on December 16th. Contacted lookhuman to no avail. This company is a joke. I wish I had heeded the warnings of other reviewers and purchased gifts elsewhere. Yeah, the mugs are cute but if they never arrive then what's the point! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Placed an order on 12/9/23, order confirmed 12/10/23 via email stating shipping within 4-5 business days, which differs from the 2-3 business days the site mentions.
On 12/15/23 I sent an email to follow-up on the status of my order - no response. On 12/18/23 tried to chat with customer service, but chat feature unavailable. So I sent another message thru the site. This morning, 12/19/23, I tried calling customer service during their operating hours and the line went straight to voicemail, which sounded like someone's personal phone rather than a company answering system.
These items were ordered for Christmas and I have no idea if they are in process or if this company just took my money and ran. This is the WORST experience I have had with any online entity.

This sucks big time. LookHUMAN used to be a wonderful company. You'd order from them and have your stuff right away. Then stuff started to arrive broken. I assumed it was due to the mail carriers. But now I can't even get my order! I've ordered from them for years and every year they've gotten worse and worse. Now it's at a point where I placed an order two and a half weeks ago and it's STILL just sitting at their facility in Kentucky. They're quick to take your money but have little to no intention of following through on delivery. LookHUMAN is NOT worth it anymore. Shop somewhere else.

The site clearly states "2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand, plus 3 to 5 business days to ship" for orders to be received. I placed an order on 11/24/2023 for multiple items for gifts and today is 12/13/2023 and my order has not yet been shipped. I reached out twice for updates because what they advertised on their site for the turnaround time vs what I am experiencing is quite different. The first email the representative said they were sorry and they had received an influx in orders causing a delay. The second representative, a week later, asked if I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. Well actually, I would really like the items that I rightfully paid for. Getting a refund now leaves me in a bind because it's close to Christmas and here I am wasting my time waiting for this company to send me my order and going out to get all new gifts for the 5 people is not really an option. I am never ordering from this company again and I hope this review helps others.

I made an account specifically to write this review. I spent over $60 on this website to qualify for free shipping, thinking that would get my order here faster. Instead, here it is almost three weeks later, and I've never even received a tracking link. As it turns out, my order hasn't even shipped! I ordered shirts to give to my cousins for Christmas, and now I have to go out and buy them other presents because there's no way I'll receive my order on time. I've tried contacting customer support numerous times to no avail. They can't even be bothered to respond to this serious issue. I spent so much time and money thinking I was buying awesome gifts for people, and now I have nothing to show for it. I will be doing everything I can to get a refund. Even if I do get reimbursed at this point, I will not be ordering from this company again. I have never seen such awful customer service. Most other companies have had the decency to at least respond to me when I've had an issue. I'm writing this review in hopes that'll help other people from getting screwed over.

I bought 3 Transgender Pins. They are very poor quality. Basically a low quality sticker on a metal back. One of them was flaking right out of the package. They are easily damaged, scratched, defaced. I will not be a returning customer.
