I placed an order on 12/6/23 and haven't heard a word since. I have tried emailing, chat, and calling and nothing gets me through to customer service. I understand the holiday season is stressful but I spent almost $100 for Christmas gifts and its now 5 days away and I haven't heard anything. This is honestly ridiculous.
