I love the phone case I got, it's great, product is awesome... HOWEVER I spent over a week (nearly 2 weeks) trying to contact literally ANYONE from the company and the one person who finally responded asked for my information then never responded after that. I emailed multiple times, called, even tried messaging the twitter account they own. I am extremely disappointed in the service and lack of interest in even helping me at all. If you want anything from them prepare to order a month or so in advance. To date I still have not heard back from any representatives, very disappointing. Additionally why would I want to pay $6 for shipping when it takes more than 2 weeks to arrive?! Insane. I made an account literally just to post this review I'm so annoyed.

Disappointing
May 17, 2021

Ordered two tank tops, the shipping was a nightmare with subpar customer service for the issues faced. The order took quite sometime to arrive, which is expected since it was an international order. However, when it arrived I'm beyond disappointed: the fit of the shirts are beyond terrible, the quality of the shirt is dreadful at best and I doubt the design will hold up very well. I fear the first wash of them because they're that flimsy bad quality. If I could give zero stars I would, horrendous experience, disappointing product. Never again.

Paper thin shirt

Paid 37$ for a paper thin shirt that was oddly proportioned (wide and short). It would be cheaper to find the design you want and buy it while on vacation with your family in some Florida beach town with 5 key chain and a new swimsuit. Don't waste your money here

Ordered Christmas items on 11/29. It's now 12/19 and still nothing has been delivered and no tracking number updates since 12/11. Customer service is worthless and makes excuses, and clearly has no idea if the products have even been produced/boxed for shipping yet. Don't order from this company - it's a complete scam.

I had no problems with this site. My first time with ordering from here was pretty good and all that. Everything went smoothly and I got my shirt in less than a week which was p cool. Their shirts are just awesome.

I ordered a shirt and then several more the next day. I contacted customer service about it, because if I had ordered them together, I would have gotten free shipping. Even though they already started printing my first order, they still refunded my shipping charges! Not only that, but I had a "West 2020" shirt in my order. After recent events (Kanye West supporting Trump), I hastily contacted them to question a return. It was too late, but they exchanged it for a different shirt and told me to " keep, gift, recycle, donate or burn" the other one on receipt. I appreciate the humor and fast response. Thank you!

These shirts are amazingly cute! I love the designs and they really help spruce up my dull wardrobe. WITH THAT BEING SAID, as cute as the designs are, the different styles of shirts are just awful. I got a few racerback tanks for the upcoming summer season and let me warn you now, DONT GET THE RACERBACK TANKS! The tees are fine, though I recommend ordering a size up if you don't like the fitted look. But the RACERBACKS, dear lawd. Such flimsy material and they do not fit properly. I fear getting hooked on something because one small tug would probably make this entire tank come undone. That, and it's as if the tanks just weren't meant for wearing a bra with. If you wear a bra with one of these racerbacks, you best be comfortable with that thing showing because it's gonna show. I recommend going braless if you can, or just wearing these tanks around the house. I can assure you, I'm not comfortable wearing these outside of my home.
Just buy a regular t-shirt and you'll be fine. Order a size up if you don't like a tight fit.
With those stipulations in mind, this site isn't so bad. Cute and quirky designs, shipping was pretty typical, they're not terribly priced and they seems to always have a deal going on.

Stealing from artists
October 20, 2018

This review might get deleted as I've not actually purchased from this website. I was about to, until I read the reviews here. I noticed someone reviewed about LookHUMAN stealing from artists & I found this to be 100% true. They mostly steal from artists who sell their goods on society6.com. Just type in the keyword for the print you were looking at & I bet it shows up on society6, which is a legitimate business helping independent artists. So take your business there, instead of this shady place.

I ordered two giftcards and used my daughter's email account to receive them. I guess I should have done some preliminary work re their site. Either because my Google Chrome browser can't reach their site, or for some other reason I don't understand, I have been locked out even though I used their email address and receipt confirmation I received. I expected reasonably prompt service though I realize ordering just a week before Christmas might have been a mistake. I figured ordering gift cards instead of a product would not be a problem. I called their supposed number and the message doesn't even identify the business; just says no service reps are available and we'll call you back. Apparently this company is "liked" overwhelmingly on Facebook--but not yet by me.

DO NOT ORDER
January 18, 2023

Orden was placed 12/09/2022 and as of today, 01/18/2023 I still nothing. No product, no update, no shipping confirmation. When I followed up 12/19/2022 the individual told me, "Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear this. Your order is still in production at this time and we are sincerely sorry that it's taking so long to ship. Unfortunately, though we hoped to have this shipped out, we cannot guarantee a specific shipping or delivery date. We understand that this is less than ideal. We are working diligently to get this shipped as soon as possible. I sadly do not have an ETA at this time. When this ships you should get an email with tracking." I have followed up again and waiting for a response. No problem taking my money. I would love for this place to be shut down and hope this will deter someone else from being screwed.

I've ordered my items almost a month ago and haven't received it or any updates about it. Even with their estimated shipping delays, the order is well overdue to be here. I contacted the company via email and have received no response. It looks like I'm going to have to dispute the charge on my credit card at this point. Very disappointing.

I made an account specifically to write this review. I spent over $60 on this website to qualify for free shipping, thinking that would get my order here faster. Instead, here it is almost three weeks later, and I've never even received a tracking link. As it turns out, my order hasn't even shipped! I ordered shirts to give to my cousins for Christmas, and now I have to go out and buy them other presents because there's no way I'll receive my order on time. I've tried contacting customer support numerous times to no avail. They can't even be bothered to respond to this serious issue. I spent so much time and money thinking I was buying awesome gifts for people, and now I have nothing to show for it. I will be doing everything I can to get a refund. Even if I do get reimbursed at this point, I will not be ordering from this company again. I have never seen such awful customer service. Most other companies have had the decency to at least respond to me when I've had an issue. I'm writing this review in hopes that'll help other people from getting screwed over.

Terrible company
December 24, 2015

I placed an order for a specific shirt and paid the high delivery fee for it to be delivered by Christmas. Tried calling them several times but no one ever answers the phone. Took them two days to answer an email.
Today my order arrived. Invoice lists the correct shirt but what I received is a completely different shirt. Tried to call immediately but of course no one answers. Needless to say I am now out not only a correct shirt but the high shipping fee I paid for Christmas delivery! Run as fast as you can away from this company!

Scam Site

Placed an order for 3 shirts, I received an email on 2/24/2022 that my order had shipped. But when checking the provided tracking number according to USPS they never even received the package from LookHuman to get to me. I emailed customer support, takes a few days for a response. The customer service agent stated that "we can only assume your order is lost In transit"... but USPS claims they never received the package. They offered to resend my package out free or give me a full refund. I opted for a refund. I loved the designs that this site had to offer and was really looking forward to my purchase but I get very sketchy vibes from this website and their customer service. Will sadly not be placing another order.

Not many website are that great at their job to make me take time out of my busy day to write a good review about them. But Lookhuman did it. They have great merchandise at great prices and their shipping and handling is great. There customer service is really why I was here. They went above and beyond to help accomodate me. Great place to shop! I fully recommend it!

Unreliable

Placed an order for 10 shirts which were not delivered on time. When I contacted the customer service thru a chat line they informed me that the order must have been lost and a refund will be given.
I requested that they process a new order and send it out overnight. The shirts were not custom ordered and they should have had better customer service. They were for a special group event. I ordered them on 6/29 with plenty of time for delivery.
I was told that they could not do any overnight shipment. I then Requested to speak with the owner or manager and was told no one was available. I left my number and no one contacted me.
They made no attempt to correct this error and to make amends. A refund goes without saying. My credit card company will hear about my experience.

Poor quality

I was so excited when I found this site, as they have a lot of really awesome designs. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations.The throw blanket is much thinner than I thought it would be, and the black designs on the two mugs that I ordered are faded and brown as if the ink was running low when they printed them. The only item that is as described is the one T-shirt that I purchased.

I ordered a Christmas sweater for a bar crawl over two weeks ago, the estimated shipping time had it to be here almost a week before the event. However, it took them over 5 days to process my order when it said to allow for 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Now, I've paid for a sweater that I will no longer be able to wear. Contacted customer service more than once and never got a reply. Would not recommend and will never buy from them again. Extremely unprofessional and very unsatisfied.

AWESOME service!

My husband purchased two t-shirts and a sweatshirt for me from LookHuman. My husband thinks I'm much skinnier than I am in reality so I had to change them all for a larger size. I left a message, and the customer service rep who called me back was awesome. She was super friendly and helped me to quickly get my issues resolved. I love the shirts they are hilarious and super soft. LOVE it!
