I was a long-time customer of over four years. I placed an order which they immediately marked as shipped. For 18 days it showed as shipped but I could see it wasn't moving from their warehouse. I asked to refund my money, but they refused. Eventually, after much complaining, they said it was shipped, though the tracking number they gave would not work. I think I forced them to finally ship. Once the shipment arrived I was sent the wrong coils, not the ones shown on their website. Instead of allowing me to return those unopened coils, they blamed me for not using their website correctly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I won't ever again. You have been warned.

Facemasks for my family are important. First its a week, they 2 weeks dealyed, now 4 more weeks. You have been warned. Do not buy from this company.
