The install was easy but will take a little time. It took some tugging to remove the old extensions from the car. You'll need to clean off the old tape from the car. That is the time consuming part. I then used rubbing alcohol to ensure I'd have good adheation of the new tape. There is a nub on the car that goes into a hole on the new extension. This ensures it is in the proper location for a proper fit. These look really great and are very sturdy. Well worth the money.
I ordered the Carbon Fiber wheel well extensions to replace my stock ones. I have not yet installed these but the quality and fit seem to be perfect. I'll know more after I install them. Two things to note. JPM (not LMPerformance) says that these come with mounting tape and mounting clips. They don't. You use your factory clips and you need to go buy automotive tape. I won't buy the tape until I remove my stock ones to see what width and length I need.

I received my part quicker than expected. The instructions were not for my particular vehicle which made the install much more difficult than it needed to be and there were no product stickers included. The air filter had to be modified to fit the housing and seal better. After the install, the Vararam performs VERY well.
I had to call them and that was sometimes a hassle. Feedback, need more people to intake calls. Secondly, I wanted the part, and the person answering the call thought I was done and hung up, and I had to call back to say I still wanted the part, just my card was invalid. So she reworked my details, and called me back when it was complete, and she made up for the miscommunication.
I ordered a cold air intake for my c7 zo6. They took the money immediately and on the website it had nothing about back order or wait time. I emailed after 1 week to check on the status then again and again. No response other then their checking on my order then after week 2 I called several times and got no response until I left a ugly message then Lexi called back telling me I haven't called and that it said it would be 14-21 day on the website which it didn't say that so after being called a liar I requested a refund then told her to $#*! off. The other reviews speak for themselves so do yourself a favor and find your parts elsewhere. If I could have given no stars I would have!
Actually in reality you never read on our site where you hit add to cart where it did say out of stock that's on you. We do respond to all contact efforts. We have been in business for 20 years and its not from lack of service. Next time you really should make sure you are looking at what you are ordering. Good luck finding that part anywhere btw. And yeah you cursed out a girl... big man, look at you! Do you need your binky or a quarter so you can call MA Bell?
I ordered a set of tail lights because mine were cracked. I got the first set, and they were broken. Sent them back and it took 6 weeks to get a replacement. During that time, I got a ticket for broken tail light.
Second set arrived broken as well. They said there was nothing they could do but offer me a $100 credit on $250 tail lights so I would only be out $150 after almost 5 months.
5 months in, down $150 and still don't have the parts I need. And they won't do a thing to make it right.
Be warned.

I ordered this hood to replace my old one because it has a few dents. This one comes in 3 months later. The box was torn up and looked like it been thru hell and back. The guy pretty much already had it opened for me when he showed up. I didn't even have to cut the box open. Sad. As I look further I see the hood came cracked. The company took pictures and filed a claim. I got ahold of imperformance.com and they try to tell me in order for me to get any type of help they need pictures of everything which is understandable. But then the guy proceeded to tell me that I need to get a legitimate estimate on the damage to continue with helping me. HAHAH. What a great company. Send me a damaged product and expects me to go out of my way and beyond to get a estimate and send it back to them. That's a joke. Please don't order anything from this website. Spend a little extra and get it from somewhere legit. This place is a scam. The people working here aren't helpful at all.
We cant help you if you can do even do a basic repair estimate. This is what the hood company is asking for. Why did you not at least do this? Why are you slandering us? Why did you not inspect the hood upon delivery? Its all over the site and we also sent you a separate email with delivery instructions. You decided to ignore this and not inspect the delivery. We are only trying to help you out and you did not even want to do a basic repair estimate but instead spread slanderous lies?
I ordered a carbon fiber demon hood for my challenger. Website says in bright green "in stock, ships in 5 days" when in fact they are not in stock. They push the blame onto Anderson composites which apparently is "understaffed" and new staff are "Damaging orders". Took a week just to process my transaction, had to call and follow up for that so it would actually be "processed". Then I waited and waited with no follow up besides automated messages saying it's not shipping until late May now. One of their employees helped me get to the "owners" voicemail with no call back. Owner emailed me which I have no idea who I'm talking to because there is no signature or introduction. Gave me the run around. Owner tells me to call for updates. So I do and I got Laura who is their employee for tracking and she was extremely rude to me. Now they're saying 6-8 weeks for shipping for an "in stock" item. I cancelled my order real easy. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, terrible etiquette and plainly false advertisement. Steer clear of them, order from Anderson themselves, cuts out the middle man pointing fingers at each other.
Sorry you could not wait on this order, everything i said was the truth. AC/SEBON gets these parts from CHINA and also we were told that they do not have enough workers to ship products out and so the lead time FOR INSTOCK ITEMS is now 3-6 weeks from ANDERSON COMPOSITES. I said you could call them yourself to verify this is true, we have nothing to hide. Our site says VENDORS TYPICALLY TAKE 5 DAYS. That includes ALL vendors, however since I am now being told from customer service reps that they are not 3-6 weeks we have updated that information on the site. I know you are blaming us but this is the world we live in now with shortages and lack of workers. Also you will find this is exact information from every other vendor who sells Anderson Composites products. The fact that you canceled your order will only mean you have to go back to end of the line for your part and now you will wait even longer. We have been in business for more then 21 years and its not from lying to people. Good Luck!
I wish I'd seen the other reviews with the same problems I had- part not in stock but no mention until after ordering, no response via email, and downright rude phone customer service. The only reason they got two stars is at least they refunded my payment within three days after I cancelled the order

We are very sorry about this. I see you ordered 2 front and 2 rear shocks. The 2 rears were out of stock per our website when you ordered. The fronts were in stock and should have shipped right away, however our wholesaler was waiting for them all to come in to stock before shipping. When you log into your customer order status page we do have ETA's posted for parts when you order from us. We do not send Automated ETA updates anymore via email as we had too many people complaining about getting too many emails. So when you go to our site and enter your order number and zipcode you can check the status of your order.
AS far as the rude customer service please contact us so we can find out who that was and correct the problem.
AS for no email response we have hired a lot of new people lately so there are still some issues to work out.

I ordered a part from LM performance that stated it fit my car and it does not and I also got a different product then what was pictured. Then to return the product they wanna charge me for shipping which is $42.00 and 10% restocking fee. I do not recommend this business.

According to TEIN the part you ordered fits a 95-04 2.4L Cavalier JF37 Per our website. If you do not have that car it will not fit. Also the site shows the same part for all the TEIN springs as they do not give us individual part pictures. This is noted on the website under the description of the item. We do not charge restock fees unless the vendor does. We encourage customers to call us before placing orders if they have any questions about fitment.
I purchased a product that their website stated would fit my vehicle. When attempting to install, it did not fit. They never returned my phone call when I contacted their installation department. When I sent the product back, they are not willing to accept that they promoted the product as fitting my vehicle and keep trying to direct me to the manufacturer, who doesn't want to help because the part was attempted to be installed. How else would I know that the part would not fit without attempting to have it installed?! I went based off of their website stating that it would fit my vehicle. Very disappointed with the customer service. They labeled my return as "buyer's remorse" which is inaccurate. My return was because they stated it would fit my vehicle and it did not. Rather then step up and recognize their error in stating that the item would fit my vehicle, and do the right thing and refund my money, they keep trying to point me in the direction of the manufacturer. Extremely frustrated as it appears that I'm going to be out $300.
Ordered a week and a half ago. Still no legitimate tracking number. Emails, Instagram messages are ignored or I get an automated response. Automated response says it shipped yet there's no tracking info. Charged my card upon my order but I haven't heard anything since. Since they won't even respond to me and let me know what's going on, I'm left no choice but to file a fraud case with my credit card company.
They have glowing reviews on every page of their website yet I couldn't find anywhere that I can leave a review there. Look closer and you'll see they use a 3rd party to handle their reviews. There's no link for you to add a review. Pretty shady

Horrible experience with late model performance. Ordered the QTEC cutouts with optional wireless remote control and turn down pipes. When the wireless remote and turn down pipes didn't show up, I called them. Immediately i was greeted by a very rude lady yelling at me that I needed to call them before ever ordering anything even though online it said items "in stock. I hope this isn't an indication on how you run your business or treat your customers.

Fair or not you are judged against your competition. The internet has made it a standard to ship out on the same day or the next business day. My order took over a week just to ship. For a "stocking distributor" that is unacceptable.
I ordered some headlights that the website stated as in stock that ended up being out of stock. I wish there had been some better communication about the status of my order. It's clear the owner cares a lot about his company.

The midpipes I ordered came as described and in good condition. Although shipping took an extra day. Not sure that could be helped by LMP could have been a FedEX issue but it was frustrating though. All in all a good experience.
We were looking for the granatelli coil packs to fit our F250 and ran across an ad for LMPerformance and so we checked it out. Not only did they have the coil packs but they had the lowest price for them. To top that off it said that we would get them in 5 to 7 business days and we received them in 3 days. Many on line retailers said they had them in stock, only to find out they didn't after placing the order.
LMPerformance went the extra mile for me and i had the headers within 2 weeks of placing my order.

I had no problem with LMPerformance, shipping or packing. The headlights I ordered were great. They just didn't light up the road enough and the shop couldn't adjust them any. So, I'm keeping the old stock headlights. I also got new new taillights and they they look great. At least the back end doesn't look dated.
I have a 2017 Silverado 1500 crew cab, however the kit was not long enough so I had to have a friend take me to get an extension. Also, the frame mounted hanger required a larger washer. I would think with the cost of this kit, I wouldn't have to spend extra to fully install it.
Answer: There is a good email address that I use and have no problem reaching them. I find that is the easiest way for me to reach them and have a written answer to my question. I personally prefer this or chat to the telephone so have not tried that method but here is a phone number there unlike a lot of online markets..
