I ordered a set of tail lights because mine were cracked. I got the first set, and they were broken. Sent them back and it took 6 weeks to get a replacement. During that time, I got a ticket for broken tail light.
Second set arrived broken as well. They said there was nothing they could do but offer me a $100 credit on $250 tail lights so I would only be out $150 after almost 5 months.
5 months in, down $150 and still don't have the parts I need. And they won't do a thing to make it right.
Be warned.
Hi yes it is very unfortunate that SPYDER and UPS broke these lights twice now.
I called and left you 2 messages as to try to help you get a new set of lights and you never called us back...
I was going to order a 3rd set for you but again you never called back.
