I recently purchased a sectional couch from Living Spaces and it was an amazing experience. They have a wide variety of styles and colors and the pricing is reasonable especially for a sectional. Our couch is stylish and so comfortable and only took a month to get to us. I would highly recommend Living Spaces for your furniture needs!

I ordered a sectional and waited a few days close to a month to receive the item. For then the item to come with the metal piece missing for the leg to be screwed in. So now they are going to ship out the missing metal part which was shipped "express" but takes 3-5 business days to be shipped from their warehouse in Texas. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. And if it wasn't such a hassle to send this couches back I would have done so!

It's been a nightmare ever since I custom ordered a sectional. It came over a month past their delivery date and when it finally did arrive, there was a big black stain on my ivory sectional and it was missing a back couch cushion! NO ONE has contacted me yet (I was told within 3 business days) to resolve this issue and it's been a WEEK! Will never go here again!

We purchased a chair from the Draper Utah store and ended up not needing it, returned it un-open, still int he box it was delivered in and they charged us a restocking fee of $19.00. When asked about it was told nothing they could do, when we asked to talk to the store manager, he refused to come talk to us. A store manager refusing to address a customers concerns/question shouldn't have a job! Worst service, would highly recommend avoiding the store in Draper unless you enjoying being treating like you don't matter

We bought a $2500 couch. Paid extra for assembly. When delivered the two men wouldn't bring it to the space I wanted it in, nor would they assemble it. They offered to load it back on the truck or leave it in my entry way for me to assemble. Unreal! I've reached out to customer service and they were awful. Refused to refund me the $99 assembly fee and said it was apart of the delivery. I furthered my complaint with photos of damage and was offered a tech to come out, but for what? I will NEVER buy something from living spaces again. Ever. The entire experience has been so disappointing.

My hide a bed is a few days less of two months. When it was delivered, there were issues the delivery had to fix in order for the couch to connect. During the process they were a little rough, but I thought everything was okay and they knew what they were doing. I went to shut the couch, bed cushions, and they would not shut. I was able to look under and find a screwing on the ground that fell from the metal frame. This obviously was not put together good or it was damaged when they delivered it and tried to fix the connection, which was in the wrong place.
I bought the five-year warranty, which is a joke do not buy it, and they said I do not meet their qualifications to have it fixed. I then was given a place that I could have somebody come and fix it for me. Are you kidding me? I would never trust Living Spaces again. Stay away!

They warrant the sofa frames 3 years but after a year came apart. I called, write, send photos several times, but they only send emails several times that they will contact me. Nothing happens! I got the Dorsten sofa from them.
They came finally and fix it the frame came apart.

I wish I had read other people's opinions before I bought from living space. I'm feeling very bad because of the time and cost and the bad feeling I have now. We bought furniture for living and and dining room from living space November 2023 (855 Broadway,Millbrae CA). We received a broken Dining table and chair, adamaged Coffee table and after a month, the fabric of the sofa is pilling out and looks like 100 years old Sofa!one part of the chaise is also the seam has been torn. After I sent The pictures to them they said that this is completely normal and that's what it is! I feel very sad and regretful about this purchase, especially now that I have read other people's opinions. I will share with everyone my opinion about living space. It has low quality furniture and terrible customer service, The 5 star reviews of the official Site for this Sofa is fake,how it's possible someone wrote a 5 star review for such a Junk Sofa! The model of Sofa is (Calais Vanilla 112" 2 Piece Sectional with Left Arm Facing Chaise).Don't buy from living space!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a living room set which included a sofa, love seat, swivel chair and ottoman. Ottoman came with a stain so I immediately called customer service. A claim was started which they denied telling me... and I quote... "After a thorough review of your claim details and photos, what you are experiencing is not covered under the Living Spaces Warranty because they are not considered a manufacturing defect. Many of our items are crafted with raw and unique materials, which may cause paint, stain, and other finishes to look different from one piece to another." I argued that the ottomon came with the stain, not inconsistent material - I questioned whether they were telling me that Living Spaces sells damaged furniture and you just have to live with it. The answer was sorry we cannot help you. DO NOT BUY FROM LIVING SPACES.

They don't warrantee comfort. We purchased a couch that will never be comfortable, TOO HARD. They just want to take your money. They said we were beyond the 7 day return policy. I told them, I had been in the hospital and the wife was taking care of me, but they didn't care.

It's hooray for living spaces but screw the customer.

I bought a sectional with recliners and one of the recliners did not work. The delivery guys called dispatch and told Gabriel (who I also spoke with also) that the power pack was bad and that they needed to send out a new one. Gabriel assured me that he would get this sent out immediately, confirmed my address with me and that has been 15 days ago. I have reached out to customer service numerous times and they tell they will call me back with the UPS tracking information which never happens. I could go on and on.sitting on hold, being passed around, having to repeat my story to each person, etc. it is exhausting and so unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase from them -- not only is the experience terrible but the quality of the furniture is sub par to say the least.

My experience with Living Spaces has left me confused and disappointed, overshadowing the initial satisfaction of their services. On March 25th, I purchased a couch that developed a defect by April 1 - a cushion depressingly flattened that was irreparable. I reported the defect within the seven-day return/exchange window. This led to a customer service representative explaining it would allow me another 7-day window to evaluate the repaired couch to decide an exchange or purchase of an extended warranty. Although the defect was addressed by a repair technician by April 4, the technician suggested this is a design flaw, having seen this exact issue with other models.

Initially reassured by customer service that I could opt for an extended warranty within seven days post-repair, I later learned this was not the case. The option to purchase the warranty was only valid within three days of delivery, a critical piece of information that was never communicated during my interactions with their team. This inconsistency in information has left me with a product I am nervous using and stripped me of the opportunity to purchase added protection. A standard one-year warranty feels inadequate for a suspected design flaw. With Living Spaces continuing to sell this couch with known issues, and customer service providing misleading information, my trust in their commitment to customer satisfaction has been lost.

Moving forward, I advise potential customers to approach Living Spaces with extreme caution: secure a significant discount and insist on immediate warranty protection, lest you find yourself in a similar predicament. Their furniture may look appealing but be warned—the post-purchase experience could greatly leave you with more regret than satisfaction.

I bought a couch in light gray it was delivered dark brown, can't return & charging me $461 stay away!

Living Spaces is a terrible company. I'm at a loss for words. The worst treatment, no customer service, no call backs, no communication, no accountability. This is the worst experience I've had ever, with any company.
I ordered a custom couch knowing it was quite a bit overpriced compared to anyone else, but was set on a specific feel. So I bit the bullet and ordered it. I added the pro delivery as well as to make things easy. Though finding out online that delivery should have been free for my location, not the $99 they up charge me on an $2600 couch.

Over a month later my couch is ready for delivery. I set it up and upon delivery the guys bring in 2 parts of 2 different couches, different accents, different pillows. Just 2 half orders, one half mine, other half something else.

The delivery guys were helpful in trying to contact someone about it before they left and after an hour on hold with their own company they get through, only to have the dispatch manager tell me she'll call me the following day. No call. After a week still no call. So I call. They say the rest of my couch is on the way and that I should go into a store to get details. So I go into the store. They let me know after much passing me around that it should come in another month or so but not sure of when exactly.

Unfortunately now I will be leaving town for months and won't be there to accept it whenever that vague notice of a delivery day is. So I ask to have it returned. They say that'll cost a $500 restocking fee. What? So do I charge for a storage fee on half a couch that isn't mine in my place? Or I pay $500 for something they didn't ever deliver correctly? Either way I was informed I'll be contacted about the return.

It's been over 2 months now and no one has contacted me still. Trying to figure out what the next steps are. Just thinking, I was about to get my whole house stocked from this place. I'll never shop here again.

DO NOT trust these people to fulfill the warranty on your items. They are in the selling business not fixing. Even with an extended warranty... a 5 YEAR warranty. When you fill out your claim (within the 5 years mind you) BUT you choose a time longer than 30 days to REPORT it... they dont fulfill the claim..

We designed a sectional that is light grey when it was delivered one piece was navy blue, assuming they had a mix up with delivery and someone else received our piece. Apparently not the case now it will take 4-6 wks to make one small piece when it took 4 wks to make rest of sectional. Customer service said they could not locate it & had to be made.

As other innocent customers have written, I would give this company a negative number if I could. This company has a 1 rating, and the fact that they see these ratings and blatantly disregard them says it all. They are extremely deceptive and dishonest. They couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. There is no way to speak to a manager or anyone higher up. When you ask to speak to a manager, they send you to an area where someone is sitting in front of a computer and they supposedly type up a message and tell you that you will hear from someone within a week. It's been 10 days, and I have not heard a word.
Please do not buy from this company. There are too many good furniture stores that go the extra mile to satisfy their customers to pick this one!

Biggest mistake ever, terrible products quality.
Don't buy insurance, it doesn't help. Useless.
I have to wait 8 weeks to get my sofa fix and still waiting. I'm using paint jars to be able to sit on the sofa I purchased. Worst place ever.

My opinion about Living Spaces is that I believe they have the worst customer service staff and CEO encountered. They have delivered on 2 occasions from the same order dressers that were defective. They had the audacity to behave like I should want to keep the damage dresser they sent out. When I asked if I could get a similar product they said I would have to pay the difference. The same badly made dresser went up by $100 and they wanted me to pay it. They didn't care that I waited several months to get the dresser. Jema who said she was a Supervisor said she could not take anything off of the new dresser. I would have to consume the cost and new shipping charges. Lewis who I spoke to before Jema was just as bad. This is a company that rips people off. My experience tells me to let consumers know that they should run away from Living Spaces. All the glitter you see in the store decor becomes a nightmare exhibiting cheaply made furniture. This company doesn't care about quality and retention. They care about getting over on consumers.

Tip for consumers:
I believe Living Spaces, the company where Chip and Joanna Gaines sells their furniture along with Nate and Jeremiah deserved to know that this company is horrible and not consumer driven.

After calling Living Spaces several times and even talking to someone who said they were a Supervisor- my name is still spelled wrong on my order. People the name on the order is the same as the credit card. I received an email letting me know that the 3 dressers I ordered only 1 would be delivered. When I called customer service the person was so busy talking over me until he couldn't hear my questions about when the other dressers would be delivered. Finally, after asking the same questions eight times I still don't know when I'll receive my other dressers that have been paid for. I also paid a delivery fee. Living Spaces instead of spending millions of dollars on advertising how about utilizing those resources on training your leaders and customer service staff. They need to listen to the customer, because if they do the customer is telling you what the issue and concerns are. Living Spaces has the worst customer service ever. Where is my furniture?

Made one charge, and Living Spaces has double charged my account putting me in an over the credit limit. To make matters worse, I can't seem to get help with this at all. I am negative over 1000.00!

I recently bought a queen bed and it was worst than any furniture places I have ever bought from. The frame where it will hold the bed was so cheappp! I mean my daughter can bend and snap it into pieces. Even Ikea is wayyyy better than living spaces. They buy Amazon quality or less then display it and sell it. From that experience. We will never buy a furniture with them. So we bought bet set and dining set.

This place does not back up it's furniture. Warranty is a joke managers agree with you then do nothing to correct the problem. Will never purchase anything again. Everyone at the store is friendly but it's a show service when you need something it's absolutely horrible.

I was told by 2 salespersons that if I purchased the warranty and didn't use it that I'd get my money back. Not true. I am to get $250 credit off future purchase. Why would I buy anything else from people who lie?

I recently bout a cabinet from this facility.
I expected the item to be in great shape since I bought it new,little did I know that it would not be the case.
I called one of the reps for a replacement but they said they would send a tech out. I was like for what!
My expectations for the call was to get a new one but it was not the case. They wanted pictures and what not. But I was to the point either you send a new one out or I'll take back the cabinet my self to the store.
I told them I wasn't going to be danced around.
Too bad I was going furnish two of my homes.
I did choose another Vendor.
I will never go back to Living Spaces.

My floors were scratched when bedroom furniture was installed. After posting pictures on Google. Their social media department reached out to me. They stated the would submit a claim to their insurance and get back to me. After a month of no hearing from them, I sent an email, the response I got back was very upsetting: due to lack of response claim has been closed. This is not a way conduct business!

The 3 items we have bought from them have been very stressful. Especially the repairs of them. New!

Tip for consumers:
Their product is junk, not what they show you in store. They won’t sale you anything off the floor unless it’s close out stuff no one wants. It will take you over 3 weeks + to get what you purchased. And the $#*! they send you is defective and missing parts. Our products were purchased in Draper utah and our warranty issues have still not been resolved. When you contact them they have to start the whole process over like your non existent in their system. This company sucks BAD.
