I have never had such bad customer service EVER! They do not want to help is more like it. No response from email or their chat "bot" for over a week. At this point I am going to dispute it with chase because at least that gets results. I had one leg on a chair that was broken in the undamaged box. I can't get anyone on the phone or website. Nightmare - sucks because they have nice furniture.
Do NOT buy anything from Living Spaces. And if you do decide to take the leap, do not waste your money on their warranty because it's a scam. I bought a dining room table and 4 chairs two years ago. The chairs were fabric bottoms and have sunk down. One is sunken down so much it's ripped underneath and they denied the claim, saying it was "normal" wear and tear. Excuse me, but I think chairs should last longer than 2 years and if they are ripped, that is NOT wear and tear. Mind you I have no small children using these chairs. Myself and 2 other young adults who certainly know how to sit in a chair. They are useless. I will NEVER shop at another Living Spaces again. You get what you pay for. I recently purchased a sectional couch from Living Spaces and it was an amazing experience. They have a wide variety of styles and colors and the pricing is reasonable especially for a sectional. Our couch is stylish and so comfortable and only took a month to get to us. I would highly recommend Living Spaces for your furniture needs!
After I had to pay another $100 for the bed technician to come out and inspect the mattress. Living Spaces customer service person sent me an email that my mattress is going to be replaced. This customer service person was great and very nice not like the first customer service person that told me I have to live with this bad mattress. I hope the new mattress works out, kind of afraid after my first mattress. I just want to thank the new customer service lady who help me get this resolved. Thank you
I bought a $4,000 bed thinking it would be better then a cheap bed and bought from what I thought was a relabel company Living Spaces. The bed has a bump in the middle of the bed that push me and my wife to the edge of the bed and now the edge of the bed is sinking. Living Spaces sends out a technician to examine the bed and Living Spaces is saying the technician said noting is wrong with the bed and noting they can do for me. Really, so I have to live with a bump in the middle of the bed and the edge of the bed sinking and I just had this bed for 4 months. They say I have a 10 year warranty and that it will not cover what is going on with my bed. My advice go find a better place to buy a bed because Living Spaces will not help replace a bad mattress.
I love this company because they have all the current different life style designs we love, for a fraction of the price of anywhere else. They also have same day and next day delivery. As a designer who might shop in LA, the savings are sometimes 10 fold! The shopping experience is pleasant because the salespeople are not on commission and there are "specialists" in each dept. The stores are laid out beautifully and there are no upcharges for fabric customizing... turn around time is only 2-4 weeks!
They were quick, and clean in their delivery. They told us when they were 20 minutes away so we could be prepared. We rate the delivery team an 10. We absolutely love our new chair and our very satisfied with our purchase!
They warrant the sofa frames 3 years but after a year came apart. I called, write, send photos several times, but they only send emails several times that they will contact me. Nothing happens! I got the Dorsten sofa from them.
They came finally and fix it the frame came apart.

We will never buy from living spaces again. They say they have a one year store warranty to cover everything but it's simply not true. They do not stand behind their product and we found our dining set to be very poor quality. When we went to return it they asked if they could send a replacement. We agreed but the replacement had worse issues than the original! When we went to the store (1604 in san antonio, TX) to ask for a refund, the service manager said customer satisfaction is not part of their warranty. Then five minutes later the store manager said, they consider customer satisfaction in their warranty but you can't get a refund after seven days.
How can you say there is a one year store warranty, then state if you don't say anything in seven days they cannot give you a full refund. The two statements are in contradiction and in essence it is a bait and switch. When the customer is sold a substandard product that won't show signs of wear immediately and then they return the product within the year window they hide behind this arbitrary and useless warranty.
Stay away from this place. The quality of the product, terrible customer service and a useless warranty are very upsetting given the price you will pay for their products.

My kids wrecked all of our couches so I had to get ahold of some affordable furniture. I think I paid 600 for a recliner and couch... super comfy!
I was told by 2 salespersons that if I purchased the warranty and didn't use it that I'd get my money back. Not true. I am to get $250 credit off future purchase. Why would I buy anything else from people who lie?
As other innocent customers have written, I would give this company a negative number if I could. This company has a 1 rating, and the fact that they see these ratings and blatantly disregard them says it all. They are extremely deceptive and dishonest. They couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. There is no way to speak to a manager or anyone higher up. When you ask to speak to a manager, they send you to an area where someone is sitting in front of a computer and they supposedly type up a message and tell you that you will hear from someone within a week. It's been 10 days, and I have not heard a word.
Please do not buy from this company. There are too many good furniture stores that go the extra mile to satisfy their customers to pick this one!
This goes to ANY place that sells bonded leather furniture. It's crap. It peels and flakes off within months. What they do is take leather, grind it up and add adhesive (like particle board), to make more furniture out of the same amount of leather. It should be criminal bonded leather is classified as "leather" in a product headline. It's misleading. Real leather furniture lasts for decades. This crap last six months. If it's only $200-400 and says "leather", read the fine print. A real leather piece will be a lot more money. I'll never buy from Living Spaces again.
My floors were scratched when bedroom furniture was installed. After posting pictures on Google. Their social media department reached out to me. They stated the would submit a claim to their insurance and get back to me. After a month of no hearing from them, I sent an email, the response I got back was very upsetting: due to lack of response claim has been closed. This is not a way conduct business!
The worst service ever received from a company. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional delivery people. Manager was disrespectful, uninterested in helping with absolutely anything. Do yourself a favor and NEVER shop at Living Spaces. The absolute worst experience ever
The item was constantly delayed, no communication at all. I had to call 5 times just to get any information on what was going on with our order.
On the delivery day the delivery people refused to carry the item into our house claiming that it will not fit. My husband offered multiple times to assist in any way. They were rude, unprofessional, left the sofa in our driveway and left.
After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes and talking to the manager I was told that " it's your responsibility to make sure the item is deliverable. It said so on your receipt." $#*! THIS COMPANY. Don't give them any business. I sure as hell NEVER will.
I ordered all the way back in november only for you guys to send me the wrong size bed frame and received the exchange a month later but this time the bed was missing pieces and had a stain on the headboard as if it had been used. Overall awful experience with living spaces. The back and fourth with the wrong products has really been an inconvenience if i knew this would have been the experience I would've shopped somewhere else that is more organized. Definitely do not waste your time shopping here if you have other options. I am upset because I heard good things about living spaces but my experience has not resembled that one bit. Avoid ordering here, waste of time.

I have to wait 8 weeks to get my sofa fix and still waiting. I'm using paint jars to be able to sit on the sofa I purchased. Worst place ever.
If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a couch from Living Spaces in July. By December the material was pilling terrible. Called the company and they claim it's "normal" wear and is not covered by their "warranty". I have had several couches in my life and none of them have looked like this. This is either defective fabric or fabric not made for upholstery. Either way, they don't care and don't cover it once it leaves their store. The extended warranty is a joke. They won't cover it either because it's still under store warranty. Don't purchase furniture from this store if you want it to last!
The quality of the furniture is alright, but if you have any issues, they will not do anything to make you happy (even if the issue is their fault!). I would just steer clear and purchase from somewhere that actually cares about their customers.
I purchased this sectional in Feb 2020. In less than 1 year it started peeling. I purchased an extended warranty. I filed a claim. They said it was normal wear and tear? Really. I tried to post a review a few months ago and it never was posted - let's try again. The day I bought this I spent over $15,000.00 on furniture at this store. I tried again to get them to do something this past week and just now I received a call from their offices in Las Vegas who said there was nothing they could do. I asked to return the product. The line went silent and they disconnected me. This company is awful and has inferior products!
