Scam

Soon as I got the packages and was late I knew it was gonna be broken inside. Company sent me damaged sinks and wanted send me another one I said no cause I'm sure be broken too I ask for full refund then they wanted negotiate to give me 40 percent and that's when I had enough after 4 days of back and fourth and report to my bank. If they send me shipping labels they can have there broken $#*! back if not it's trash. If a company is real they would have business insurance to protect them and cover for damages.

Fake and not as it seems

We ordered a wooden light two weeks ago and although it came within 10 days, the light is not well made, it isn't even wired for globe sockets. There are paint marks on the top and its terrible quality. Stay clear as you can from these people. It's not what you see online.

I bought a shower from their fraudulent website in August. I have sent an email about every 3 weeks to be replied with emails that read "be patient your order is on its way". It was supposed to take about 4 weeks and it has been 15 or 16. The last 2 emails they suggested I pay for air shipping to expedite the time to receive the shower. The request for $300 for air shipping was 6,8, & 12 weeks after it had "already left the warehouse and would be arriving soon". Total SCAM!

Extremely difficult to install
April 25, 2023

I purchased a sputnik style light with 15 bulbs, none of the internal wiring was completed and the wiring is not color coded for north American standards. My father, an electrical engineer had to solder different portions of the light together in order to make it work. Avoid.

My $365 cabinet arrived dented. I contacted them for a refund (since it was also cheaply made and I was dissatisfied) and they engaged in a ridiculous back and forth offering me pitiful offers (a 5% refund?). They are responsive, I'll give them that. But they refused to refund without me paying to send the product back, via express shipping, which would cost nearly half the price of the cabinet itself. They refused to follow their own website's stated policies on returns/refunds. The item was cheaply made for the price paid and had no instructions for assembly. Do not bother with these people. Their products are cheap, take forever to arrive and they just try and wear you out with their bull$#*! so they can keep your money. I had to go through my credit card to (hopefully) get my money back. I can't believe I'm actually writing a review as a disgruntled customer but it really was just that bad! Do not buy from them.

The item was crap and damaged, not worth the $. No refunds. No help. They offered a 20% refund IF I shipped the item back at my own expense (overseas). Um, hello. Definitely do not patronize this business. They don't have phones, either. All communication via email.

Product took ages, arrived completely damaged. Quality was terrible. Customer care not bothered. Would not refund and then expected me to pay shipping fees back to CHINA.
Complete waste of money and time.

Avoid the scam!

Ordered a desk. Only part came with first shipment. When I inquired they agreed to ship the top. What they eventually sent did not fit the bases. They would not provide a refund or shipment of the correct desk top. They wanted me to pay to return the item after they sent the wrong thing. To top it off they want me to hire and pay for someone to fix it. Litfad is a complete scam. I'm out $1000. Their prices are too good to be true. Look up the reviews! My story is similar to many others. Wish I had done my research before buying from them.

SCAM, NOT A BUISNESS

Do't believe the positive reviewed, they are fabricated to balance out the true negative ones so that their stars do not seem 1. One star is too much. It is not luxury product, poor quality products that come in 80 days later all damaged. I ordered a desk that came in all smashed and in horrible quality. Will all the evidence they are still dragging and no refund yet. Google should see that it is promoting Chinese doggy business in the UK.

This company is a scam

They advertise products and charge full price but what you actually get is broken and damaged goods delivered, they won't give you a refund, this company is a joke and they scam you out of you're hard working cash. Please avoid this company, I'm now in touch with trading standards and my solicitor as this company needs to be stopped.what we ordered in the picture is certainly not what we received, firstly, it's not black and white, and secondly, all damaged and grey, no feet on for the product, or instructions. Totally scam.

This company does not stand by their products. I ordered a red ceramic sink in early Feb. 2024. It arrived in April 3 totally shattered. I sent pictures of the damage to the shipping box and the sink with a request for a refund. They did not comply and promised a replacement. I responded that I did not want a replacement just a refund. Another sink showed up on April 13- also broken. Sent the requested pictures. There is no way to talk to a human; all communication is done via email.
They offered a reimbursement of 50% of the $500+cost. I declined. I have filed a claim with PayPal, and a report to AARP fraud division, BBB, the FBI and the Texas Attorney general. None were very encouraging about getting any satisfaction since the company is housed in China. First time I have been scammed. I'm surprised that the US has so little control over damages caused by foreign companies.

Buyers beware

Product is not even a quarter of the size it is in the photograph arrived with no receipt no safety certificate and the ceiling rose part missing on contacting was offered a 5% discount to keep said item which is far too small and would only fit a large dolls house offers have risen to 30 % my other alternative is to pay 32 pounds to ship it back with no guarantee of refund. You can see the beautiful item in the second photo the first is the one I received

I ordered a desk online, and three size options were provided. I ordered the middle size. The smallest size arrived about 50 days later, with a damaged top (and about 100 extra screws). It's a low-quality product, but at the price I paid, if I'd received the correct desk, that would have been OK. What I received is worth about half of what I paid, and sells for less than I paid on there very own website. Even with repeated emails, the company simply would not send what I ordered. They are sending a new table top. Responsive customer service and great English skills, but a bad outcome. I'd steer clear.

NEVER AGAIN

In January I ordered a cabinet and two rugs from Litfad. 16 weeks later I am still waiting for one of the rugs and the cabinet. They keep telling me the items are still in transit. For two weeks I have been asking for a refund so I can reorder from somewhere else and they don't seem to want to give me a refund instead they keep offering me a % off. First it was 5% then 10% and now 20%. I just want a refund. 16 weeks is far to long to wait for anything. By the time it arrives it could be another 16 weeks as its apparently still in transit. I would never buy from this company again and I stronger advise against anyone else buying from them. I am unable to leave photos as I haven't received the goods

This company has the worst customer service I have ever been in contact with. Their shipping takes FOREVER, and forget about trying to reason with their customer service if something goes wrong. It's impossible. Please for your own sake, stay away. It's a scam. They will never refund you and do everything they can to lie and make you keep their product. STAY AWAY.

Incomprehensible instructions (not that I will even bother to put it together- it's trash), customer service is a scam. I'm having to dispute this with my CC company. Spent $704. Worst company ever
February 10, 2023

I purchased an item online. After three weeks outstanding, I contacted them for an update. The person I connected with via chat sent me a fake tracking number via FedEx. The status only showed as "label created" while the support email told me that the piece had not shipped. I think they are a bogus company. Luckily I went through PayPal and I will attempt to get a refund. Do not use this company. They are a scam.
