This company has the worst customer service I have ever been in contact with. Their shipping takes FOREVER, and forget about trying to reason with their customer service if something goes wrong. It's impossible. Please for your own sake, stay away. It's a scam. They will never refund you and do everything they can to lie and make you keep their product. STAY AWAY.
Tip for consumers:
Just don’t use it. I ordered 2 little tile samples, the most I’ve ever paid for samples by the way, and they ended up coming over a month later when my project was over. I am still trying to return them after they have lied, and gone back and forth with me through countless emails. Just don’t ever order from this company.
