PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM GOING THROUGH THE SAME ORDEAL

This is an update of my previous reviews, most recent is 07/06.
I'm still going through a mental torture with them since I bought what was meant to be a coffee table in March 2024.
See recent emails for yourselves which is a great proof of a fraudulent processes and activities.Dear Maria,
After confirmation by the logistics department, your other package was lost in transit.
We have refunded you 15% before due to logistics delay:

A. We can apply for another 5% refund + replacement for you asap. GBP: 428.13*0.05=21.40
B. If you don't want us to resend the replacement any more, we can apply for a 100% refund (remaining 85%) for you asap.
GBP: 428.13*0.85=363.91
Which solution would you be satisfied with?

This is undeniably a bad practice and illegitimate process, of course it should be expected that when I get my refund that is when I will be fully satisfied and put a review, and I should never be forced to do so as if I'm negotiating something that I'm not due.
Please consider refunding my money, and I will put a review, if not I will have no choice but to publish this illegal practice in the public domain.
