Applique commandée et reçu défectueuse, les fils électriques sont ridicules, on dirait des fils de jouets pour enfants. Je demande alors un retour, le service client me demande des photos, puis, une vidéo, j'envoie tout et maintenant ils me font patienter, apparemment ils ne tembpurse pas et ne veulent pas effectuer de retour, alors que leur site marchand propose des "retours faciles", c'est du vol, site marchand chinois, produit de mauvaise qualité, n'achetez pas sur ce site!

I bought a display case with light. The material that came with it is of very poor quality, with no instructions in Spanish or English (which is illegal in Spain). I am still waiting for a reply from the customer service and when I try to post a comment on their own page (with this same text, not offensive at all) they block me (I guess because I have only given it one star). Very dissatisfied.

Scam company

Waited over 3 months on a chair that arrived wet, damaged and without screws/fittings for them to offer me a 5% discount which I didn't accept obviously. Customer service is the poorest I've ever seen in my life, rude and extremely unhelpful.

Catastrophe

Extremely long delivery time – poor communication with customer service – incomplete delivery – damaged delivery – return process impossible. There is no assembly manual or a list of individual parts, making it impossible to check for completeness. The support team does not explicitly refuse the return but simply ignores the request and tries to resolve the issue with partial refunds. These refund offers start at 5% – this is borderline fraud.

Trash Company in China

This company is trash. I order 3 sofas. The sofas were horrible quality, not made to specifications & the wrong color. They are hard as bricks with little to no cushion. Company agreed to refund 70% of my money yet has refused to respond ever since. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

The gimmick is knowing the cost associated to return back overseas. Items received will not be what's on the website. This site should be banned in the US.

After waiting for over three months, my order never arrived. Their customer service only provides nonsensical automated responses, completely ignoring my refund requests.

I will be reporting this situation to the OCU. I do not recommend this company at all.

Quality and Refund

I purchased goods worth more than $10,000 here but only received around $3,000 worth of items. The quality of the received goods is problematic—they are all defective and seriously different from the photos. This is a scam website. I requested a refund, but they have not responded at all. This has been a terrible experience. This has seriously affected the opening of my hair salon.

Horrible company

I wish I could give 0 or negative rating. This is a horrible company, can't believe I fell for it. I ordered a executive desk and my ordeal has been going on for over 3 months and a loss of $2000 due to missing parts, damaged product, no real instuctions and wrong ones with a Chinese video. Please stop this company from doing business here in USA.

I ordered a bed rail from Litfad, but DPD delivered it to the wrong address. When I contacted DPD, they advised me to ask Litfad to reach out to them directly to initiate an investigation and arrange a reshipment. I contacted Litfad customer service via both live chat and email, but neither was helpful. The live chat initially said they would check, but after an hour, they simply responded that the parcel had been delivered—even though DPD admitted there was a discrepancy with their GPS records. After that, no matter how many times I tried to contact them, they just ignored me. I paid £92.46 for a bed rail and £79.80 for delivery, yet I have received nothing. It's clear that Litfad's customer service has no interest in helping customers—they only care about taking money. Their complete lack of concern is appalling. Heartless and dishonest people! Avoid this company at all costs!

Run and shop elsewhere

I ordered a table for a project. After 2 weeks of it not shipping, I went online to try and find a way to cancel the table.

There is no way to do it via their website, and there is no phone number anywhere to actually speak with a human. I had to try via email. It takes several days for them to respond to an email, and they will not cancel the order. They keep offering me a bigger percentage off if I keep the table.

I don't want or need this any longer! I am going to have to call my credit card company and stop this before they ship it.

My apologies for the swear word in the screenshot. This was after several very frustrating days of trying to get them to cancel this.

I ordered a desk from Litfad, and it arrived damaged, missing parts, and of extremely poor quality. It even had water stains as if it had been stored in bad conditions. When I asked for a refund, they refused to cover the return shipping and kept offering me tiny refunds (5%, 15%, 30%) instead of solving the issue properly.

The customer service is terrible, and they will try everything to avoid giving you your money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I had to file a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

Learn from my mistake and stay away from this scam company!

Avoid all cost scam company waited 5 weeks contacted litfad and asked when they could deliver my stools not in another 3 weeks so got full refund
Had to wait then over 8 weeks you promised customer care on my stools and haven't kept your agreement scam company avoid just leave you hanging.rude staff just telling you to wait,, soon take the money though,,, not deliver the items then offer discounts
