Zero stars. I ordered a product from LitFad and received in damaged packaging, with missing parts and with a defective product a month later. I was sent an email from LitFad that I had 48h to dispute any difficulties with the product. On the same day of receipt, I sent an email to the company to provide me with return details so that I may return the product. I was sent back an email that they would only refund me 5% of the total product which was $799. I declined, then they said they would refund 10%, I declined. I sent a followup email and they stopped communicating. I'm left with an unusable product and they stole my money. DO NOT USE!

They will not provide details on how to return. Communication has ceased.
