Der Retourenprozess ist etwas umständlich, aber klappt bestens. Ich werde künftig noch mehr auf LitB einkaufen, die Auswahl ist riesig und die Qualität stimmt.

They sent me product with two missing pieces. Was told they can send me the missing pieces. Spent two weeks in communication with them and lied to telling me I have to send the product back when it's not my fault I didn't receive the missing pieces. Wasted a month of my time. Had to pay customs expenses now they want me to pay to send it back and wait another month and pay more money for a product I wanted a month ago! There customer service is horrible. Waited way to long, was lied to, and have to pay more for their mistakes! I am extremely upset with this company and would not wish this service on anyone! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I had a bad experience with LightInTheBox. I do not shop online just to send stuff back... I got a size 12 dress with a Size 16 lace top sewed on it. Started the returning process, they offered me an unsatisfactory deal, then they locked me out of the site. All communication ways are now closed. I just wanted to return the dress and get my money reimbursed. It was not the case with LightInTheBox. $119 down the drain. I am really disappointed with this sneaky kind of business they do. Definitely, I do NOT recommend!

Light in the Box has the absolute worst return policy I have ever encountered -- in that they refuse to accept returns and claim that standard orders are "custom" made without any advance warning to the consumer before purchase. I ordered a flower girl dress for my daughter from Light in the Box. It came quickly but did not look as it did online so we decided to return it. Customer service informed us that they would not accept a return because it was a "custom" order, even though it was not. We simply chose a standard size 2T from the size drop down menu under the item. There was NO indication anywhere that this was a "custom" order in any way. Customer service was unhelpful. I ended up stuck with a $100 dress I cannot use. I would NEVER order from this site again.

I buy a lot on the net and I have never seen such a low quality for such a price. In fact this lamp has 0 value because it is the conception of the lamp that is a nosense and to replace it would not change anything because they are all the same.

I have changed this review since initially writing it as "light in the box" contacted me without me asking or without me contacting them, it was just from them seeing how disappointed with the product I was on here. They then offered me a part refund which brought the cost of this item down to around £10 which I thought was very fair.

I asked for my money back and they refused that it has been payed, my bank account tells a different story months have to by and still have not got my money back.

I ordered a custom made dress for my daughters wedding in September. At first the company was great. I saw that the color was changed from dark green to daffodil and they changed the color with no issues. Then came the issues with the measurements. Now I'm no petit woman. I'm pear shaped and my measurements state this. Their so called tailor refused to make the dress because they couldn't figure out why the hit measurements are larger then the breast measurements. I even had a local tailor here do the measurements. I would have just bought a size 26 but I read that the sizes run small and I just figured a custom dress would be worth the money. To their credit Light in the Box sent me another item after the original did not arrive & used a courier so its delivery was prompt. Fortunately I had ordered a much bigger size that I normally take so it fits.

I made one order from this site for some jewelry. When I saw that the processing time had gone on longer than it should have I messaged customer service who replied within a day saying that the item was out of stock and on back order. It shipped about a week later and arrived within 3 week. I was uncomfortable with the process after learning about the item being out of stock. I will not buy from them again because of that and the fact that there was no reasonably priced shipping option with tracking.

The goods we bought and ask customer service for commercial invoice, as no invoice was enclosed to parcel. We raised several tickets with no effect. All ticket closed with note "Kindly wait a couple of days, and we will contact you again..." since 14 Feb nothing, on another ticket since 25 Feb nothing and tickets are closed with status resolved. We bought goods and expected to have invoice issued for us, for our company to prove payment.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
