Very disappointed. The item looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The print is blurry, low quality, and the colors are dull compared to the photos. Definitely not what I expected.
I purchased what were supposed to be trout themed slipper socks. They appeared woolen on the website. What arrived were nothing as pictured. Lame details on very thin ankle socks terrible. The items received did not match the photos (were too short -- unless the models are under 4 feet tall), and the fabric was cheap polyester and not the promised cotton. I asked for a return which is supposed to be responded to in 1 to 2 business days. Over 2 weeks later they said I could return the shirts to China at my expense and that they would give me 50% of the price in store credit? Store credit is no good to me because I doubt anything from their store is any good. I want my money refunded, not store credit. UPDATE: I complained again and now they are offering to refund 60% of the purchase price back to the credit card, and I don't have to return the shirts to China.

Would give this company a zero if possible. Dress styles & descriptions are stylish and on trend so I took a chance, thinking this company was a more stylish alternative to JJ'sHouse and Azazie. Ordered a standard size dress on July 26th for an out of town wedding on August 22. After payment processed, find out the dress must be customized, even though selected a std size. Email responses from LITB arrive only once within 24 hours so the order is delayed over 4+ days. No actual customer svc or phone support to correct their measurements. Gave up due to the slow back & forth wait for email reply. Requested to cancel & refund as their delays means dress now unlikely to arrive in time for event. Told nope, no can do. Requested an expedited shipping option, willing to pay for it except no such option exists, only US Post Office regular shipping. So, dress that doesn't fit arrives on August 21st, too late to be pressed or tailored for event. Useless. Week long customer service email with an unhelpful company agent to no avail. Won't refund dress & won't send shipping label to return unopened jewelry. Lesson learned... saw the same dress available through Amazon with legitimate return policy. Protect yourself from this scam company.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
