I have received a hat that I ordered for my granddaughter's wedding.It was delivered in a plastic bag and was smashed to bits. It had holes in the crown, and was so misshapen it was not recognisable as a hat! And to add to that I had ordered it in RED and they sent it in PINK!

I ordered a ps4 controller from this company on April 1st, and paid extra for 3-4 days shipping. They had absolutely no problem taking my money and sent me a confirmed that my order was shipped. A few days ago, they sent me an email saying there was an issue with my order and to click the tracking #, which didn't work. And then they said to reply to the email to accommodate me, and when I replied. The email came right back undelivered saying the address didn't exist-IF EITHER OF THESE DO NOT SCREAM SCAM KEEP READING.
Today on the 11th, I decided one last try to get my order by signing onto my account and attempting to find a contact #. They opened a customer case # for me, and simply said if I do not send them a photo of my PHOTO ID & CREDIT CARD, they will not send me what I paid for.
NO COMPANY EVER ASKS FOR THIS.
THIS IS A CASE OF IDENTITY THEFT.

I ordered a cell phone booster kit from LITB on April 5th, the items details stated processing time was 24hrs, I paid for expedited DHL service 3-5days. Here it is April 10th, the item still hasnt shipped, and all I get from customer services is. "Processing time is 2-4 bus days, but more like 6 regular days" I asked what does 24hr processing mean, they reply with generic stall messages stating their policies, what Brown Sugar. Do your self a favour and dont ever shop here

A lightinthebox supervisor took over the case from agent Rebecca and got the item shipped to me 12 days after I ordered it. He also refunded my shipping costs as a "peace" offering. Dhl took a week to get it to Canada because commercial invoice was not with package.
In short, LITB made good on this item even though it took 20 days

I'm a smart, thirty-something bloke. I've been happy with LiTB-service & clothing I ordered.
You have to correctly measure yourself & read the material declarations carefully:
Ie. Cotton blend could be 60% cotton 40% polyester/similar and Poly-cotton is_often_ 70% "plastic."
So, only items stated 100% cotton are cotton. Hardly rocket science, right?
LiTB is one of the okay Chinese retailers.
However, if you're buying electronics you must check the warranty rules!
(Worst "warranty" I've seen - In another store - was 14 days MAX!)

In a nutshell: LITB is good for showy cheap CLOTHES, if you know what you're doing.
I paid over £20 extra postage to fast-track my order, it did not arrive until a week after the required date and then I had to spend £20 extra for import tax - three quarter s of which was handling charge by the delivery company. Why this isn't paid when you order, I can only guess it is because they don't really want my business again.

I have ordered from LightInTheBox about five times now, but only purses and costume jewelry (vintage looking bracelets, "statement" necklaces) and have been happy with the quality for price. I bought in quantity each time, i. E., 10-12 pieces of jewelry for about $100. Only once was a broach missing the back (the actual pin), but we turned it into a choker instead. I've gotten many compliments on the leather purses (I bought five styles at one time). The only drawback is delivery time -- I know I won't get my order for at least six to eight weeks after ordering, so don't bother with expedited shipping or if you're otherwise in a rush. I can't speak for the quality of other items like clothing, shoes, electronics, etc., as I have not bought those items.
The return policy is a sham... totally scammy. I made a mistake in what I ordered but still should have been able to return the items.
"I placed my order on 2/22. According to them, they shipped my order after 2 weeks and today is 3/31 and I still have not received my order. There is no way to contact customer service, and the only way I figured out how was to send a message through Return/Replace. The only thing they did was to replied using one of their generic emails, with a link to the shipping company. I tried to follow the link, which goes no where. They charged me $20 for 4 very light blouses, which could have been shipped in an envelope for a much less cost! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."

I ordered a dress for a beach wedding. When I received the package and opened, I was totally shock to see first, that this was not the dress I ordered and secondly, the material and way the dress I did receive was made was CHEAPLY MADE. I have tried to contact the company for a refund but never received a response. Ordered a clock from this site on 19th March. Said will be delivered with in 3 - 4 days and paid extra 12 pounds for fast delivery. Its already 10 days now. Item not yet delivered, Tried all sort of ways to contact them. But they have no customer care number or details to reach out to them. Used there tracking service to see where is the package. But tracking sites is mentioned as " The driver was unable to collect funds on the final delivery attempt ". Which dost make any sense. Very unhappy with there service
I bought two dresses from Lightinthebox.com on 3/1/16 but they didn't arrive until 3/26/16. Not what I expected when I ordered them. Their sizes are also way smaller than American sizes so the dresses didn't fit me. I ordered one of them in L but it is still too small. I usually wear 4/6. The other one is a medium and its too small too. And yes I followed their size chart. They told me I cant return them either unless I pay for shipping for them to be resized. I dont want to take anymore chances with them as their service was not good either. Their shipping fees are expensive if they take so long. Fool me once shame on you, but if you fool me twice shame on ME. No more online ordering from foreign countries.

If I could review in negative numbers, I would! Item ordered in early February. Seemingly wasn't even dispatched until ONE MONTH LATER (despite being supposedly in stock according to website when ordered)! Still not received (now end of March). Allegedly tracked, but tracking information stops at (purported) date of dispatch. Very difficult to contact Customer Services. Stay away!

We ordered 3 dresses, two were in stock and could be shipped in 24 hours. Light in the box refuses to ship them "to save me money" How $#*!ed is that, when I need the dresses for an event. The 3rd dress will not arrive until 12 days after the event. We have been trying for 4 days to get them to ship the two in stock dresses but you cannot call them or talk to a person.

I cannot recommend Light in the Box at all.
Their delivery times are the longest I have experienced for any online retailer: 20 working days (though promised between 10 and 20). When product arrived, it was not as advertised.
Two months after receiving the order, my bank tells me an online retailer has compromised my details. As Light In The Box is one of only three online retailers I have shopped from in the last several months, I asked their customer service team to remove my details as a precaution. I asked this of them nearly three weeks ago and they have yet to do so.
Their customer service is extremely slow to respond and impolite. I will certainly not be using this retailer ever again.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
