You will not be able to return exchange if clothes not fitting

Ordered 5 pairs of cargo shorts, 3 identical, 2 different. Given the option to pay for express delivery 4-7 days or go with standard 7-10 days. I opted for 7-10 days $41.79 (4-7 was over $50) as soon as I clicked pay and the transaction was complete, I received a notice saying all orders are delayed due to transport issues. I couldn't track my order, didn't mind so much, it'll get here when it gets here were my thoughts. My order arrived in 15 business days, the 3 identical shorts that were all labelled 34" were not the same, 1 was too small the other 2 were so big a belt couldn't even fix it. The other 2 were the same, 1 too small the other too big. I was very disappointed with the quality but figured, you get what you pay for. (wasn't good). I immediately sent a return or exchange email. The response was UNBELIEVABLE! I was advised that shipping would be as much or half of the order so I should keep the items. The order comes form China and due to the pandemic we have closed our overseas factories. Offered what I'm guessing are the 3 standard options. A, keep items and accept 20% credit. B, keep items and get 10% refund. C, return items and get a full refund of purchase price, could take 20-30 days. They went on to tell me that I should have checked the measurements against the sizing chart, as each country is different. How do you have the identical shorts labelled with the same sizes and they are clearly different. I emailed my option to get a full refund and haven't heard anything back. Will definitely not buy anything from them again.

I ordered two swimsuits using their size guide they were far to small wanted to return. It was virtually impossible even though I followed instructions. Ended up writing negative feedback received an email to follow link to customer services. I clicked on the link it then said my search returned no results. Absolute wind up left with two useless swimsuits and cannot return. Be warned.

Update: on March 13! I am so glad I am so-done with this Fake Company! All the items I got were of Such Bad Quality! And I ordered Ten items! That cost me over 90$ for my Two Orders! And almost 30 for the shipping!- it was ridiculous!+ Not even Worth it! So I demanded a Full refund for What I paid for! And I'm happy to say I got my money back for the Shipping! And I finally got my money back for my orders too! But it was Most of it Not all of It! I wanted 96$ back! Instead I got 66! But I still got my money! So Never again will I deal with Them! It was one of the worst experiences I ever went through! So Beware of this Foreign Biz! Take my word for it! Never order from Light in the Box! And don't believe their Title! Nothing Lights up! Their ads and Name: Nothing But lies! And the only good thing I got out of this!- is a REFUND! Goodbye fraud!- SeeYA!

I have been ordering from the company for a while now, the products are very well made, the sizes are spot on good quality material used great customer service, and you can earn nice points toward future purchases.

I purchased a dress on this site and when it arrived in 9 days from order I opened it and to my surprise it was the worst quality product I've ever ordered. The return required me to send all the way back to China (on my dime) rather than to where it came from. The other option was to keep it for 10% refund or 20% another dress! Hahahaha what a joke, what a scam. Don't buy!

After posting this review the company reached out and apologized for their product quality and refunded my money. I appreciated both the follow up and the refund. I'm disappointed I had to take it public to get a response. I strongly feel the site should change their return policy and update the guidance on their site. The personal response and apology brings their rating up a notch.

It's been eight days now that I'm trying to track my package, when I ordered it was showing that the delivery takes 4 to 7 days, now it's day eight and of course the tracking info is not updated and still haven't received my package, my order number is YBEAI*******158YQ, I absolutely do not recommend this website, I ordered before from similar websites but they are at least reliable when it comes to shipping time and tracking, if I get my item I will post an update here!

Customer service has been very helpful with my purchase. Nicely made product and a lot of choices to choose from..

This company still has not refunded my money! Do not order from here. They have questionable practices and falsely stated policies.

I I told the customer service agent that helped me that I would change my review but that I would still be honest. Customer service when they did respond did try their best to help me. They are doing their best for what they are working with. As far as their distance. I love my shorts. Appreciate the effort. I ordered my stuff on April 22nd for Mother's Day and it got here today the 19th of May. Please allow time for processing delays and shipping

An update on my previous reviews on this company. STILL NO REFUND and they have closed my complaint. DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY ARE JUST OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Goods never arrived!

Clothing received from this company is at least 4 sizes smaller than normal sizing and not even close to fitting, and looks nothing like site pictures. Customer service tries to get you to keep the goods and on sell them rather than return them, or tries to force you to pay for very expensive returns of incorrect sent sized products which it seems like is their intention. Worse online shopping experience ever.

We bought a lamp from this company and when it arrived it was broken. We have now during 3 months, +30 e-mails, +20 photos and films tried to return the broken lamp. They constantly ask for pictures and reply with excuses that "according to supplier." "you can get 20% back"... it all a hassle you don't want!

Whilst unhappy with the initial response to my refund request, I have to say that they have now reacted in a proper commercial manner.
Light in the Box are obviously concerned about their image which is good. From this experience I would buy from them again.
