I ordered 1 lenovo ht 38 bluetooth head set on 26th may 2023.but this product not delivered me. Again and again I send mail their email id.They say to check with the local courier center there.light in the box not provide local tracking number. Then how to conduct enquiry.if they are, the paymet wil not be returned. They have no responsibility.Let them grow.

The sizing of the dresses is RIDICULOUSLY SMALL, the initially tell you that you cannot return ANY of their dresses. Why would anyone buy 2 sizes of the EXACT SAME DRESS...to RETURN the one that doesn't fit~Well neither of them fit and they want to give me some stupid 20% "value" of the dresses or mail them to China where they tell you not to use a reputable shipping company, but only the Post Office and the address is seriously not legit! They STEAL YOUR MONEY!

So I ordered clothes from light in the box went to leave a review and I guess because it was a 1 star review I wasn't aloud to leave said review...not impressed at all with this company I would recommend staying away from them.

Beware! Scam!
Absolute shame that I placed an order on June 10,2023 and its already July 15 and I have not received my order of 1 painting. They promised me delivery in 3 - 5 working days and today its a month and a half with zero response from them. All they have to say is that they will check with their local courier and revert. Their local courier company is non existent as I have tried calling and emailing them several times with zero response!
100% scam! Beware!

Very poor quality, Taki and sizes does not match. When you want to return, they offer you a cupon for next purchases, but I DON'T WANT TO BUY FROM TEM ANY MORE! If you still want to buy it, do it through Amazon, so you can return it. EXTREMELLY DISSAPOINTED!

Most are not great quality. Advertised denim dress was not. Looked awful. Gave to charity.
Also ordered three swimsuits. Next day contacted them to change size from large to medium on all suits. Said they would. They sent two medium and one large. Noticed item no longer availible. Contacted them. They never reached to me.

Recently ordered and paid for 2 different HENLEY LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS

Recently ordered and paid for 2 different Henley long sleeve shirts, $50.00 each, and received 1 that I ordered and! Other not ordered that has short sleeves. LITB wants me to buy the one I dont want and I,m not sure happens to the one they owe me. Think twice before using this outfit, they are hit and miss, I'd look at an alternate supplier

I ordered 6 items and they are all poor quality. The return policy is not just difficult but it is misleading. There is no return address or process details on line and the details are not provided when requested. The customer service is so poor and I am waiting for my partial refund rather than dealing with expensive return post and delays. Be aware the product reviews on their website are fake!

Just got around to unpacking both of my tracksuits to hang up in my wardrobe - item itself is OK but as I placed on coathanger I noticed a faint brown mark on the front of the top of my white tracksuit - almost like makeup? Very faint as if someone has tried to clean it off! My black track suit seems ok (although being black unlikely any stains would show up!). Have attached photos which hopefully show the mark. It's a shame because the item is as described:-( Tried doing a review directly but amazingly wouldn't comply!

Misrepresented product!

Ordered 2 ladies blouses rose colored. The image looked brighter than it was. The material very cheap n flimsy. Very much lower class bargain store material. I didn't remember the name n the return address was not the name of the website Light in the box. I will never order again from this clearly cheap product and a place obviously needed to be avoided. I think the price was around $20.00 and probably worth about $2.00 if that. Looks good but what a disappointment. Don't be fooled. AWUFL.

I bought a heart mosaic which is just a plastic mold with cheap bits glued on! One bit was already off when I got it and it had no rope to hang it! $35 for this crap? SO dissatisfied!
