Just joined and I must agree with most folks complaining about this site. Their rewards amount to $0.10 each when and if you ever earn the rewards as seldom able to answer survey as some part way through you are not what they are looking for or the sit fails and you get no reward points. It is in my spam folder now and is automatically deleted. Would give them zero stars if I could.
In fairness to them, they have other available redeeming options now unlike before it's only by US Check. Around 50 points being the highest reward which is quite low as compared to other companies thereby making redemption quite slow. Don't post message to them through Facebook as they rarely answer & late replies via email.
After doing survey after survey for years, I was denied entry for "Suspicious Activity" on my account. No explanation of what the alleged activity was. DO NOT sign up with these people unless you want to earn points, then be denied access for no explainable reason and be greatly disappointed. Seems like they just want to turn over their survey base by throwing off the long-time contributors.
Registered, received welcome email. Go to login to check on surveys and receive an error message saying membership is temporarily unavailable. Contact support who reply that information provided during the registration process did not pass some security checks and I violated the User Agreement. All I ever did was complete the profile and try to do a survey. I belong to many other survey sites and my information has never not been accepted. Pathetic. Do not recommend wasting time with this joke of a site.

After many years of thoughtfully filling out surveys for small payouts, I get an email today that my account has been terminated because of "overwhelming evidence" of my going against their terms. Even after appeal, they continue to falsely accuse me of violations which, of course, they will not disclose. I know that I have never done anything against their terms and being falsely accused is highly insulting. This happened once before a few years ago, and after they dug into it, they found it happened "due to a technical error on their part". I rejoined only to have this happen again. Do not let your points accumulate for future payout because they will confiscate it all with the blanket excuse that you did something wrong but they won't tell you what they think it is. Horrible customer service.

My experience with LifePoints so far is exciting, really engaging & very satisfying. Exciting in a way that you'll get to anticipate each time surveys come in. If it's not a fit for you then better luck next time, but this time, they give you points for answering a few questions. They make you feel your opinion really matters because of this community that they have where you can share your feedbacks, show support and also possibly win rewards. LifePoints customer service is amazingly very helpful & they won't stop until your concerns are being addressed.
Many thanks for this great review, Jaean! We are so pleased to see we were able to meet your expectations and can't wait to hear back from you.
Kind regards,

It took a lot of effort and time, but in the end they proved me right and said that i was correct!... luckily I can now collect my reward/money again from Lifepoints. So to other survey respondents, if you have difficulties in getting paid... please try and continue to claim your earned reward from Lifepoints and hopefully it will pay off for you as well.

I ordered a reward of €10 from lifepoints after taking several surveys. I can proof that i never received my reward via paypal. I sadly never received my money!. I complained about this and they just kept saying that i got my reward!. Be carefull with lifepoints because you might not receive money for your work.
That's right, I complained because I completed a diary that was supposed to pay me 585 LP, around £5!. I always do surveys the right way and follow all the rules but apparently I don't, only when I chose to fight for the fact the system didn't pay me the points I earned on 1 survey. I complain, get banned. Listen to all these bad reviews people and just don't bother.

Reviewing Life Points Panel - A scam. Set up to "glitch" at the completion of 30 percent of the surveys. Most surveys will take longer then the estimated time. Not a fair value exchange. Are so many people desperate to earn money or they just want to share their opinion that they don't care about this business having what looks like "dishonest practices" and lacking in integrity? How can big brands use such a company that has so low user satisfaction that they can trust the integrity of the data that this company produces?
Hi Clark,
We're sorry that you have been experiencing technical issues with the platform.

Like others here have stated, you'll work on a survey for 15-20 minutes--sometimes more!--and you'll "screen out," which means you're not the demographic they're looking for and the survey abruptly ends. It should NOT take that long. I have also spent as much as an *hour* on a survey only to get to the last screen and get an error message. I've lodged complaints three times, but no one ever replies or awards the missing points. They have a consolation prize called "sweeps entries" that they give you instead of points if you screen out, but sweeps entries do not add up to anything as far as I can tell. I can't even find out on the website what they are and/or how often these "sweepstakes" take place. If you find yourself stuck in one place all day--you're a receptionist, say--and need something to occupy yourself, you may want to try your hand at this. But by all means don't spend valuable time if you could be doing something productive.
That so-called Help Center is a joke. When you submit a complaint you get the typical copy/paste response from these jokers. They are apologetic about it and say they are trying very hard not to let it happen again blah blah blah... They consider the matter SOLVED and you still don't get the points. I've done this several times and get the same b/s reply. And if you do get some sort of credit, it will likely be like 10 useless sweeps entries. Has anyone actually won something with sweeps entries? I didn't think so.
I managed over many months to get $50 in surveys. Only about 50% of the surveys gave any points. You go through a lot of work to have them reject you. Customer service non-existent. Always write down every survey number when you begin it because if there is a problem they wont help without a survey number, and then they don't help much anyway. The last 3 surveys I did I finished but rec'd error code. Never did get my points awarded. I finally gave up and cancelled them. Not worth the work involved for so little reward.
I set up an account and completed 8 or more 20-40 minute surveys and just before I got to the $5 in cash I try to log in again and get a message telling me to contact them because my account is suspended. Contacted them and they emailed me back saying my account did not pass some third party security checks. Wouldn't that have been done before I did all those surveys? No offer to try and correct whatever the problem was and no rewards for time wasted. They just took all my info and are now selling it making 100% profit. I bet it doesn't happen to everyone because that's how their scam stays afloat.

I've been using this site for about 3 months, at first it was great, I had a account on my home tablet and another at my computer at work, under a fake name, I averagely made about 30$ a week all together, I usually cash out 5$ PayPal ASAP! I never wait to get a higher payout. But recently my home account has no surveys, for over 2 weeks now, my work account only gives me 1 survey a day, for almost 3 weeks. It was fun while it lasted. 30-40 on my PayPal every Friday was a blessing. But for now I might go back to swagbucks..
Hi Richard,

Spent many hours doing surveys. Once I had enough points to finally claim a reward, they suspended account and did not process reward. Said I violated rules, but said it was against policy to provide an explanation. Just not right. Avoid this survey site.

So I violated their terms in an overwhelming fashion yet they won't tell me what I did. I rarely do the surveys anymore due to time constraints but try to stay active. I am still receiving emails daily from them to come do a survey but my account was terminated. If you terminate an account at least let people know what they did wrong. Accusing without proof sounds like a scam!

My account was randomly deactivated. I lost over 3000 points and they'll not do anything about it. The reasoning is extremely vague. Seeing other reviews here it's clear that they are just using their members are their time and then closing their accounts before they have to pay. Great business model I guess. I don't recommend it to anybody. It's a scam!

I am really mad and sad at the same time. I was a panel member of both Global Test Market and My Survey for many years. Never any problems. Once they merged with Lifepoints, my nightmare began. What now has worked up to 8 months, my problems have not be handled. Although I was advised a couple of times my problems would be "escalated ". Today I still have nothing. Also there's surveys available on my dashboard. And K know for a fact that are sending surveys to other members. I would like to know what's the problem with mine?

The surveys are usually quick to complete so it's not going to eat up a big chunk of your day. The points add up for good rewards, here and there marketing companies will pay cash but that's not often.
When you do month long surveys, such as "My Purchase Diary", for a supposed 1000 points, and when you go to submit and mysteriously get an error message or other reasons you are not awarded your points, what does that tell you? My Survey is getting paid for its members to complete these surveys. When they can avoid awarding points, they keep the money. I completed two of these month long surveys recently, and in both cases, no points, and ridiculous excuses from them. Not any more.
Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
LifePoints has a rating of 2.1 stars from 738 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with LifePoints most frequently mention customer service, many years and gift card. LifePoints ranks 342nd among Work At Home sites.
