This used to be an enjoyable survey site, but they have gotten progressively worse over the last couple years. Server errors are the norm, with no points being credited for completing surveys. Reporting errors to them almost always results in denial of points. Bottom line is, even when everything is working as it should, you earn approximately $0.27 per hour, and much less than that lately.
Joined Life points and spent time with initial survey. Then heard nothing for several days. Didn't expect this to be some great money-maker. Went back to check and received this bogus message after providing them very thorough survey answers. "The information provided during the registration process did not pass some security checks we perform against 3rd party data.
We appreciate your interest to become a member, but unfortunately we cannot accept the registration at this time." A complete waste of time AND a release of my data without any compensation. What a great way to sell customer data to survey-hungry companies without costing Life points a dime. Definitely Not Recommended. Also shame on all these review sites that give it good ratings. They have failed to protect consumers.
I have been doing surveys with them for over 14 years. In the beginning I earned great products. Now, completely changed, big push for videos and magazines. No concrete prizes just gift cards. Not liking change at all. Customer service has gone down hill like a snowball. :(
I have been using Lifepoints on and off for more than a year and successfully redeemed more than a $100 worth of PayPal cash and gift cards. On July 18, I attempted logging in but received a "Sorry, your membership is temporarily unavailable. Please contact our Help Center for support" message. So I e-mailed, and after waiting a day, got an e-mail back saying I "violated the point rules" and my "account had been terminated and points have been forfeited." I responded asking why - to my knowledge I've done nothing wrong and always answered the surveys honestly and never used a bot - and was told the case was escalated but my account will remain closed. They never told me why my account was closed or what my alleged violation was.
So I would recommend using another survey app, lest you get too deep into this one and randomly lose your account someday for some reason they never bother to tell you. Survey Junkie works pretty well.

Another scam - as soon as you've answered enough surveys to redeem points, all of a sudden you cant login to your account anymore and repeated helpdesk request remain unanswered so far for at least two weeks.
Not only do you spend days on end just get 10 whole dollars.
I have every checked answers now through. E mails. 100 a day. My phone. Same calls and text. I can't even leave my sound on cause they start early. Also on my Facebook ads and words with friends. All comes from these surveys. Totally frustrating deal.

This site has continuously promised compensation for surveys. However they never follow thru. I am tired of the theft of time. Their worthless tech support. I have been complaining for days. They do it again. Do not join this site. Instead use survey junkie

How do I redeem points won? Confusing when you converted from the previous survey company and why the conversion was made. Were my points transferred? I don't feel that I can redeem points I have earned so far. More information needed to make participants feel they are being repaid correctly and ease of conversion should be thoroughly explained.
I've not redeemed any points yet and so therefore I cannot give an opinion on this. But hopefully it's as straight forward as it was with MySurvey and just as rewarding with the same amount of companies as before?

Don't take surveys asking to record weekly usage of beverages. Completed one faithfully for a week ending on 29 May 2019 and still haven't been awarded my 600 points. When I ask them, they give me the basic "we're looking into the matter" replies. After six e-mails, I still have not been awarded points. Seems this new company has trouble getting up to speed. They will stretch you patience. Poor survey company-scam?!
Was able to do several surveys successfully. But one day they just deactivate your account and forfeits all existing points.
The only reason that customer support would provide is that they detected suspicious activity. No proof or examples whatsoever.

Don't waste your time on this site. Last week after accumulating 30,000 points they abruptly closed my account. When I contacted customer support they simply told me that my account was closed due to a violation and possibly not being truthful. When I responded and asked what the violation was, they replied stating they would not disclose how they conducted their investigation and stated their decision was final and all accumulated points were forfeited.

It worked well for me until a few months ago. Now you only get an error message when you try to redeem your points, or they just send you a used gift code, or none at all. The support won't do anything either. They still owe me over $15 but I gave up now and deleted my account.

After doing surveys for this cmpany for 3 weeks, requesting 5.00 in rewards each week, the site froze up and wouldn't let me request my 5.00 and had no surveys. I contacted customer service and they had me do a couple things to trouble shoot, nothing worked! Then I get a message that im answering inconsistently or going thru a survey too fast and they suspended my account 🤣🤣🤣 and forfeit my 8.00 on my acct 😡. Im very consistent and honest when answering surveys! Ive been doing surveys for 8 months so anyone that does surveys daily knows they are repetitive in wording so you dont have to read word by word usually, so yes i might be faster than someone doing their first survey. I know those that do surveys know what im talking about!
I would not recommend this company, they are thieves! Out of know where they shut you down will not pay you what youve earned!
If you do surveys for them, set your phone down and go do dishes between each question 🤷

Most of the time when I begin a survey, I get a spinning ball and after five minutes or so simply go back in the browser. I have reported this problem to them on more than fifty surveys and they never respond. Don't bother with these c incompetents
I have made a lot of surveys and the truth is that I was very surprised because other sites don't have so many. I reach an amount of points with which I could claim 15 euros in my paypal account. I've been trying for two months now to take my money and I don; t think I will ever get it. I followed the procedure to claim it, I wrote a letter to the contact form, I also contacted them through their page on facebook. They simply blocked me! Do not waste your time!

I was a dedicated member of the life points panel for quite some time, checking for surveys every day. They cancelled my account for supposedly violating guidelines while I was mid survey with no warning and no recourse. They pay well - but be warned that you need to stay on top of rewards redemptions so that if you get unexpectedly kicked out, you won't lose your efforts.

I too have had my membership terminated because if " circumvention of our security rules" and "the evidence overwhelming". Points and rewards cancelled. Like other members I have been falsely accused, voucher cancelled with as yet no explanation. This was sudden. I had earned £25 completing surveys in good faith

Like so many others, I'd signed up and had been enjoying completing surveys honestly and diligently. I'd completed a survey but instead of getting the usual confirmation message and points credited, I got a screen out message instead. I raised a ticket with support, believing it was a genuine glitch that would be easily sorted out. The next day my account had been cancelled with no explanation? A couple of days before I'd cashed out £5 which still hasn't arrived in my PayPal account.
If you're happy to donate your time for free, this is the site for you. If you are expecting to complete surveys and get paid for your time, don't bother, LP is a rip-off.

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
