My account was also mysteriously inactivated. My emails have gone unanswered, as has postal mail that I sent to the company's listed address. I had been accumulating points for a long time and would like to collect my rewards as promised!
In the past 2 weeks, I have completed 3 surveys, tried to submit them and each time got an error message. Now their "Help" desk are claiming I didn't complete the surveys but was screened out - don't they think I know the difference? Before this, I have contacted them I don't remember how many times with the same problem. I am no longer willing to waste my time and will unsubscribe after I get as much of my money out of them as I can.
Have been a member for some time. Good variety of surveys and reasonable rewards. Best not to think that you will accumulate points too quickly, and think longer term for gaining rewards. Always get logged out of the main dashboard after around 10 minutes, which would be good if it could be fixed, so you do not have to keep re-logging in, or jumping back to the window to click on the dashboard to remind the server you are still in the system.
I was a member for at least 6 months probably a year. I don't remember. All the sudden a few days ago I was not able to log in. I contacted support and my account was terminated. I appealed and asked why and they said nothing other than we confirm your account has been suspended. New surveys are posted daily.

I've received the same auto response from them as everyone else where they are closing long standing members accounts with no good reason besides you violated there terms. There responses are copy and paste the same and no consideration given. I believe everyone having these issues should report them. I've been a member since my survey years and years ago.

I check for surveys several times each day and many have already expired before I can answer them. I don't think this is legit. On the positive side, I have been able to cash in points for credit to my Paypal account several times, although it takes over a week, sometimes two weeks to get the reward credited. I will continue to participate for now.

Like many before me have said, my account was closed after just a couple of surveys. When I reached out, they stated it was due to the quality of my responses. I had answered all surveys honestly, taking my time. Did not make sense to me, and after searching, found so many others have the same experience. Seems like they are looking for info without paying out rewards. Don't waste your time.

They closed my account suddenly after completing hours worth of surveys and saving over 3000 points. They said I violated the code of conduct but failed multiple times to inform me what rule was broken. I now know that they do this to hundreds of users to avoid payout. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I get good survey opportunities on this panel as compared to others. The reward is also good and most importantly when we redeem the points, it gets credited very fast, unlike some panels which take a month to redeem it.

This site/company is the worst yet, I work with a lot of survey companies and this one 'appears' to give you lots of surveys but rarely allocate your rewards, they are just taking your time and opinions for free. They also NEVER respond to emails/messages, if they do, it is useless information. They are complete scammers, take this from an honest person, do not waste your time with them.
For the past three days I've been trying to redeem my points for a cheap $5 Amazon gift card and it says "we can't process your order, try again later." It's been 3 days! Worse, I try to contact them via email and chat and when I hit submit it rejects my message! What's the deal with this outfit?

I put time ang efforts on answering those surveys. When it was time to redeem I was no longer able to log in to my account. I sent an email to their support I got an answer that I have violated something or not being honest of something. No further specification or information. I would like to warn everybody, this is not a serious survey company, just scam so be careful!

From the comments I have been reading here, I am at least glad that I am not alone. It seems I am one of many who have been faithfully completing surveys with this company for many years and then suddenly dumped without warning. With some lame excuse that I had committed fraudulent activity and tried to complete as many surveys as possible while not even qualifying for them. I am not even given any examples of what I supposedly did wrong. That is absolute rubbish! I didn't even qualify for most of the surveys that were on my page anyway. I used to think this was one of the best survey panels around but now I think they are among the worst. If this is what they do to long term respondents they are crooks, especially as I have also completed surveys with other panels as well for many years without any issues. I don't appreciate people who waste my precious time!

Don't trust those people. They pay out a small amount at first and after that, you build up your points for a bigger reward and try to log in and it says your account has been disabled. No e-mail nothing, no reason. I send them an e-mail thinking it was a glitch but they send one back stating I did something against their terms. I ask them what I did. No answer. So in other words I did nothing wrong. They don't want to pay out. Scammers.

This app is a scam as they will cancel your membership without warning and out of nowhere claiming that you have violated their terms and conditions. Despite no rules being broken, they told me there was overwhelming evidence that I had violated these despite only completing one survey in the week that led up to this. They will not explain to you what it is that you have done wrong and remove any points that you have earnt. Take out your points while you can and then delete this app. Awful customer service and treatment of those who spend their time using their service.

Well I joined mysurvey recently through my desktop. Surveys seemed ok but there wasnt an awful lot of them and it wasnt clear when you had been filtered out of a survey (which was usually after you had spent a fair bit of time on one) and I seem to think there was at least one survey that I completed but was not credited for. They emailed me to say I had won a fiver in the sweepstake but it was not credited to my account. So I emailed them saying it had not been credited. No reply. Then I noticed I stopped receiving any new "survey available" emails and a week or two after that I noticed that I could no longer log into my account. They seem to have closed my account without explanation. I have done a number of surveys and my account was closed before I had enough points to cash in so I have received absolutely nothing for my time. Also their android app is useless. I say avoid these fly by night con men.
I have spent more than 20 minutes completing quite a few surveys only for the survey not to finalise and points not be paid. You'll now have to do about 5 long surveys, close to 2 hours worth, just to make a unicef donation let alone redeem anything worthwhile.
Don't bother emailing customer service. Just stop doing the surveys (like i have now)!
Do not trust these thieves: after taking a long time to earn enough to actually make a withdrawal, they immediately close my account and take all my points because of a claimed breaking of the rules. I am am member of many other survey groups and have never had an issue. They refused to give any details of why my account was closed. Funny how it was only closed after i tried to withdraw!

I have been on this site for about 3 months. I would do surveys whenever they would appear on the site. They do payout and have been paid a few times. The one day my account was cancelled, right out of the blue. I wasn't given a warning without any legit explanation of exactly what I had done. I never got pai out for my last 15 dollars. I wrote them for an explanation and got the response posted below. I was pretty offended that i was accused of "We are aware of certain members completing surveys in an untruthful manner". I was very disappointed with their email responses. I like to believe i am a pretty honest person. I have been doing surveys on other website for years now without any problems. If you do anything business with this website cash out ASAP just in case they decide to ban with without warning. You have been warned.
Update: I did get my 15 dollars a few days later.

Agree with what others said: offer many surveys with different lengths and points. Rewards are good and easy and fast to redeem. I did have a problem with product testing, no follow up survey (so I didn't get those points), and they didn't seem to care. Other than that, I'm very satisfied.

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
