They are pathetic service providers, they don't have stock ever. Whenever order created they get out of stock. And keep you waiting for refund for more then 15 days.

Recommendation: don't buy from lenskart ever.

Non receipt of Refund amount of Eyeglasses of Lenskart Order number *******049

We have placed an online order for progressive eyeglasses on Lenskart. After receiving it at the doorstep, it was found that the eyeglasses top portion frame was observed cracked and discolored at some places due to scratches.
We have lodged an online complaint and sent back an eyeglasses frame to the company for replacement on 13.9.2023.

It was received on 20.9.23 and it was again found with the same issues.The eyeglasses frame condition was same as it was prevailing when it was delivered first time.

The Lenskart Company states that the ordered blue frame is not available in stock so that I have to select another eyeglasses frame.I argued that why should I select another frame? I don't like any other eyeglasses frames.

Surprisingly again the company informed me that new eyeglasses frame will be provided to you. Sot that I have sent back my eyeglasses frame for replacement.

I received my eyeglasses frame on 26.9.23 but after wearing the eyeglasses, I was suffering from acute headache so that I removed the eyeglasses.

Please note that I always wear progressive eyeglasses.

I again wrote a letter for refund of my paid amount as I will not send eyeglasses repeated times for rectification as it was replaced several times but couldn't resolve the problem.

The company denied for refund the paid amount. I argued that it is your workmanship problem and as it was replaced numerous times, it is your responsibility to refund the full paid amount within the stipulated period of 14 days.

V bad glasses, I brought from muvattupuzha two glasses don't go there please. I loose my money I earned

I had ordered for a pair of specs from Lenskart on August 25th and paid the full amount for fulfillment of my order. This was supposed to be delivered on September 1st. I waited till 5 pm and then left home after instructing my son to take delivery in my absence. Thereafter, I received a message saying that the delivery person had not found anyone home inspite of my son being at home all the time. Then, after some time I got another message that the delivery was made. I immediately called my son, who informed me that no delivery person had come. He checked with our neighbours and the Security gate and the answer was negative. Now, I have no specs and have been looted for Rs 9,020. No one should place orders with this fraudulent company. Please stay away from Lenskart.

Purchased spects progressive with transition and wasted Rs. *******/-. I am not at all satisfied with the product. The transition doesn't work. I tried exchanging but again it is also not working. Lenscart is a cheat. I strongly don't recommend anyone to buy Lenscart products.

Fraud Team: They gave them the faulty lens, and while it was being replaced, they gave it back with no refund.
Multiple emails with conversations with bank statements were submitted, but Lenkarts, which is known for fraud, did the same. Bhai Piyush, tu kya karega logo ka paise aise leke. I lost money and products to Lenkart. Anyway, this is my experience in Lenkarts Inorbit mall.

I recently bought eye glasses 3 month back, product is very low quality, broken after very softly.
I made a number of calls but never returned. Never expected from such a big brand company.

I have got a gold membership from my registered mobile number but the phone no longer exists and I want to transfer the membership to a new number.
Talking to your customer care didn't help. They said that such procedure doesn't exist.
How is that even possible?
I am a member, I paid for the membership not the phone number. I asked them to generate a coupon code where I can avail benefits of the membership. Have been on call since this evening but there are no solutions except apologies which aren't going to help me.
If you do not have such SOPs, you will have to refund my money as soon as possible so I can purchase my membership with the amount you transferred.

At the time of sale the online chat staff was very prompt and supportive BUT the promised product was not delivered and when u want to raise a concern or complaint on the same online app ( whats app) they don't bother to attend.
They just keep transferring ur querry from one sales executive to the other and you have to explain the same thing on chat to all of them. Moreover an irrlevant set of questioners are sent on the screen which do not solve your problem.

All in all please never order online with this company.

Oh my god, they are a complete disaster. Pay a bit extra somewhere else and save your precious time.

Wish I could minus the stars

I have more than 20 purchases from lenskart. For the first time I had to claim warranty on specs due to the fact that the frame had rusted
They approved the claim but were demanding 1200+ GST extra for replacing my specs saying that the frame price had increased.
How is it my concern the frame price increased? Whatever the price be lenskart is supposed to provide with the same or atleast similar product if their product fails under warranty. No company on earth demands extra money to replace their faulty product under warranty owing to the price increase of a product.
They wanted me to choose a framed specs (since they are cheaper) while the specs that developed rust were frameless.
I cannot associate myself with a company with such cheap tactics. Moreover, most of their metal frames keep getting loose over time.
I suggest consumers to patronise their local opticians who will make sure your needs are met rather than lenskart. Oh and the brands they offer, Vincent chase and John Jacobs, they are their own brands, they have kept such names so they people think they're selling some international brand products.
I will never make a single purchase ever again from them for myself or my family.

At the time is purchase of my specs, I was not intimated that scheme is there for 1 free specs with one purchase. After 5 days when I approached, I was told it can not been given now as I should have availed this option at that time.

This company is a fraud and scam, their salesmen provide misleading information to lure people to buy its products and sign up as a member.
Don't ever sign up as a Member as there's no benefit at all. Your money will just be wasted. You can always get the "buy 1 get 1 free" offer throughout the years.
I bought 2 spectacles here last year and even signed up as a member because the salesman said that there is a "one-time exchange of lenses" benefit and he never mentioned that only valid for 1 year instead of 2 years membership.
When I collected the glasses, we already had dispute due to the blue light lens issue. Before purchasing the glasses, the salesman demonstrated that the lens blocked out all the blue light from passing through, so I decided to get it.
But when I collected the glasses and requested to test for the blue light, the light could go through the lens. When I confronted, the other salesman informed me that if I want the lens that blocked out blue light completely, I need to pay an additional fee. It's extremely ridiculous. I let this case go as the salesman called and kept apologizing because he was afraid that I lodged a complaint.
Recently, I did an eye check with the intention of changing lenses if my degree has increased.
I was appalled when the salesman informed me that the offer is only valid for 6 months. The salesman did not mention about this last year when luring me to sign up for their membership.
I received absolutely no text that the policy had been changed. So they're implying that their policy can change at any time regardless of when you bought the product. This is absurd, the company gets advantages by cheating their customers.
When I brought this issue up to their Customer Services, the replies were just like robots, as they kept repeating the company policy.
The Customer Services don't even know their own policy well. At first, they said "6 months", then changed to "1-year" exchange. Most of their salesmen have a cold and ignorant look, it seems like customers' complaints are very normal and common for them. I've already experienced 2 ludicrous situations with this company. With a year of membership left, I wonder what other illogical occasions would occur.
Once again, I warn you that this company has devious salespeople, don't fall for their trap.
WARNING! DON'T EVER THINK TO BUY HERE!

I've bought several pairs of reading glasses from them. They were good quality and I have enjoyed them. However, I specified an incorrect prescription for the two pairs I most recently ordered and received. I was encouraged by their return/exchange policy which welcomed exchanges. Then I tried to exchange those glasses for ones with the correct prescription. For weeks now, I have received nothing but delay and runarounds from them. I've received repetitive emails from them asking again and again for the same prescription information that I already provided. Then, I got two different emails stating that the case had been closed. And finally, I began to get no response to my emails. I am not sure what is going on, whether the problem is financial, manufacturer delays or simple incompetence. I now doubt I will ever be able to exchange these useless glasses.

Totally amazed to see that nothing has changed at Lenskart. Pathetic service it was in 2017, pathetic service it is in 2023. Wonder why no one did a story on this till now.

I bought John Jacobs steel frame glass(Rs.4200) and with membership one more pair(free). After 4 months, that steel frame started to rust. I didn't even use water on it and moreover used it very rarely. So went to claim warranty. Now hear the scam. By buying thru membership, the other glass is not free. They just split the amount of the highest priced glass that you buy. So now, only half the amount can be claimed while exchange. And the other half amount, must be paid again. They just cut the price of the glass by half in the name of membership and wondering what's the real value of it. Based on the quality I received, it won't even cost 500Rs.
