I rebought some Fendi frames online to replace the ones my dog destroyed. I had put off taking them to the optometrist but had an active prescription. They sent me a prepaid box with everything required to mail off safely abd in less than 2 weeks I had my new glasses in hand. Vision is perfect and clear and I would definitely use them again

I sent my eyeglass and sunglass frames over a month ago, with my new prescription. When it came (after a bit of wait), i was tilting my head up to see. I wear progressives. Idk what happened, but lensabl asked me to send them back to be fixed. I just received them back after almost a month of waiting for them, and at expedited shipping at that, and Im seeing rainbow waves in my eyeglasses? I emailed them back, and im waiting what they will say. I paid $450 for both, and 2 months to wait to wear them. Not sure what can be done, and obviously im sad about this. I used lensabl last year, and my eyeglasses and sunglasses were great, so Im wondering now what happened to their lab?
I ordered new lenses for my glasses on September 3rd & went my glasses the same day priority mail. It's now the 22nd & they haven't even finished them yet! I had to reach out to customer service through chat bc there's no way to call since it said they were in final inspection then all of a sudden jumped back to being at production in the lab. You can't call them so only way is through chat where they tell me they were rejected at final inspection. Now even since they restarted it's taking a super long time. It's Tuesday & been saying applying coatings since last Friday. I reached out to customer service again & ask what the delay is & they email me telling me that they were rejected at inspection & had to be restarted! I already knew this! That's the first thing I told them bc I already talked to customer services before! Can't even answer my question as to why they've been saying est time till shipping has been 5 days & stuck on applying coatings for the past 5 days! Anyways they claim the glasses will be shipped in 1-2 business days... we will see. Will update based on ifthey actually stick to what they are saying now & if lenses aren't actually correct..
I received my sunglasses faster than my the glasses I sent before. They seem 0k. I have not noticed a problem.
Everything was super easy and smooth. However, there is something off with my lens so I can't really read with them. Did my doctor write the wrong prescription or did it not get filled correctly? I have no idea. Ah well, worth a shot.
I was feeling really confident on having lensabl change my lenses. However, the process took longer because they had inspected a flaw in the first batch of lenses they created for me.
Although the lenses were well made and are in the highest quality, my frames, on the other hand, came back with damage, and multiple dents. I am not sure what caused this, but lensbl has ben good with responding to this concern and has offered to buy me a new set of frames.

I have a mixed review. I am pleased with their service and my glasses are good. The tint on my sunglasses could be darker and I am still testing the bifocal (got them yesterday).
The glasses were exceptionally processed with care and professionalism. My wife recently had prescription glasses done at Boomerang, the packaging and final product were not as good as yours. Your packaging is outstanding. Good luck in the future. One suggestion, processing updates would be great.
Easy ordering and great website. Difficult transition lense prescription but my glasses were perfect.
I had an expensive frame from MOSCOT in NYC. The glasses got scratched. Lensabl replaced them with new lenses using the original frames. And these Progressive lenses are far superior to the originals installed by MOSCOT. And much less expensive!

I ordered three pairs of glasses - first one pair that I was thrilled with, so I decided to order a 2nd pair and a pair of sunglasses. Unfortunately, the 2nd and 3rd pairs had lenses that were obviously super thick and not the same as the first - I had ordered high-index for both. I contacted customer service and over the course of several really frustrating and illogical requests, I was told that I could be sent a return box and charged a restocking fee (as the back and forth with the customer service rep took so long that the return period had lapsed). I was willing to keep the glasses, I just wanted to be reimbursed for the extra cost of the high-index that these were obviously not. Just disappointing on a lot of different levels, especially the constant requests for pictures, 2-3 days before response and the general condescension from the customer service representative telling me that "buying glasses online can certainly be complicated..." actually, not really - I've been wearing classes for 25 years and ordering online for 5. Not really that complicated at all. Too bad.
Overall, I am pleased with the product and workmanship. My glasses went out of stock and took a couple of weeks to get them.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
