My glasses came back! So excited. Was a little apprehensive of trying this new service but my glasses were so scratched I wasn't going to use them anyway, so I'm really thankful I can use my old faithful frames again with an updated prescription. Lensabl was super communicative throughout the process, letting me know when they received my frames, that I would be refunded if they cracked in the process, asked for consent to move forward with order, and emailed me tracking info and to let me know when they arrived. Super cute messaging and feels like a luxury service with eco values. Will use again. Have already recommended to a friend. Thanks Lensabl team, please keep this level of service and quality! It was a great consumer experience.

I ordered mirrored sunglasses. You can see straight through the lenses. Every pair of mirrored sunglasses I have ever seen are not see-through. Waiting to hear back. They should have a customer service phone number. At least for people who have already paid and placed orders.
Ordered my glasses, they came incorrect. Sent them back, Lensabl held them for weeks without fixing them. Kept checking in with updates. Slow responding customer service said the lab had to recreate them because they were made incorrect again. Finally received them after letting them know I would post on reviews of the thread of emails back and forth of them stalling to fufill my order. Meanwhile I didn't have any glasses. What considerate company does that without a good reason? I get errors or mistakes are made but it was literally a couple months from the first order, to me actually receiving glasses that were correct. The finished product it good, it just took way too long and the responsiveness of customer service is disappointing.
I uploaded my prescription on Aug. 10th, 2020 and received my glasses on Sept 30,2020. You found a flaw in my lenses and had to make a new pair, it happens and that is acceptable. I had to call you after 3 weeks to find out about the delay and never received a call or email to advise me that my order would be delayed. If you promise 10 days on the original order why did it take 8 weeks to complete my order? In the meantime I received emails about following you on Facebook and the rest? The quality of the glasses is as represented but your customer service is terrible. I won't be doing any further business with you.
I sent in my beloved Coach frames with my computer/occupational prescription and got fabulous Blue light blocking glasses back! I can see my computer so clearly now. No more tilting my head up with my old bi-focals and my eyes feel less strained and tired. Got my glasses back so fast I'm thrilled!
Love my new glasses. Used my favorite pair of sunglasses for a frame. Now I have glasses that transition into sunglasses and am so excited about it. Took about 3 weeks to receive it. I only wish they got make the lenses were a little thinner. They're a little thicker than my other pair and both were ordered progressive.
I have already ordered something with Lensabl before so I knew the glasses would take longer than the 6 business days delivery. So this time I didn't worry about the wait. But the product has been good both times so if the product goes back to production don't worry too much. I would only worry if nothing has changed after about 3 weeks.
The glasses were delayed quite a bit, receiving them almost a month and a half after placing the order. Upon arrival of the order, several screws in the glasses were loose, requiring a trip to the optometrist for further adjustments. I would have hoped after such a long time in production there would have been better attention to detail.
After sending in my glasses, it took close to an entire month to receive them (28 days, to be exact). This is too long. Every time I queried where my glasses were, I was told that they were in production and would be done soon. After more time elapsed and I queried again, I was told that my lenses hadn't passed inspection and were back in production. This is nonsense. Clearly, they have more business than they have the capacity to handle. Also, the fact that I was not routinely contacted to be given updates was extremely annoying. I will not use this service again.
I've had several prescriptions filled with Lensabl, so when I had sunglasses made I was expecting the best. When I got my sunglasses, I tried them out and the prescription was completely different from my regular glasses. I emailed customer service, and, through a series of messages, together we figured out the problem and I got my glasses, correct and ready to use. The customer service individual I dealt with was friendly and helpful, asking all the right questions and finally getting my sunglasses right. Even though there were issues this time, I will still continue to recommend this company to anyone who needs glasses. They are awesome.

I've had a favorite pair of sunglasses with expensive designer frames for YEARS. Even though the prescription was still viable and the frames were still awesome, the lenses themselves had gotten so scratched that I thought I'd have to retire them. No nearby optical place would put in new lenses. I found Lensabl online and decided to give them a try. My glasses came yesterday. They are PERFECT!
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
