Just got my glasses and they are difficult for me to use. Reading is hard and the print is not clear.

I carefully packed my new glasses in the box supplied by Lensable. I took the precaution of putting them inside a hard shell case because they are delicate wire framed glasses.
I received the glasses back, but Lensable never returned the case to me. It's as if it was just thrown away and now I'm out a very nice case I have used for years. Extremely disappointed by this thoughtless touch.

I have to admit that I was a bit nervous having to use the app to read my Rx; but the glasses are dead on and so accurate. Great job!
1. It took over 8 weeks to complete transaction. 2. Problem with Rx. Sent Rx from Dr. Still waiting. They arrived yesterday. 3. Totally wrong lense Rx. I can only see clearly within one ft of the object. Totally useless product. Slow and QA must be a priority.
I've had them for a few hours, and they are already stuffed into a drawer. I'll replace the lenses someday. For now, I have to look down in order to see. They are of no use whatsoever.

The whole process is very simple! However I think my eye doctor may have done my prescription incorrectly. Taking my glasses to the eye doctor find out what's wrong since I'm not able to see clearly.

The lenses are great and shipping was fast. But I sent in a pair of sunglasses with the case so it would be protected in shipping. They returned the glasses in a lensabl case and now I've lost my ray ban case which is a bummer. Pretty disappointed in that.

Ordered the Bose Tempo Frames with prescription transition Lenses. The Lenses/Frames were delayed due to not meeting Lensabl quality standards and needed to be remade. I thought the delay was understandable given Lensabl told me they wanted me to receive nothing but the best. However, I instead was shipped an unmarked brown box with only the Bose Tempo Frames inside. No Lensabl documents, no workorder describing work done and not even a Lensabl cleaning cloth. Just the Bose frames that were taped back up with scotch tape in the Bose packaging. The worst part. My prescription was incorrect and the transition tint was also missing, only clear plastic non prescription lenses were installed. I have reached out to Lensabl to correct this. Hopefully they will. What a let down.
This is the third order with Lensabl & am very happy once again. Have saved a favorite pair of 20 year old RayBan sunglasses, a vintage pair of frames & now my favorite pair of everyday have been updated with a current prescription. Thank you Lensabl!
My "1.74" lenses from Lensabl came back after one month, despite being told it would take 5 days. They were thicker than 1.67 lenses I have. And the production was delayed because of "a rejection in the final inspection, " which caused them to need to be "redone." Despite this claim that the delay was caused due to quality control issues, one lens was cracked and my frames were scratched. Lensabl couldn't deliver the goods I purchased in the time they promised, and they damaged my glasses frames in the process.
Sent in a pair of frames I owned and bought a new pair directly from Lensabl. Both were updated with my prescription very quickly and I received them back from the mail, across the country, a week later. Affordable, too. Would recommend.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
