I was impressed with the anti fog coating, that It had qualities I liked on the positive side.On the other side of the coin I had both sets of lenses check by 2-3 optometric establishments at least 1 place that I trusted and the lenses were tested on lensometers. Unfortunately the prescription on lenses did not match the perscription I had sent to lensibl.the OD sphere read -5.50 instead of -4.00. The OD read -2.00 instead of - 1.50 the OD axis was 128 instead of 040 the OS axis was 130-132 instead of 140 the near ADD was+2.25 as it should be & there were comparable differences on the 1st set of lenses made. I cannot understand why this happened and considered this a breech of contract by lensibl. The technician I worked with said I could use the glasses as backups. I cannot use the glasses the way I intended as I could be questioned by law enforcement. I am also awaiting email reciept of purchase. I still liked the antifog coating and the glasses will be good for less than 90 days.No leagal action will be taken but I was unsure of any future purchase as return customer. Am unconfident customer with lensibl and may go elsewhere. Is there someone in customer service who could reveiw this matter and send me any feedback of this event, as I think lensibl is reputable even though errors are made. I have seen this happen to other people at other places. I was ultimately an unsatisfied customer.

I had some new polycarbonate lenses fitted to my safety glasses. Lensabl did a great job. The lenses are the right prescription and free of scratches or mars. I'm very happing with them.

I am a nurse who has to wear safety goggles or a shield over my glasses while at work due to Covid. I hated having to wear anything over my glasses and I had to tape my face mask down as well so it would stop the fogging. I found safety goggles that were stylish and used Lensable as their recommended prescription lens company. It was so easy to use Lensable, from putting in my prescription, to directions on taking a picture and uploading it to the site to get the correct measurements. I was a little skeptical due to the fact that I wear progressives and have never had great success with "anti fog"lenses, but when they arrived I could see clearly and the anti fog lenses really worked! The website said progressives could take up to 2 weeks, but I received mine in just over a week. The ordering process was so easy, they sent me a box to send my frames in and they kept me updated on when they received them as well as when they shipped them out. And the price! I can't believe how much cheaper it it was to get these lenses through Lensabl than what I usually pay through my optometrist! Even with getting the top of the line progressives, anti fog coating and safety lenses the price was less than half what I would have paid if I went through my optometrist or even lens crafters. I highly recommend Lensabl and know I will be using them again in the future!

Sent in info for 1 pr glass replacement for me & 1 pair for my husband. Somehow the orders got switched & our prescriptions were reversed. I textedv immediately & was sent a return label. Rec'd the corrected ones in less than a week. I can see now!

I received my glasses and noted that the lenses hang out on the edges of the frame. Not sure why they weren't made to be thinner. It looks weird. I've had other glasses made with the same prescription and they fit within the frame.
So convenient and fast service. Affordable also. They email when they need information and let me know about a delay. I will highly recommend.

My first pair of Lensabl lenses was a total bust- I opted for non-progressives and received coke bottles that were completely blurry- I was pretty upset because there was no way to get a refund. A couple months later, I bit the bullet and sent them back and tried ordering progressives with the same prescription in the same frames and, to my great surprise, they are almost perfect- I'm wearing them now. I'm the end, I paid for two pairs in order to get one that worked.
Needed some protective lenses for work, and bifocals because, well, old. Took quite a while to get everything back from Lensabl with an apparent delay for a failed QI. Finally got them back today and I'm not as happy with them as I'd like. Lenses are wonderfully clear but bifocals are too small and low, making them useful only if I look down my nose at things. To be fair, if I recall correctly there are options about placement of the magnified areas but these are so off that they simply shouldn't be offered.
I can't say it was cheaper than any other online framing service, but they did do high index (1.74) for sunglasses, which not many do. The sunglasses look super weird with the thick lenses protruding from the frames, but that is life, I guess. I paid for gradient but my glasses were definitely solid tinted. Hoping for a refund but customer service has been slow to respond.
The glasses are fine and functional, but the color changed completely from the frames I sent. There is an obvious line of where they were cut to remove the lenses and replace them. The frames also don't fit my face anymore so I will have to take them to be adjusted. I really wasn't expecting to send in purple toned frames and receive brown/pink frames in return. They sent them very lovingly and the shipping/ordering/receiving part of the experience was excellent-the final product just isn't worth it to me.
I just (finally!) received my frames back and they look great - significantly better than they did before, and not just because they replaced the lenses. They feel like they were tenderly cared for and restored almost - so I am SUPER pleased with that. Also including them sent back in a proper case and with a complimentary cleaning kit - classy touch.
I did experience stress with shipping on receiving the box to ship my frames in and on getting them back to me - be ye warned - turnaround time is longer than projected!
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
