I've been communicating with your company about the status of my order with no updates to the status online whatsoever, only to finally be told that my frames had been missing all along. And then told that that had been found. And then l, when I asked for some kind of compensation, received an offer for a free warranty. Not free lenses and my frames back pronto. Bad news!

I can't give a 0 star review, but I would if possible. Numerous delays in fulfilling the order. Wrong set of lenses was sent out initially. I place an order in April and now is October and I still don't have a functional set of lenses for my sunglasses. They've sent me 3 replacements. Takes more than a month in between to get a replacement. They are very slow to respond or update you on the order delivery unless you keep emailing them to ask for updates. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt each time, but I have lost my patience and asked for a refund.

Glasses came quick and were correct prescription but there was a scratch on the right lense. Not enough for me to want to send them back but enough to be annoying that I really don't want to wear them.

It's been months since I tried this site, almost forgot about it until I got a review email about an order I never even got. Ordered with a box to get mailed and never came within two weeks. Asked about my order and they said they thought it was done so they'd send a new box with priority, never came. They never sent a notification message or email about them even sending the box like it said they would, so I was left in the dark. Luckily got my refund so that's why they at least get a star

I ordered my prescription glasses with a light blue color. I used them for night driving and apparently this light blue coloris not meant for the Texas high temps which make them blurry. After send them back, I asked to remove the blue color (a lower price prescription product). They said, it was not possible without me paying 25% for changing the original order. Well... they send me the exact same order with similar results. Now after several weeks of back and forward trying to claim the warranty, I got stuck with a NICE "blurry prescription glasses" that I'm not able to use for driving.

Was much slower than having them done somewhere, but the lens are tinted, but around the outer edge it is clear. They still function as sunglasses yes, but they look kinda dumb. Kinda defeats the point of having aesthetically pleasing frames.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
