My frames arrived broken and I had to contact customer service. They did have me ship back the frames & they replaced with my prescription lenses and sent back promptly. The glasses fit and are my script.
One of my lenses arrived not fully mounted in the frames and the temples of my frames were stretched over 2.5 cm. After sending them back, Lensabl fixed the lens issue, but my frames are so stretched out that I have to go to a local optometrist and pay to have them re-formed. Never again.

The experience of ordering the glasses online was very easy. The wait time to get the glasses was fairly long but I'm happy with the frames. The one lens came with a scuff on it, customer service would like me to send them back to be looked at but at this point I don't want to be out another month with no glasses.

I spent a lot of money on this as it was a birthday treat. For week after week the website said the glasses had failed inspection and you were starting again. I kept asking what was the process that was failing as I would be happy to change my order to get them sooner and you never answered that question. They finally arrived after 2 1/2 months. I like the glasses but I was beginning to think you were never going to send them. When you shipped them via usps they left Denver (just up the road from me) and went on a trip to Reno for no good reason before finally arriving back in Denver and being delivered to me. Entertaining but inconvenient

Sent a favorite old pair of sunglass frames to have the lenses updated with a new distance prescription. Uploaded the doc with my new reading and distance prescriptions to the site. Requested the frames be fitted with the new distance prescription. Lensabl used the reading prescription not once--but twice. Trying to get a refund at this point.

I'm glad to know it is possible to "retrofit"lenses into frames through Lensabl. I was a little confused about some things at first, but in retrospect it was pretty easy and I'll probably do it again.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
