Waited several days for the box to mail my frames to Lensabl. Contacted customer service, and they sent the box. About a week later, they sent another box, causing some confusion. Then the wait for my new lenses was longer than I expected. Pleased with the final result. But the whole process entailed a long wait.
Just be a little fast and I'm going to buy another pair of glasses soon. So please be correct with the prescription lenses I provided of my prescription information.
Love my glasses. My order status didn't update though so it was hard to track and took a little bit. But I didn't mind and well worth the wait. I love Goodr and love love love that I can have my favorite glasses in my prescription! I will be ordering another pair eventually.

Service is a bit slow, lenses are quality but the tint seems wrong, I chose the medium blue tint however they are the lightest and barely noticeable. Out of three different times Ive used your services only once have things been exact. I'm willing to concede that maybe my expectations of the tint is off however Im going off the computer generated image on your site, maybe photographs of the lenses would be better
My lenses are perfect. No issues at all. It just took about a week longer than I expected. Needless to say, I will order again from Lensabl.

I had a problem with my order. The lens color wasn't correct. They arranged for a free return and produced new lenses that were correct. All done in less than 2 weeks. Thank you.

I suppose I was confused. I tried to request a box for sending in glasses for new lenses. Waited over a week and a half and no box but did receive a shipping label. Assumed label was for the box I would receive. Tried to contact. After several attempts finally contacted Lensabl and was told I just requested label. Was told I would receive a box. Box came after about 2 weeks. Sent in glasses. Glasses came in about 3 weeks. There was a nick in the top of the frame. Glasses are ok but overall experience not great.
The lenses replacement service is good but it is super slow. It took more than 3 weeks to get the sunglasses back to me once I sent it. The prices are affordable but it comes with slow service. Also, the website doesn't update the status of the order until the final steps.

I was very happy to find a lens only service since I loved my existing frames. They walk you through a simple process to add your prescription then send your frames in, and I think the pricing is much better than going to a local store. Glass cans back good as new! The only knock on them was after they received the lenses their tracked never really updated the eta, but I called them and they provided a better update right away. Would use them again and recommend!

I found this company about a year ago looking to replace my lenses. I saw the reviews and decided to give them a try. I have a pair of bose tenor smart glasses and had them put transition lenses in them. It took about 2 weeks for the whole process and the came back better than I expected and no problems. I recently had my prescription updated and sent in a pair of razer anzu glasses. This time i got the 20% tint. Same result. I'm extremely with there service. Have about 6 more pair of glasses I want to sent them. This company is the real deal.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
