I loved my experience! The ordering process was simple. I was warned that my vintage ray ban's were so old they might break - I elected to go ahead and THEY CAME OUT FINE!

I had a pair of prescription glasses in a very expensive frame which I could no longer use. I now needed a very nice pair of non-prescription sunglasses. I sent in my Gucci frames with the request for this modification. After several weeks I received my order back. Excellent workmanship and the sunglasses I now have are perfect. The wait for the order was a bit long, but I am very satisfied with the result!

I thought I was ordering prescription sunglasses because I clicked the prescription sunglasses button. It turns out ordered clear lenses despite clicking the sunglasses button. The company would only offer a 25 % discount. Maybe this is user error, but would have appreciated at least splitting the difference.

I sent a pair of sunglasses with a broken lens to them, I even paid extra for them to "match" the lens color. After about a month of waiting they came WITH TWO DIFFERENT lens colors. I mean like what?! On top of that the one lens they replaced has a permanent white mark in the middle. When I contacted them for a refund they refused and said I could send them back. Look, you guys did a terrible job I would never send anything back for you to ruin it more. All I would like is to have my money back for your terrible job

My lenses needed to be redone. Customer Service was great in getting the process done.

I needed to buy some more prescription eye glasses after a recent eye exam. I thought of sending in prescription glasses I bought on Lensabl's sight before. I thought I would increase my number of prescription glasses, and buy new glasses. I tried buying duplicate glasses I bought before. I found these glasses were discontinued, and Lensabl had an even larger selection of the style I was looking for. I completed my purchase, and in less than two weeks my new prescription glasses were under my mail box. The process was so simple, and I ended up with two beautiful pair of custom prescription eye glasses I would have difficulty buying anywhere else. Thank You Lensabl!

I received my glasses but only a site jabber email for review instead of a follow up email asking if everything is OK with the order. One of my lenses has a slight defect that's not in my line of vision but don't know how to contact anyone regarding that

I ordered prescription sunglasses and while the lens were thicker than I expected (but I have a strong prescription), they fit well and my vision is sharp. The online tracking steps went from the 7-10 business day lab processing and skipped many steps to the glasses are being shipped, so that was a bit off for tracking but otherwise they came in a reasonable time.

Worked on my glasses fast and sent out even faster than expected.

I am happy with the lenses, but there was not much communication after I placed the order, until the order was shipped.

Process was simple, easy and streamlined. Purchased progressive sunglasses, still trying to figure out if correct for me as far as invisible line where RX changes.

I wasn't sure about using a source other than my optometrist, but the cost difference was too tempting. Boy am I glad I trusted Lensabl! My new prescription sunglasses are perfect and I got to use the frames I love (Goodr). Easy online experience and much less expensive.
